I am so glad we took this boat ride. It was absolutely beautiful watching the sunset. Captain Heather and crew were fabulous. The drinks and appetizers were perfect. Definitely a memory of our trip to St. Thomas that I will never forget.

A wonderful experience meeting a small random batch of people from wherever, having some beverages and apps while enjoying the sunset. The crew was very accommodating and made the whole time amazing!

Captain Heather and the crew were amazing! My husband and I did the cruise with our 4 month old. They were so attentive despite a boat full of people. Made us comfortable and kept checking in and also offering drinks. We enjoyed the amazing sunset and time with the staff Even with a four month old

We had a nice sail all around the bay on a beautiful evening. The staff was friendly and full of information on the area. The appetizers were delicious. The bar service was great. The bar tender served drinks at our seats so we didn’t even have to stand up and walk with the waves. He even offered to take a sunset picture of each couple on the boat. All in all, a nice time.

Beautiful boat and views. Staff was very safety conscience and customer focused. Kids are allowed on this cruise and there were quite a few people on our trip so maybe not as relaxing as I would have liked but beautiful sunset views and sailing.

Cancelled similar trip that departed port in Charlotte Amalie due to proximity to AB&B. Paid more for this one. Very limited hors d'oeuvres served, and sailing was OK. Crew was nice, just expected more.

Staff was very accommodating, friendly and focused on their guests’ satisfaction. Ample bar and excellent passed nibbles.
I might suggest a few additional seat cushions to lessen the standing.

We chose and paid for the Lady Lynsey from Viator, however upon arrival at the meeting area on the beach we were told the Ritz Carlton Employees were having a private party on the Lady Lynsey that evening and we were switched to the Daydreamer without any prior notice. Not a good way to treat customers or run a business. Our family was told by the Captain of the Daydreamer that we would be refunded 1/2 the price we paid for Lady Lynsey, but it’s 5 days later and we’ve yet to receive the credit on our account from Viator. Very disappointing.

Magnificent sunset cruise that set sail directly from the beach at Ritz-Carlton St Thomas. Perfect! Open bar and yummy food, though a tip to wait til the catamaran stops for the sunset sit before trying to eat food. Definitely recommend.

I’m sure the sunset cruise would’ve been stunning if… we had a chance to board. We were brand new to the island so because the drive to the Ritz was 30 minutes away from our stay, we left with 75 minutes to spare before departure to be punctual. However, we encountered unexpected traffic on the island that was challenging to overcome. With 30 minutes left before departure, I began calling the number on Viator and sending “chats” or emails to the tour operator and heard absolutely nothing back. No one answered. There was nobody who could have even helped us. We make it to the Ritz but lose more time trying to find parking and reach the dock. It was extremely unclear where the guest parking was and where we needed to go to reach the boat. We finally run towards the boat at 5:31 as it is departing. The boat was still on the shore and left anyway. There was no ticket booth, tour operator, anyone that could’ve told them to stop. The worst part is we paid $900 for this and to not have anybody to contact was unfair. We would’ve gladly paid a penalty for being late but were not given the opportunity - even though the situation was out of our control. Other tours on the island go out of their way to call you and ensure you can make it to the departure point with no problem and give you contact information just to be safe. But not this tour. Highly disappointed.

The sunset cruise was very enjoyable. The food and beverages were well catered and free-flowing. Captain Jolene, Jackson, Mason and Mike were friendly and very engaging. One warning - entry to the catamaran is directly from the beach and shallow water - no shoes.

This was The most well spent money I have spent in a while it was absolutely amazing to be able to experience what you were experience at the Ritz Carlton without paying the hefty price of the Ritz Carlton. Arriving at the Ritz Carlton and then leaving on a extremely fancy expensive catamaran then we went out to the water and we saw a double rainbow and the sunset and it was absolutely amazing appetizers and drinks are delicious and you will definitely leave very very tipsy
