Brandon and Kevin made a great team. We really enjoyed our day and this charter was probably the highlight of our 5 day trip to St. Thomas Island.

The best time. Hit all the too spots. Cornelius and Kevin were a great time. Kept the drinks filled. They took care of all the customs paperwork. Loved every minute of the trip

So. First of all Viator has my trip date wrong. But, that is not the point. Went out today. Boat is supposed to have a captain and first mate. No first mate. This trip was BVI Funday. Supposed to be able to get breakfast at Corsair. Corsair’s was closed. Foxys doesn’t serve food until 10. Then we left Foxys to go to bubbly pond which we didn’t want to do. But others did. We did not stop at sandy spit. We were at bubbly pond for 90 minutes it is a rocky area. Captain did not offer us snorkel equipment or noodles to float. Then we spent 3 hours at white bay beach aka soggy dollar. Again no offer of floats or snorkel equipment. Captain was rude, not happy. Music was played sporadically and no music on return boat ride. He hit another boats engine at the VI dock. Not a great day and didn’t meet expectations or what the day is advertised to be.

Anne... You were one of the worst guests we have ever had on our boats. You complained the entire day and you obviously have NO CLUE what island life is all about. It's about being laid back and no stress!!
Yes, Corsairs was closed for breakfast, so go next door to the Tipsy Turtle which was open and also serves an amazing breakfast.
In the description of the day, it clearly states we spend 90 minutes at the Bubbly Pool. YOU didn't want to hike there, but the other 8 guests on board the boat did. You were a buzz killed and complained the entire time.
Noodles are always in plain site on the boat and you can help yourself at anytime to them. This was not a snorkel based trip, as clearly stated in the description.
You also called the company and demanded a refund or you would write a bad review. We don't respond well to threats.
Unfortunately Anne, we try very hard to make our guests happy, as you can see from our over 2000 five star reviews. But some people are never happy.

Brandon was amazing the entire day. Very personable and patient when his passengers had more and more fun at the end of the day!!! He is wonderful. Clearly knows how to manage the boat and keep everyone safe. I highly recommend this excursion!!!

Great Way to See Jost Van Dyke! Susannah and Kenny of Stormy Pirates were great ! They truly wanted and delivered a fun filled experience !!! Will definitely book again with them upon a return to St John !!!!

The captain and crew took very good care of us on this trip! It was a lot of fun and everything I expected. They let the group of 10 guide how much time we spent at each location and it was a wonderful day! I highly recommend this trip!
