Board from the beach at St. Thomas. No shoes allowed on the boat. Served 3 appetizers on the way over, unlimited drinks. On the way back served coffee and some chocolate from the bar area but would have been better to announce this in the way back.

Nice relaxing trip to and from St John from St Thomas. The crew was super attentive and helped navigate of recommended spots once I got to St John. They even walked everyone to their dinner reservations locations. Loved a smaller group vs the normal 80.

Wear flip flops, not shoes and socks. Be prepared for a $250.00 dinner (worth every penny). And rig for great fun.

The location for pick up and drop off was convenient, the crew was outstanding, along with the catamaran. We had a couple of hours on St. John to eat and discover the Beach Bar. This is a must!

Great trip, but boarding thru a rocky bottom and seaweed wasn’t great, especially on return in the dark and higher tide, deserts on the return were put out before the re-boarding time and were melting, and hors d’oeuvres were good but minimal for the price point. Views on the back of the boat are also mostly obstructed, so seating with good views are limited.

It’s was an amazing ride to and from the drinks and hors d’oeuvres were great. Seeing the stars and the scenery was amazing. The crew was very polite and amazing. Would definitely recommend people take it when they visit.

Nice night, great crew.
Good overall event. The food, snacks appetizers were underwhelming, and overall lacking in volume and quality.
That said, we were heading to St. John for dinner, and did not need a lot.
But something nicer would have been an improvement.

The crew was very informative and helpful for the trip to and from St. John. There was sufficient time to eat and tour St. John. The big Surprise; however, was the fact that you had to get on the Catamaran from the beach at the Ritz-Carlton. This meant having to remove footwear and walking on uneven rocks to get to steps to get onboard. The water was about two feet deep and our clothing got wet. Coming back, we had to exit in the dark (although lights did help somewhat). It would be helpful for this information to be included. The catamaran docked at a pier in St. John, so this was not an issue at that location. Nevertheless, we recommend this tour.

We're glad you had a good visit and apologize if the beach loading wasn't communicated. For all tours from the Ritz Carlton this is a beach loading only so can be ankle to high calf deep depending on tides.

The weather, the evening of our trip was not great. It was raining. But the crew on the ship were outstanding. They gave us great service great information and we had a lot of fun. They encouraged everyone to mix up and visit which we did. Had great dinner on St. John and smooth sailing to and from even though the water was a little rough. But highly recommend this outing.

Experiencing St. John was definitely a high. The lows were the lack of railings on the boat to get on and off. That needs to be corrected.

Captain Heather & her crew were fantastic. The catamaran was beautiful also. It was very smooth sailing with delicious hordoeureves & of course a well stocked bar. I will definitely do this again when I come back to visit. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

They all are very nice and had a great time except that the cold drinks were not ready. They gave us one glass and when you came back for the second, they said “it’s not cold”. Just one little thing to improve. Thank you.

Enjoyed the cruise to St. John the staff was great. Would had been better if sailing during sunset. The cost of this sail was not worth it, it was very expensive for services provided by vendor: The sail was less than a hour to St. Johns, and return trip was 1/2 hour. The Hors D'oeuvres were corn chips and salsa, dinner was on your own and the deserts were store bought cheese cake squares and brownies. I would never recommend to anyone.
