Please check in 15 minutes prior to departure at the Dockside Watersports Center. Follow signs from the lobby at the Westin at Frenchman's Reef. If utilizing the hotel's self-parking, please plan for an additional 20 minutes to park and pay at the hotel's front desk.

- Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
- Adults (ages 18+) must operate their own ski. A valid driver's license is required to operate a ski.
- Child riders are free (ages 10-17). Children less than 10 years old are not permitted.
- All participants must know how to swim. Participants will be required to swim approximately 20 yards and climb aboard the ski unassisted prior to departure. This is to simulate ocean reboarding should the participant be tossed from the ski during the tour.
- Operators are not allowed to participate if they are under the influence of drugs or alcohol. If suspected, the staff reserves the right to cancel the tour with no refund.
- A credit card deposit is required to operate.
- Single operators cannot weigh more than 250 pounds. Operator and rider combined cannot weigh more than 350 pounds.
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 4 travelers

We had SO much fun doing the jet skis. Our guide was so kind and helpful. My partner and I have never been jet skiing before. The scenery is beautiful and you get to see so much in an hour while also learning about the areas. It was a great time and definitely recommend!

This was my first time riding a jet ski and it is definitely an adrenaline rush and very fun activity. Our tour guide Sonny was awesome and made the experience so much fun.

There’s another jet ski place on emerald beach. Where the jet skis aren’t sinking! I felt so uncomfortable the tour guide thought I was just playing till the new hire took me back to the docks and seen that the back on the jet ski was lower then the others.

We paid online for the reservations, and when we went to the dock to check in, the worker asked us if we could swim. We said no and she told us she would have to cancel our reservation and refund us money. I expressed how there should be a prompt on the website asking people if they know how to swim and if you answer no, you should not be able to move forward to make a payment. The worker disagree with me and stated there is a prompt on the website. I informed her if there was a prompt asking if I could swim, I would’ve said no and I would have not made it to the payment page. I think the website not having a prompt wasted my time and money. Now I have to wait 5 to 7 business days for a refund all because I was allowed online to book a reservation that had a strict requirement to know how to swim.

I am sorry to hear that you were unable to attend our Jet Ski Tour, Emma. Unfortunately, all guests must be at least beginner level swimmers to attend. This is due to the fact that you must swim out to the skis to begin and, in the event you fall off, be able to navigate back to the ski and climb aboard. Do not bother if you are not avid jet skiers. The guide was an absolute jerk to my son and nephew (19 & 20 year olds). he gave zero instructions other than his hand signals for kill the engine and slow down and then was the jerk of the century when they knew nothing more. Neither of them have ever driven a jet skiers before. They were only on the water for 30 minutes or less and we paid for an hour. Find something else to do with your time and don’t waste your hard earned money on this place. We will be back to St. Thomas, will we NOT be back to this excursion.

If you have little to no experience with jet skiing, this is definitely not the place to start. The guide was completely apathetic to the needs of his clients. All he would say was “you have to go fast” and “if you can’t keep up, I’ll have to take you back”. I ended up catapulting into the ocean and asking to go back after about 15 minutes. I have been snowmobiling, kayaking, hiking, snorkeling, bicycling and lots of other activities, and I was so excited about jet skiing. This was quite a disappointment.

It was ghetto , jet skis are not docked you have to swim 40 feet to the jets then climb up . That wasn’t in the description either.

Swimming to the jet ski is required as you must know how to swim to operate the ski - this is a safety protocol in case you fall off - you need to be able to get back on the ski. Safety first!

Had a fantastic time touring the harbor of St. Thomas. Our guide took us to several islands and beaches including Brewer’s Bay where we saw Sea Turtles. One of our favorite moments was when we stopped right at the end of the runway in the water as jets came in to land. Would definitely like to do this tour again!

One of the memorable parts was stopping at water Island, and listening to the history of the island, and then stopping where the sea turtles were located. I wish we had stopped at Hassal Island to get some background history from the guide, but he continued the tour, and I felt very rushed. I wish we had a few more breaks to learn more history about different parts of these islands.
