We had Christophe accompany us to the Black Forest and to the Alsace region on two separate trips. He was very knowledgeable and took us to all the right places, explaining the history of the villages. We especially loved the hidden gems (which I will not reveal here, in order to save the surprises for any future travellers witht he company). We had a really great time over the two days. Booking was very easy via Viator with Stefan texting details and asking us our preferences. We left it up to him to make recommendations in some instances while insisting on visiting a waterfall in the Black Forest and one or two picturesque villages. If we were to visit Strasbourg again, we would not hesitate to use this firm. The Tesla is very comfortable for long distance trips!

Another absolutely amazing day with this company. I visited a few years ago with colleagues and we loved it - loved it so much that when I brought family back this visit - we booked again. Fabulous day of churches, castles, fairytale villages, and a winery visit. A few of the places were hidden gems and not something we would have found otherwise. Christophe was knowledgeable, funny, and a great tour guide. Highly recommend.

Christoph was an excellent guide for our day in Alsace. The haute Koeningberg Castle was amazing and the fairytale village of Riquewhir, which is the basis of scenery for Disneys Beautify and the Beast, so beautiful. We also enjoyed the wine tasting and charcuterie, and a visit to Colmar.

We wanted to be able to visit the villages WE wanted to see and this tour was exactly as advertised and more. We chose to go with a full day tour and Christophe, our guide/driver, over-delivered! He never rushed us but still managed to get us everywhere we wanted to see and added a few he thought we would love. He is very knowledgeable about the area and was extremely patient, kind and helpful as one of the four of us uses a walker and was very limited on her ability to keep up. We were thrilled when he joined us for lunch and encouraged us to try one of the local favorites. I would request Christophe if booking this tour; you won't be disappointed!

What a wonderful adventure! This tour team really sets themselves apart with every aspect of the experience. First, they were in constant communication so we never felt nervous about our meeting time and location, which is important when you're in a strange country/city. Our driver, Christophe, was genial and warm and happy to chat. He was engaged and curious throughout the trip. The Tesla itself was a very clean and comfortable ride! We shared that we would like to grab a quick lunch on our way to the destination, so Christophe brought us to a beautiful small town to grab sandwiches and snacks from a local patisserie. We walked a short distance to a park overlooking the river and he surprised us with a bottle of Crémant, the local specialty, that we enjoyed as we ate and watched beautiful swans swimming by. Stephane listened to what we hoped to accomplish and went above and beyond by connecting us with a villager in the town we were going to visit. Beatrice was warm and friendly and full of history to share about her special village! She spoke only French, so Christophe translated for us (and helped me practice my French). Stephane shared our goals with Beatrice who did her own research on our family and showed us the home of our ancestors (their names still inscribed from the 1800s!). She walked us through the village with kindness and patience. Reconnecting with our family roots may have seemed like a moonshot, but Stephane and his team made it into a reality and we will never forget this experience. Run, don't walk, if you need a personalized guided experience in the region!

Our private tour with Stephan was memorable and definitely a highlight of our trip to France's Alsatian region. He picked my husband and me up in his Tesla at our hotel in Colmar to begin our day through the picturesque villages of the Alsatian route des vins. Stephan tailored the day to our interests and preferences, a factor in our decision to take a private tour rather than a van tour of up to eight people. He was knowledgeable about the region's history, conversation was engaging, and he included some surprises in our day which made it particularly meaningful to us. The day began with a visit to the Chateau du Haut- Koenigsbourg, followed by stopping at one of Stephan's favorite spots for a glass of the region's sparkling cremant . We spent a delightful time at one of the newer vineyards for a relaxed tasting and lunch of bread, cheese and charcuterie. We drove through a few charming villages, stopping for a walking tour through Riquewihr. Our tour was definitely dictated by our wishes and interests. We would recommend Stephan's Tour in a Tesla to anyone wishing for a personal experience in this beautiful region.

Everything went to ask by mouth.: Before its beginning we communicated with the organizers who proposed different tour options, adapting to our wishes and requests. The beginning was with complete punctuality and facilitating our movement.
