Feel free to book, we will pick you up 30 minutes after the ship's arrival time. -Each Guest that has a voucher for the tour needs to have their ship ID card or license to check in with the representative and sign the voucher. It is imperative that you cooperate with the Sunny Liston Tours Representative - Our standard pickup time for this tour is 9:00 AM. - We also offer a 11:30 AM pickup, but this option is only for cruise ship guests whose ship arrives later in the morning. If your ship arrives earlier, please be sure to choose the 9:00 AM pickup instead. - If you’re staying on the island at a hotel, guest house, or Airbnb, the 9:00 AM pickup is the only available option for this tour. The 11:30 AM pickup is reserved just for late-arriving cruise ship passengers. - Please take a moment to review this before booking so we can make sure everything runs smoothly and you have the best experience possible. Please note that pickup times and pickup points are subject to change. You will be notified if there is a change in your pickup time or point.

Itinerary

When your cruise ship docks, disembark and meet your tour guide at the entrance to the port.

Follow your guide into the heart of downtown Charlotte Amalie, a bustling area packed with duty-free shops, cafes, galleries, and restaurants. Amble down Main Street and the waterfront to find unique local goods and great deals on jewelry, clothing, and electronics. How long you spend filling your shopping bags will vary according to your tour start time.

Next, head out on a safari taxi for some St. Thomas sightseeing.

The safari taxi will ferry you to the 1,547-foot (471-meter) summit of Mountain Top, the highest point on the island. Make several stops at scenic viewpoints on the way up, while listening to commentary about the history and culture of St. Thomas on the way. Be sure to bring your camera for photos of the lush green vegetation and turquoise waters splayed out below. From this vantage point, see some of the neighboring islands, Blackbeard's Castle, and Magens Bay.

Finally, stop at Magens Bay Beach to swim, snorkel, scuba dive, or simply relax in the powdery sand.

Your tour ends with drop-off back at the cruise port.

Sunny was awesome and very knowledgeable. We saw lot of beautiful views of the island. At the last stop, some of us did not want to go to the beach, so he dropped us by the ship and went back to pick up the beach goers. That was much appreciated.

Falsely advertised, don’t recommend!

Booking was straightforward. Excursions details win complete; didn’t say where to meet. Had to text for details; long time to get an answer from Sunny Liston Tours. Very disorganized at pickup point. Drivers arrived on time, but took 20 minutes to check the 30-ish passengers while we waited in the sweltering heat and humidity. Viator failed to provide the tour guide with our reservation, so we had to provide my drivers license and proof of booking. I was hesitant to provide that personal document, but was told to provide it or else I could not join the excursion. The excursion was advertised as writing in an air-conditioned vehicle and also advertised as being given refreshments (rum drink). Neither of those was the case as we were in an open air vehicle that seated 20 people and no refreshments were ever offered by the tour guide. The shopping spot that we were taken to was a 1 mile long street with 95% of the shops being jewelry stores. That was ridiculous! The time we were allowed to spend at the beach was awfully inadequate. The driver-tour guide did a decent job. I would not recommend this excursion, nor would I recommend Viator. It was our first and last time to use Viator.

Air Force One is AMAZING!

This was the best tour I’ve been on in a very long time! Our guide, Air Force One, was very knowledgable about the history of the island(and the mainland) and had information about everything we saw. My 9 year old can’t stop talking about the tour or how nice our guide was. I absolutely recommend this tour and our guide 1000%!

Air Force one- the most amazing guide we had on our entire trip. He spoke very well easy to understand, very informative, fun and outgoing. We stayed at Saint Thomas for a week and went on several tours. He was the best by far. We were fortunate - we ended up getting the air conditioned van just by chance thank goodness, because St Thomas is hot! This tour stops at many locations and even time for the beach if you want to. Bring your walking shoes, but also bring your swimsuit and towel. Thank you air first one for making this day a wonderful day! We had a lot of issues with other tour guides, and the taxi cabs in the area, not being truthful about costs, and we had no problem on this tour at all it delivered not only what was said, but exceeded our expectations!

Some shopping at Charlotte Amalie, history re the island from our guide, went to Mtn Top for more shopping and great views of the island, and then 2 hours at Magens Beach! Excellent tour! Our guide Air Force one did a great job!

Driver was knowledgeable but shopping was cut short and only taken to high end jewelry stores where there were a few local stand…beach had thousands and cafe was closing…too hot to stay so took a taxi back to the ship

We did the shopping, sightseeing, beach tour. Easy to find the tour meeting spot getting off cruise, however no sign (just ask). We checked in first, which was great, but then sat in hot sun for over an hour waiting for people. Alittle frustrating. Not their fault. Open air buses which was nice when driving but when sitting still hot! Bring waters or have money to buy when you make stops. Bring snacks as you will get hungry and no time to get a lunch (we did not know, and only found snacks at about 4 pm). Shopping could have been longer as not sure about you, but we are not Rolex type people. So had to hunt for souvenir type store among the fancy stores and be back in 1 hour. Sight seeing was interesting to see. The roads are crazy! So thankful I was not driving! The views were amazing. My husband and adult daughter got the banana daiquiri and we loved the view from the top. Megan’s bay…. Ended the day here. Wish it would have been earlier in the tour, as by the time we got there clouds came in and it was chilly. Less busy yes, but cooler. No sun at all. And a little dark. Made for a not so good impression on the beach that is supposed to be amazing. In all worth the day excursion for us 3 adults. Wear tennis shoes as you will be walking.

Our roads take a little getting used to, especially if you are not accustomed to drive on the left and on only flat roads. However, for us on the island driving around on these roads is nothing difficult. The hills allow us to have beautiful and breathtaking views. There are snacks and drinks available for purchase along the sightseeing route and also at the initial pick up location for anyone who would like. There is not a lot of walking on our tour, but we do encourage wearing comfortable shoes and light clothing. Great open air trolley tour

Really enjoyed this tour, our driver was very detailed in describing everything we passed from government buildings to grocery stores. He was a bit grumpy at times, but I imagine he gets asked these questions everyday, numerous times per day. The places we toured were great and we had more than enough time to take pictures, explore on our own and buy souvenirs. We had a good hour and a half at Magens Bay Beach which was sufficient to get some food and relax in the water afterwards before heading back.

Not worth the money to take this tour - but cheaper to do this instead of the one offered by the cruise

It’s not really a tour - Just a taxi service. There is not much to see - kids enjoyed the ride to the mountain since it is steep and narrow roads - So it’s like going on a roller coaster. Other than that nothing much. They drop you off for Shopping part for couple of hours, then pick you back to drive up the mountain for banana Daiquiri & take couple of photos of the Atlantic side of the island which will take about an 1 total drive and then drive to Megan beach where they drop you for about 2 hrs and then back to cruises. Would recommend renting a taxi at the port and going to these places on your own. Not worth the price for this tour!!

A wonderful trip with a fun guide

I booked sightseeing and Megan Bay online with viator. The tour company: Sunny Liston Tours, LLC. Our ship Beyond docked at 7 am. The pick up was in the shopping area outside of the gate, 5-10 minutes from the ship. We first asked a competitor tour group who pointed to a waiting place a few feet away from our pick up site. We were anxious when the time approached. We walked around and then met our guide. After that, everything went smoothly. This was an open van which was full, around 25 people. The road was winding and steep since this place was mountainous. The guide was fun and we stopped at several viewing places: seeing islands, bays, and ships. The guide dropped us at Megan Bay which was tranquil enough for swimming. Snorkeling: not many fish near the shore. The visibility was good even the bottom was full of sands. The shore had very good facility including shower, changing place, shaded benches, some of which had a roof. We were picked up there on time and dropped off at the port. The four hours were just about right, 10-2. Our ship left at 4pm.

A very enjoyable day. The scheduling was a little off by starting with shopping early in the morning when most of the stores were still closed but ended on a high note as t the beautiful Meagan Bay beach. My favorite part of the excursion was the steel drum presentation. Truly fascinating that they can tune and get that beautiful sound from an oil drum. Ask for Airforce One to lead your group. He was excellent

Trip was amazing! Great music with a great host, Sunny! He has a great sense of humor and took us around the island with pomp. Magen's Bay was a great time as well, as he dropped us off there too. The downside to the whole trip with him was that it rained, but he kept the ride back awesome still!
