Our full-day adventure to The Baths of Virgin Gorda from the Ritz-Carlton St. Thomas was absolutely unforgettable. Captain Ryan and Danny were fantastic from start to finish. The trip was beautiful, fun, and incredibly well organized.
Ryan kept the perfect vibe going all day with an awesome playlist, and he was so kind and attentive when I started feeling seasick — it made all the difference and let me enjoy the rest of the experience. Danny was equally great: friendly, helpful, and always making sure everyone was comfortable and having a good time.
The Baths themselves were stunning; Ryan and Danny made this excursion truly special. Highly recommend this adventure — you won’t be disappointed!

Riley, Skylar & captain R were amazing! We had such a fun day from start to finish! The whole crew was amazing and of course the views were phenomenal! We are so glad we did this excursion during our honeymoon!

Absolutely nothing like what was advertised. Our boat was late. And still came back early. We got MAYBE 20 mins at the Baths. All of which behind 100 ppl in diff tour groups. You will have to take the taxi to Top of the Baths. And the "treasure caves" was a crap little reef with few fish. Complete waste of alot of money. Not sure what i actually paid them for.

I booked the Discover the Baths of Virgin Gorda tour with Cruz Bay Watersports via Viator. It was the only excursion I had planned during my trip. It was supposed to start at 8am, with a 7:30am check-in time. We were informed 15 minutes past check-in that the boat had a mechanical issue and would arrive around 8:20am. It was then pushed to 8:45am. It was delayed again until 9:30-9:45am. Around 9:05am, we were informed that the maintenance issue would not be fixed and they were canceling the trip.
A couple that was waiting with me said that they were originally supposed to go out on Wednesday, but were asked to move their tour to Tuesday, because the boat would be undergoing maintenance. The taxi ride to/from The Ritz was approximately $50. If they knew they had a raggedy boat, they should've never booked people for that excursion.

This was a fantastic trip! The crew (Kelly and Captain Ryan) were friendly, knowledgeable, and dedicated to making sure we were safe AND had loads of fun. The Baths are amazing, but the highlight for us was the snorkeling off Peter Island. The water was crystal clear and we saw several huge sea turtles!

Very enjoyable day. Baths were very cool and snorkling was good. Crew was knowledgeable and fun. Saw lots of reviews saying that experience was not what they expected ... just read what they send you and follow the recommendations (footwear for hike from Top of Baths down to the water and rocks) and you will be fine.

On the way to The Baths, we were served delicious mini-brunch & juice. We were given menus on the boat so that the restaurant on Virgin Gorda would have our orders ready for us after we visited The Baths. The Baths were beautiful fun to explore. After lunch, we got back on the boat & were offered snorkeling gear because we were going to stop near Tortolla to swim with the fish. It was amazing how the fish were not afraid to swim up to us in droves. After that, we got back on the boat and the crew offered us refreshments. They were funny & helpful, checking to see if we wanted our cups refilled often during the trip to Virgin Gorda.

Experience was just as advertised. Great day to Virgin Gorda and the baths and snorkeling. Food at the restaurant was good and the staff was great. Ryan and Kelly did a great job of taking care of everyone. Kelly was a wealth of knowledge of the area and the history. Would love to go on another tour with them.

It was amazing seeing all the boulder formations, caves and grottos. It's not quite as easy as it seems however.
The snorkeling at Normans island afterwards was great fun where we saw stingray, jelly fish, turtles and tropical fish. Our guides were outstanding and helped this old lady do much help and support!

This trip was fantastic. Captain Ryan was interactive, fun and informative. Our tour guide Kelly was perfect. She made the trip absolutely worth it. She was so knowledgeable, she had fun, made sure everyone was safe and simply made the day perfect. The scenery was definitely something you have to see and experience. We are all so grateful we decided to do this!! This is a must do day trip and literally something you won’t regret!!!!

Excellent crew! They previewed us about each activity and worked hard during the boat ride. They took extra care of me, as I got a little seasick on the way over. lots of useful information to learn more about what we were seeing! Loved it!

It was a great trip! Definitely should wear water shoes and clothing that can get wet. Don’t bring anyone that has a hard time getting around. Continental breakfast wasn’t much but lunch was great!

This is a great all day tour, but the advertisement is incorrect. The was zero time spent in Spanish town and when I asked a crew member, I felt dismissed. Pls update your advertisement as I’m sure people would still love and enjoy the itinerary without Spanish town and thinking something was excluded.

I had an amazing time! The tour was better than I imagined. I am a solo traveler so safety is important to me. I felt safe and everyone took pictures for me. The boat was clean and comfortable. If you have bad knees wear good shoes because some of the rocks are slippery. Its a lot of walking to see the baths but worth it. I liked that it was all inclusive. The only thing I paid was the tip. If you look at other tours it didn’t include meals and fees. Lunch was good. I had fish n chips and was full. I highly recommend this trip. Dont forget your passport!

What a fun day. The crew was knowledgeable about the whole area and made the trip fun. The day was organized and when one area to snorkel was crowded knew another area to take us. The Baths is a magical area that should be explored. I would highly recommend this day excursion.

Not a strenuous hike. Leisurely walk with a great tour guide. Lunch was perfect, albeit a lot of food for an average person. Highly recommend it.
