Arrive at Campbells Cove Pontoon at least 10 minutes before your departure time.
No representative or office at the pontoon. Wait by the wharf and the boat docks shortly before departure.
Bring a swimsuit and towel if you would like to swim. A swimming stop at a secluded harbour cove or beach is included as standard on every tour.
Bring sun protection: sunglasses, hat and suncream.

Bring a warm top or jacket. It can be cooler on the harbour than on land, even in the morning.
Wear soft-soled, non-marking shoes. No heels permitted on board.
You are welcome to bring your own food and beverages. BYO facilities are available on board.

Underwhelming experience for the cost

Boat was very nice. For most of the tour, Captain Andy was hard to hear over boat engines. He needed a speaker for us in the back of the boat. Water was to be provided on this 2.5 hour tour. It was not offered. This was 1st time we've ever had to take gym shoes off on any boat. Not safe.

Sorry that you struggled to hear the commentary, our captains try to avoid using the microphone to keep it more personalised with small groups, but your comments are noted. We do have a 'no shoes' policy in summer which is normal for luxury vessels.

Not as advertised. A snack & stopping at a beach where you could purchase tea were in the description & did not happen. Narration quite limited.

Hi Jaimie We're sorry that we weren't able to stop for a snack but the wharf was out of service, so the captain extended the tour and showed the group some other fascinating parts of the harbor, that everyone else really enjoyed.

Zane, our boat captain was amazing. His knowledge of the harbour was outstanding! Best tour of my experiences in Sydney. Worth every penny! I don’t think you can perceive the scope of the harbour without this tour.

Wonderful trip around the harbor (aka harbour) with Zane. We selected this tour because of their focus on smaller groups and that decision was spot-on. We had a calm, sunny day and the small group (6 people) allowed for detailed and interesting conversation from our guide. Also great fun to interact with other members of the group. An excellent day - would highly recommend.

This was a wonderful way to experience the Harbour and see some areas outside of Sydney. It was great to stop at the beaches and see where immigrants came through and where the penguins burrow. Also enjoyed seeing all the beautiful homes along the waterfront!!

My sisters and I had an enjoyable afternoon on our tour. Elody was a great tour guide. We enjoyed the small group setting with a max of 16 on the tour. This is a must when visiting Sydney. You get to see so much more of the small bays and learn the history of Sydney.

This was a great tour, got to see the main highlights of the harbour and some that you would not see on the bigger boat cruises. Great experience being able to hop on and off the boat onto the beach at the 3 stops. 20 minutes at each stop was a bit short though, it would be good if the tour was increased by 1/2 an hour to allow an extra 10 minutes at each stop.
