Overview
Treat yourself to a dinnertime sailing trip aboard a luxury 65-foot-long catamaran, Lady Lynsey II. You'll sail from the Ritz-Carlton out to the Lovango Resort and Beach Club (situated on a private island), with hors d'oeuvres and cocktails served along the way. Once you arrive at the club, you'll sit down to a meal of fresh seafood and more cocktails, followed by dessert on your return cruise home.

This trip was top notch! The staff was beyond amazing. We were treated with exceptional service. We enjoyed the snacks and open bar as well as the easy going sail to the harbor at Lovango. The resort was beautiful and also had wonderful service. The dinner at the resort was delicious and was worth every penny. I couldn’t recommend this trip more and would do it again in a heartbeat!

I would do this every single time I’m here. Highly recommend this tour/trip. Lavongo looks insane at night and has the white lotus vibe.

Lady Lindsy was driven by a woman. I loved the all female crew, boat was great and super clean.
Lovango:
Experience with your own eyes. Its hard to explain the beauty of Lovango….the property.
Food was too expensive to be so bland. I had Short Rib. Portion was small. Still hungry after the trip. The Drinks were fantastic!

Overall the experience was great! We had a beautiful evening sailing from St Thomas to Lovango. The crew was wonderful, the boat was great, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at a Lovango.
My one bit of feedback would be in getting people prepared. The event was listed to start at 5:15. In the fine print it said arrive 30 minutes early to allow for parking/boarding etc. We were running late, and I tried to contact the tour company through the app saying we’d get there right at 5;15. I sent a message but it is still unresponded to. At 5:15 we arrived then made our way as quickly as possible down to the beach. We spoke to several people at the hotel saying we were there for the boat ride- but there wasn’t any communication to the crew of the boat. If there was a way to communicate with the boat I think this could help ease the process in case people are a little behind. Fortunately the captain saw me flailing my arms frantically and came back to shore. She was very kind to do that but also made a clear point that “we leave right on time no matter what”.
I would recommend 2 things:
1. If people are expected to be there 30 minutes early, put the start time at 4:45 (since that’s the time you’re expecting people)
2. Communicate clearly with those who are doing the trip that you need to arrive 30 minutes early- as this was only in fine print
3. Have the direct contact to the sailing company/boat company for a method of communication rather than via the Viator app

We do list the 30-minute early check-in requirement, but we understand how it can be overlooked. We’ll review how we present this information to make it even clearer for future guests. Capt. Joleen along with Matt and Elijah were the BEST hosts for this evening adventure. we were super lucky to have only 10 total guests on board for the night we chose; what a luxury experience for such an affordable price! and you can’t beat the pictures we got for the memories of our fifth wedding anniversary :)

The Captain and crew were incredibly attentive and ensured we had anything we could need! Once we docked at Lavongo we were escorted over to an area to order drinks & then food, can't lie I was expecting the experience to be a bit more sit down & enjoy (also, the $50 each is no where close to what we spent on island), but I would highly recommend the experience regardless. We danced, drank, took a beautiful boat out, and ate crab legs so it's hard to really complain! The boat alone & the crew that comes with it is worth booking this experience.

The boat and crew were amazing, as was the island. However, it was misleading. That you had to pay for dinner and drinks on the island. Poorly written, we all misunderstood.

Great trip, crew was awesome and treated us to great service with lots of attention. Boat ride was really nice, complete with drinks, music and hors’doeuvres. Great sunset. We had dinner At restaurant upon arrival, which was really good. Remember to make reservations if you plan in dinner. We booked online and wasn’t asked, but they are needed. It is a really great evening and experience.

Although the boat is beautiful, this short trip isn’t worth anywhere near what they are charging. In the ads they show french champagne being served, but the reality is a cheap, supermarket brand that you’d never buy. Chips? That’s what you get for the fancy appetizer. Dinner at the Ritz wasn’t much better. Save your money or lower your expectations.

This really was a magical sailing trip. We set off for Lovango and the sails went up as soon as we were out of the harbor. The Lovango Resort is a really cool place.. My advice is if you want to eat in the Lovango restaurant you need to make a separate reservation. But if you don’t there is a cafe type area that serves food and drink and you also eat around the sand fire bowls too. There was singer/ guitarist that night and she was FABULOUS. I hated to break away to get back on the boat to leave. The sail back under stars and crescent moon was exquisite. Highly recommend.

Incredible experience sailing. The crew could not be better, and the food and drinks from the moment we began were phenomenal. To top it off the island restaurant was to die for.
Only made better by the peaceful post dinner sail back under the stars. Cannot recommend highly enough.

This sunset dinner cruise was by far the highlight of our trip to St. Thomas! The crew was fantastic, the Catamaran was beautiful and the restaurant on Lovango was fantastic. It was expensive but definitely worth it! Such a special evening…the stars on the way back in the dark were simply amazing…we will definitely do this cruise again the next time we go to St Thomas. I would say it is more of an adult excursion. Probably not the greatest for small children.
