Our boat Sea BOSS, docks at the day pier directly behind Moe's Fresh Market in Yacht Haven Grande. We REQUIRE our guests to check in at least 15 minutes prior to the tour departure time at the meeting point near the Box Bar. You will see someone in a turquoise shirt holding a BOSS Underwater sign.

Wow!!! What an amazingly awesome experience!! To view an underwater aquarium upclose and personal was phenomenal. The crew is professional and do such a great job of making you feel at ease if you are hesitant to try the underwater scooter (as I was). So glad I did it. It is an experience you wouldn't want to miss!! Highly recommend 👌.

Im not a swimmer at all..the divers took their time and made sure I felt safe..I Loved every moment of it ...FYI if u want to take pics please bring ur camera something that's water safe because they don't provide pics.

Getting time to snorkel around while waiting to take the underwater tour was very relaxing and enjoyable. The underwater scooter tour was a blast. Would definitely do again. Thank you!

It was a pretty good experience. Guides were awesome. View from the boat and underwater were amazing . The only thing that I would have liked is if the underwater time was a bit longer .

We completely understand wanting more time in the scooter—it’s the highlight of the tour. Because we have a limited number of scooters, we structure the underwater portion of the tour so that all guests have a chance to enjoy them safely within the scheduled tour time.

Staff were great! Very reassuring as I was terrified to put my head under the water to get into the scooter. My son and I had a blast! We even saw a shipwreck. Added bonus was that we snorkeled fist before we did the scooter.

Cool experience, the actual time in the water on the scooters is short. About 8-10 minutes the rest of the time you can snorkel or wait on the boat for your turn. It takes longer to get to the location than you spend in the water. They do not offer any sort of photography for purchase. They will take pictures if you have an underwater camera, but only if it is a true underwater camera and not in a waterproof pouch or other case you may use for your phone. Hate that we did not get one photo underwater. Would have loved to have that memory with my son. Overall cool tour, but a bit pricey for what you actually get. Also taxi ride to the marina will cost you $8-9 per person each way. So we spent an additional $70 in taxi round trip. They offered capri suns and packs of cookies as a snack…. Definitely could have been better snacks for the price. I will say they are big on safety and that’s great. This would be an awesome tour if they offered more time in the water on the scooters, photography for purchase, and maybe light sandwiches and fruit as a snack.

It is disappointing to hear that elements of the tour did not meet your expectations. The scooter portion of the tour is structured so that all guests can rotate through the scooters safely within the total tour time allotted. We allot approximately 30 minutes per rotation, but we understand it can feel more brief when you’re excited to stay down longer.
Regarding photography, we completely understand how meaningful those memories are. For safety and equipment protection, we’re only able to handle designated underwater cameras, as we cannot take responsibility for damaged devices in waterproof pouches or cases.
For refreshments, we provide individually packaged snacks in accordance with food safety guidelines. While they are more simple, this helps us maintain safety standards for all our valued guests.
We thank you again for joining us and for sharing your perspective. We are committed to providing a safe, fun, and memorable adventure for all of our valued guests and hope you will see us again in the future.

This was a great experience! Such a fun excursion! The crew was awesome, patient and very helpful! This is definitely a bucket list item ….especially if you aren’t keen on diving down by yourself or have ear issues. Highly recommend!

I almost backed out, but am so glad I didn't! Captain Andrew and his crew were the best! They did everything possible to ensure everyone felt safe. I do not even put my face under the water in the shower and yet I went on this scuba/scooter. Anyone can do this. The snorkeling was also great. We saw so many varieties of fish. I highly recommend this for the experience of a lifetime!

This was such a unique and unforgettable experience—easily 5 stars! The underwater scooter was so much fun and made exploring the ocean effortless, even without any diving experience. The views beneath the water were incredible, with beautiful reefs and tons of colorful fish all around us. The crew was fantastic—friendly, professional, and made sure everyone felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Everything was well organized, from the boat ride to the time in the water, and the added amenities made it even more enjoyable. Our whole family had an amazing time and couldn’t stop talking about it afterward. Highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for something different and exciting!

Fun, adventurous, safe activity for the family. The crew was awesome and made sure we had a great time. We saw tons of fish including a barracuda, nerf shark and puffer fish.

This was so much fun!! I had almost talked myself out of getting in the water and then Andrew said I know many of you are probably very nervous right now, but we will do everything possible to help you be successful in your adventure today, and that was exactly what the whole crew did. The best snorkeling and underwater adventure me and my wife ever had. We even missed our flight thinking to ourselves that we might have to take a lost. But thank you Jesus their team contacted us and made a way to squeeze us in the following day after we arrived. It was worth every bit of our money. I can say when we visit again we will take another adventure with Boss underwater scooter and snorkeling. Thank you guys☺️😃

The staff are amazing, everyone handled my sarcasm very professionally. The BOSS is awkward but exciting at the same time. If you are debating on whether you should do this or not, just take the plunge (literally) and do it. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

I was so disappointed that we did not get to experience this in St. Thomas. I’m an adventurous person who travels frequently and who has done just about every excursion there is to offer except this one. . I booked my 50th Birthday Trip to St. Thomas just so I could experience the underwater scooter tour and the clear kayak photo shoot; I have already been to other islands who have these two activities. This was my experience on my actual birthday, September 1, so when I received a message from the company on August 31st saying it was canceled due to not meeting the minimum number of people, I was really upset. I was offered to be moved to September 3 or September 5 but I was flying back home on September 3. Of course I felt that the crew should have still operated for those of us who had paid regardless of the number of people who had booked. The company advertises “Most Likely To Sell Out” but apparently that wasn’t the case. The company knew September 1 was a holiday and that it was possible that many people weren’t going to book so why even have September 1 as an option? Just close for the holiday. This company should have enough money stored up for days when the tour isn’t full, so they can still operate with whoever was booked, be it 5 people or 10. This is better for the business. The company has to know that every single tour may not be at capacity, therefore, the company should be prepared for this.

As outlined in our booking policy, our tours require a minimum number of participants in order to operate viably and sustainably. This minimum is necessary to cover the significant costs of our operation and while we typically do reach capacity, occasionally tours fall short of the required number. We did our best to offer you alternative dates in hopes of accommodating your schedule, but sadly your travel dates did not align.
Our goal is to provide unforgettable experiences, and we regret that we couldn’t deliver that for you this time. We appreciate your comments and we hope to have the chance to adventure with you on your next visit to St. Thomas.

Make sure to take motion sickness meds if choppy waves bother you. Once in the protected cove it's much calmer and the experience is definitely something you should try. My kids had huge grins the whole time and no scuba experience needed!

I enjoyed the snorkeling while others were enjoying the underwater scooter ride until it was our turn at Buckhead Bay. My husband thought the underwater scooter ride was more like a ride since he scuba dives so it inspired me to get my refresher course with some guidance from the divemasters on our boat. The crew is very personable, energectic, and makes the experience worthwhile. I would take my non-swimming snorkelers on this excursion to let them experience swimming with the fish. We saw more snorkeling like many different fish, a sea turtle, squids, and large sea urchins & interesting coral.

Fun experience but definitely wish we had more underwater time. 3 hour excursion but only about 20 minutes allocated to the underwater scooters. Was hoping to see sea turtles and eagle rays but no such luck.
