PLEASE PROVIDE PICK UP LOCATION WITH YOUR BOOKING - If arriving by ship, simply indicate the name of your ship. - If staying on island, simply indicate the name of your hotel or vacation home. - If you are neither on a ship or staying on island, please contact us. -If you are arriving by ship at a later time than our stated pickup times, no worries. We are aware of the ship's arrival time and make adjustments accordingly. Feel free to book, we will pick you up 30 minutes after the ship's arrival time. - Our standard pickup time for this tour is 9:00 AM. - We also offer a 11:30 AM pickup, but this option is only for cruise ship guests whose ship arrives later in the morning. If your ship arrives earlier, please be sure to choose the 9:00 AM pickup instead. - If you’re staying on the island at a hotel, guest house, or Airbnb, the 9:00 AM pickup is the only available option for this tour. The 11:30 AM pickup is reserved just for late-arriving cruise ship passengers. - Please take a moment to review this before booking so we can make sure everything runs smoothly and you have the best experience possible. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you! -Each Guest that has a voucher for the tour needs to have their ship ID card or license to check in with the representative and sign the voucher. It is imperative that you cooperate with the Sunny Liston Tours Representative - VERY IMPORTANT: Please note that guests staying on island should book the 9 am pick up time ONLY. If there are any changes, guests will be contacted. -Upon arrival at the port: Havensight WICO Dock: Meet the local representative, Sunny Liston tours, at Game number 4 right next to the Virgin Haven Restaurant located on the Havensight WICO Dock. Pleas wait for the local representative who will be holding a Sunny Liston Tours sign under the yellow umbrellas. Please do not walk away from the yellow umbrellas. Please note that pickup times and pickup points are subject to change. You will be notified if there is a change in your pickup time or point.

- Tour Duration and Departure Times Our Shopping & Sightseeing Tour lasts approximately 3–4 hours, depending on cruise ship schedules and the selected departure time. Additional departure times are offered on selected dates to accommodate varying cruise ship schedules. When adjustments to the tour duration are necessary, only downtown shopping time is reduced. Scenic sightseeing stops remain unchanged. Following the shopping and sightseeing experience, guests are returned to their original pickup location. Return transportation is included.

In St Thomas, The tour company cancelled our tour and did not refund our money. We were very disappointed.

We sincerely apologize for the disappointment and inconvenience surrounding your reservation.
We would, however, like to clarify a few details. Prior to your scheduled tour, we contacted you to explain that, due to circumstances beyond our control, we would be unable to operate the tour that day. We offered to accommodate you on Thursday instead, but you advised us that you already had plans to visit St. John.
Since the alternative date did not work for you, we asked you to go ahead and cancel the reservation. Unfortunately, it appears that the cancellation was never completed through Viator, and we were unaware that the reservation remained active.
Had you contacted us to let us know that you had not received your refund, we would have gladly investigated and resolved the matter immediately.
Upon becoming aware of the issue through your review, we took the necessary steps to cancel the reservation through Viator. A 100% refund has now been initiated, and you should receive your money within the next few days.
Please be assured that we would never knowingly retain payment for a tour we were unable to provide. We take customer satisfaction seriously and regret that this misunderstanding affected your experience.

I enjoyed the tour. It was amazing to ride up the mountain to the top and the views were beautiful! There is gift shoo at the top. I enjoyed learning more about St. Thomas and would recommend the tour if you want to sightsee some of the major locations.

Pay attention to ticket and random emails, tour dates and date you scheduled will be changed. Ticket says July 7, email changed date to July 8. Smdh.

Your original booking was for July 7. Since we did not have any tours operating that day, we contacted you in advance to ask whether you would be able to reschedule to July 8 instead. You confirmed by email that the new date worked for you, and we proceeded with your reservation based on your confirmation.
We understand that changes to travel plans can sometimes be frustrating, but we made every effort to communicate the change ahead of time and only moved forward after receiving your approval.
Good, fun and knowledgeable about St. Thomas, will recommend. Mountain top, Drake's seat and Skyline Drive was great scenic sights.

It can end up being a beach only trip. When we got on the coach a few of the passengers said they did not want to go shopping and would prefer to spend the hours scheduled for the shopping area on the beach. He agreed to this and despite is objecting ignored us.

It is a good way to see the island. We were a party of 8. The van was very clean and comfortable. It took us to additional stops that the open group tours did not take us on our last visit. Elvis was very nice.

Arrived at the pick-up spot at 11:15 AM as indicated on the Viator confirmation document only to find out that the tour bus had left at 8:45 AM. The agent who booked our tour made an error. Fortunately, the tour operator sent someone to pick us up and dropped us at the tour that was in progress. We were assured that we would be back on the ship well before sailing time. The tour driver/guide was very helpful and kind. He took our booking papers and told us he will investigate how this error happened. However we did enjoy the tour but it was a hectic day for us.

Driver was very loud and frankly kind of obnoxious. Drove too fast at times.
