Our boat Sea BOSS, docks at the day pier directly behind Moe's Fresh Market in Yacht Haven Grande. We REQUIRE our guests to check in at least 15 minutes prior to the tour departure time at the meeting point near the Box Bar. You will see someone in a turquoise shirt holding a BOSS Underwater sign.

Wow!!! What an amazingly awesome experience!! To view an underwater aquarium upclose and personal was phenomenal. The crew is professional and do such a great job of making you feel at ease if you are hesitant to try the underwater scooter (as I was). So glad I did it. It is an experience you wouldn't want to miss!! Highly recommend 👌.

My family and I took a trip and we wanted to do a fun excursion. Captain Andrew and his whole crew were absolutely amazing! We went snorkeling and did the underwater scooters. We all had a blast! Captain and crew were incredibly nice and informative and kept us laughing and safe with our adventure. I highly recommend this fun excursion if you’re in St. Thomas.

This was a wonderful time for me and my wife for the first time. The crew was friendly and the best place to snorkel is by the rocks. We will come back and do this again when we are in town.

I had an amazing experience with Boss Underwater Sea Adventure! It was a beautiful day from start to finish, and the staff made it even better. They were incredibly knowledgeable, accommodating, and patient—especially when I started panicking a little, lol. Their calm and reassuring attitude really helped me enjoy the experience.
The boat was nice, clean, and spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. The snacks were a cute and thoughtful touch that added to the overall experience. The views and underwater sights were absolutely beautiful, and being surrounded by such friendly people made the day even more special.
Even though I ended up getting seasick, I can honestly say it was still worth it. Overall, it was a memorable adventure, and I highly recommend Boss Underwater Sea Adventure to anyone looking for a fun and unique experience on the water!

This is safe once in a lifetime experience riding underwater scooter while safely breathing in a helmet type environment views most species in Atlantic Ocean safe for even non-swimmers. Also snorkeling also offered and you can bring your own snorkeling equipment. Great experience loved it.

This was an amazing experience. I would do it again in a heart beat. It's a little unsettling at first to have your head in a bubble but as soon as you start moving you forget all about it.

Hands down THE BEST experience & must do water activity while in St Thomas. Not only did we get plenty of time to snorkel at our own leisure, but THE cherry on top was the underwater scooter… BEST EXPERIENCE EVER - I felt like we were in an episode of Mario karts hahaha

Experience overall was good. Good snorkeling and boat was good. The submersible was a unique experience that I recommend. Although, I was put in unlucky #13 and it did not function very well. Propulsion was a snails pace even compared to the other submersibles. We are down there for only 20 min with them. The life vests should have two straps around you (one around waist and another up through groin). The one for the groin was intentionally cut on all of them, which is stupid because the vest rides higher up on neck once in the water or can slide off over your head. The experience looking through the bubble on the submersible is a little surreal. Depth perception is warped when looking down or to the sides, but it is a very easy going time breathing. It is as if you turn a cup over in water. You breath in the air pocket that is formed and with the compressed air from the tank attached to the submersible.

It is truly unfortunate that the experience did not meet your expectations. We take safety and guest comfort very seriously, and out of fairness to our crew, we would like to provide some additional context.
Our team of divers assisted you into the underwater scooter, where you proceeded to visibly panic and immediately asked to be returned to the boat. Our trained crew responded right away and helped you safely onboard, where our captain remained nearby while you recovered.
After calming down, you told our staff that you wanted to try again. In an effort to accommodate you, our captain offered you and your companion a private scooter tour after the next guests completed their turn so you could try again more comfortably and with additional attention from the crew. This offer was made multiple times. Unfortunately, you ultimately declined to participate further.
We absolutely understand that underwater activities can sometimes feel stressful and overwhelming in the moment, and not every excursion is the right fit for every guest. However, we provided multiple opportunities for you to enjoy the activity and did our very best to adapt to your needs in the moment. As always, our crew remained professional, patient, and focused on your safety and comfort throughout the entire experience.

We had a great time on the BOSS and the crew was wonderful! The crew was knowledgeable and fun. Snorkeling was at your leisure or you could stay on the boat and snack, sun or just relax. The best part is the 30 minutes scooter tour!!! So much fun. I was surprised to learn that you can participate even if you don't swim. I watched the crew walk a couple through the process and neither of them could swim; they were nervous; but post scooter ride were thrilled they had done it and would do it again!
I highly recommend this excursion.

Im not a swimmer at all..the divers took their time and made sure I felt safe..I Loved every moment of it ...FYI if u want to take pics please bring ur camera something that's water safe because they don't provide pics.

It was a pretty good experience. Guides were awesome. View from the boat and underwater were amazing . The only thing that I would have liked is if the underwater time was a bit longer .

Staff were great! Very reassuring as I was terrified to put my head under the water to get into the scooter. My son and I had a blast! We even saw a shipwreck. Added bonus was that we snorkeled fist before we did the scooter.

Cool experience, the actual time in the water on the scooters is short. About 8-10 minutes the rest of the time you can snorkel or wait on the boat for your turn. It takes longer to get to the location than you spend in the water. They do not offer any sort of photography for purchase. They will take pictures if you have an underwater camera, but only if it is a true underwater camera and not in a waterproof pouch or other case you may use for your phone. Hate that we did not get one photo underwater. Would have loved to have that memory with my son. Overall cool tour, but a bit pricey for what you actually get. Also taxi ride to the marina will cost you $8-9 per person each way. So we spent an additional $70 in taxi round trip. They offered capri suns and packs of cookies as a snack…. Definitely could have been better snacks for the price. I will say they are big on safety and that’s great. This would be an awesome tour if they offered more time in the water on the scooters, photography for purchase, and maybe light sandwiches and fruit as a snack.

It is disappointing to hear that elements of the tour did not meet your expectations. The scooter portion of the tour is structured so that all guests can rotate through the scooters safely within the total tour time allotted. We allot approximately 30 minutes per rotation, but we understand it can feel more brief when you’re excited to stay down longer.
Regarding photography, we completely understand how meaningful those memories are. For safety and equipment protection, we’re only able to handle designated underwater cameras, as we cannot take responsibility for damaged devices in waterproof pouches or cases.
For refreshments, we provide individually packaged snacks in accordance with food safety guidelines. While they are more simple, this helps us maintain safety standards for all our valued guests.

I almost backed out, but am so glad I didn't! Captain Andrew and his crew were the best! They did everything possible to ensure everyone felt safe. I do not even put my face under the water in the shower and yet I went on this scuba/scooter. Anyone can do this. The snorkeling was also great. We saw so many varieties of fish. I highly recommend this for the experience of a lifetime!

This was such a unique and unforgettable experience—easily 5 stars! The underwater scooter was so much fun and made exploring the ocean effortless, even without any diving experience. The views beneath the water were incredible, with beautiful reefs and tons of colorful fish all around us. The crew was fantastic—friendly, professional, and made sure everyone felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Everything was well organized, from the boat ride to the time in the water, and the added amenities made it even more enjoyable. Our whole family had an amazing time and couldn’t stop talking about it afterward. Highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for something different and exciting!
