The actual tour was OK... but connecting with the tour bus was very difficult. The description had several options but in reality there was only which was where the tour starts. This was confusing to others as well.

The Guy had a very good knowledge of the history of the city and I felt took me to the important historical places. I then had a general trip around the outskirts which gave an insight into the Soviet period as well as some of the current important entertainment venues.
AMITESH_B, Mar 2018
The guide was very uninspiring and due to her age forgot things at time.
Joseph K, Oct 2017
I was the only customer, so had a private tour. That would have been great, except I had trouble understanding my guide with her thick accent. If the guide was easier to understand
Niv A, Oct 2017
The tour was interesting. The explanation could be deeper.

The part with the bus was dissapointing. We have seen the Kadriorg Park only from the bus. I would exchange a glance on the old buildings after olympic games for a short walk around Kadriorg Park. The tour guide and walking part were good.

Our guide Eva was very knowledgeable and delivered so much Estonian history and culture with great humour. I did not want the tour to end.

Perfect tour to get a good Impression of Tallinn in short time.
Very professional City guide

When we arrived at the location in the ticket, the tour did to exist. There were two red buses - hop on hop off from different companies. Both the companies said the ticket was for the other company. In the end, one of the companies let us take a tour but it was only the coach tour. There was no foot tour. Very disappointing. Please do not book this tour.

This is a great tour for anyone wanting a snapshot of Tallin both on coach and walking. We were on a cruise so were only in Tallin a short time. Yana our guide was knowledgeable and gave us lots of information about the history and culture of the Estonian people as well as telling us about the various famous buildings. Yana was very proud of her country and was able to give us a snapshot of what it was like growing up under Soviet rule. We ended the tour in the Town Square and she was helpful in telling us where to eat and places to visit.

Great tour of a lot of Tallinn. Erik our guide was so informative and great to talk to - also was good to have the whole tour for just the 2 of us!

There is much to learn from this trip. The guide Elena was very experienced and well versed with the history and culture of Estonia, making the walk through the Old Town both informative and intriguing. She has great mastery of the English language and was passionate about various developments here.

Outstanding tour. Guide and driver were most accommodating and knowledgeable. Very engaging and informative tour!

decent sights and guide made excellent effort to accomodate our interests
LYDIAMARIA_R, Oct 2016
Guide's knowledge of English was very poor and her accent terrible! Didn't seem to have sufficient knowledge of the city's history.
Cynthia_H, Sep 2016
Very informative. Our guide was very helpful and knew the area well. Good introduction to the city of Tallinn.
Frances P, Sep 2016
Our guide was a bit formal at first but warmed up when we walked through Old Town. As with a few of the guides she is a teacher so had a wealth of knowledge. We loved seeing the old buildings in the old town and spent time after she left us.
YiuFai_W, Jul 2016
The tour confirmation I received stated that we would be picked up in the city center at Vira Hotel. That was a 25 minutes walk from the port but it's fine. However, when we met our your guide, we were told that they had waited for us right at the port. Please therefore double confirm the pick up location should you pick this tour. Overall, the contents of the tour are adequate and the guide is knowledgeable.
Alex G, Jul 2016
Very comprehensive tour that showed all the highlights of tallin (concert park, Olympic yacht marina) and concluding with a great tour on foot of old town. Good informative guide very proud of tallin. Unfortunately it rained heavily during walk but guide showed us a 500 year cellar bar coffee shop
Delwyn N, Jul 2016
Worth doing, good value small group. Guide could've been a little firmer with other passengers...wasted pressiouss time on the walking section.
LeonardMichael_W, Jul 2016
The tour was excellent. Even though it was raining, we had a great time. Our tour guide was excellent!

An excellent way to start your exploration of Tallinn. The tour is not long and packed with useful history and other unique facts about the city. Our guide made a bunch of recommendations about where to go, eat, good vantage points for photos, etc. I wish I had taken the tour before my other ventures throughout the city because I would have been better armed for my trips. I highly recommend because it is short 2.5 hours, you get to see a lot, and it is priced very reasonably.

Our guide was very good and informative of the history of Tallinn. The only problem was if we interrupted her to ask a question she seemed to get frustrated and also when asked about the life during the Russian occupation she did not seem to want discuss or answer any questions we asked
Steven, Sep 2015
This tour was really good, although, I didn't particularly enjoy the coach portion of the tour. It was not very possible to take photos during the driving portion, so would have been nice to make short stops at some of the places on the driving portion of the tour. The walking portion of the tour was phenomenal. Also, I was the only person on the tour, so it should have been possible to have a hotel pickup instead of making my way across the city to another hotel for a pickup as this seemed a bit disorganized as I waited in one of the busiest hotels in the city for my pickup, not knowing what type of coach I was even looking for.
Kim S, Aug 2015
Great tour to give you an overview of Tallinn. Our guide Epp was very knowledgable and had lots of interesting stories about the city and its history. The walking tour around the Los town was a highlight. Highly recommend.
Heidi elizabeth B, Jul 2015
Loved it...I would recommend doing the 3pm tour as all the people on the cruise ships have left by then..our tour had only 5 people and the tour guide was born in Tallinn so we got some great information from her about Tallinn new and Old from a personal note not just a guide book..
alexandre_a, May 2015
Lucked out being only 2 in the group so basically a private tour
Lorenext, May 2015
This was a very good way to get to know the city and the most important places of interest. The guide was very kind and open to questions and also, every time we would ask to stop to get souvenirs or even snacks, she was very kind and would wait.
The idea of having a part by coach and he other by foot is excellent because you get to see places that are very far away from the old town and then, get to know all the small ad interesting alleys. fully recommended!!! :-
Keli B, Dec 2014
Interesting tour that covered a lot of ground. Got to see some good sights outside of town (Sound Festival, Olympic Marina, Pirita Beach, etc) and the highlights of the old town as well. The bus tour moves kind of quickly so there's really no time for photos and no time to ask questions. We only got out of the bus at the Sound Festival grounds. The pace of the walking tour was much more relaxed...was able to ask questions and get good answers from the knowledgeable guide.
