- Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately and wear warm clothing.
- Please note the departure location - Pier 2, Walsh Bay. This can be easily located in Google Maps or other navigation systems. The wharf is a public wharf, so specific Vivid signage is limited.
- Upon arrival to the wharf, look for a Sea Sydney Harbour representative, who will be marking names off before you board the vessel. If you do not see the vessel or a company representative upon arrival, please wait patiently at the wharf as either one will not be too far away.
- As the city is busy during the Vivid Sydney Festival, plan your travel time well and plan to arrive at the wharf 15-20 minutes prior to departure time. The vessel is unable to wait for late arrivals and due to limited ticket numbers a reschedule will not be an option.
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 40 travelers

Our uber driver drop us off at the wrong location so we missed our scheduled cruise.
The tour operator called and re scheduled us on the next cruise.

Absolutely amazing experience. The crew is wonderful. We are before we left thinking we would get hungry while we were out. Unfortunately that left us not able to eat what they provided. They came around so often with different types of appetizer foods that it left me wishing I hadn’t eaten. I did try some as they looked so good. The ones I tried were delicious. It was so relaxing. They took their time going past the sites and we were able to actually enjoy the sights. It didn’t feel like a rushed ride so they could move on and get more people thereby get more money. The music was just right. Not so loud that you had to yell or just not talk but enough so you could enjoy it. Some of the other boats we saw were zipping by so I can’t believe people actually were able to enjoy the sights. Others had the music so loud that I can’t imagine you could even talk to who you were with. It truly was a remarkable experience! Thank you so very much.

The Vivid Sydney harbour viewing from a boat was amazing! The tour was well-organized, the staff members were terrific, and the canapes were plentiful and delicious. I am recovering from a broken knee, and access to the boat was safe and easy for me, with staff standing by to help if necessary. The price is quite good for the experience provided.

The first time we went around the bay to see the Harbour Bridge, Opera House, and Luna Park was great. However, I do not feel that we had to do a repeat of the same loop. It didn't offer any additional sights, and seemed like we were just killing time.
I would have been happy for the cruise to take just 1 hour and to do the 1 loop.
The canapes were ok. Cold and a little average, but a nice gesture.

We do revisit the main Vivid sites with a second loop, in case people have missed some photo opportunities or want to snap a different angle of the lights and landmarks. It also offers a little bit of extra time on the water, as some people are cruising Sydney Harbour for the first time.
We do try and cater for all on board and we appreciate your feedback.

Very well looked after by the crew on board, 90 minutes around the two main harbours for the light festival. There was a steady supply of nibbles (just oven heated sausage rolls etc but what do you expect from a small boat kitchen?) And the boat wasn't too crowded.

It was a walk ok. The salts were good, but the passes through Harbour Bridge and Opera House are very fast, if you see more of the buildings right. It's fair by the amount charged
