Nowhere Special is on the lagoon, east of Simpson Bay bridge. We will pick you up with a dinghy, taking you to the trimaran. Arrive AT LEAST 10 minutes before as we WILL leave at the departure time on your ticket, so don’t be late. There may be afternoon traffic, so take ample time to reach.

The hosts were very friendly and the sunset was beautiful. The trip started relatively on time as they did their best to accommodate some late travelers but ultimately the sunset waits for no one! Follow instructions and get there early and you'll have no issues. Snacks and drinks were good and we had a very nice group of travelers to enjoy the experience with. Since we were staying in the Philipsburg area, we paired this experience with a dinner in Simpsons Bay which made for a very nice late afternoon through dinner experience.

Sailing tour around the western part of the island, expertly managed by Pieter. Sailing is so much more peaceful than a motorized craft. Pieter and his partner were a crack crew managing navigation and making nobody's glasses were empty.

Nice 2 hour tour to see the sunset, the shoreline, and the amazing yachts. Friendly crew. Flowing wine, beer, rum punch, and sparkling wine. Fun group of passengers - not crowded.

I have been on a handful of catamaran cruises, and this is the first time they actually put the sails out. They also have padded bench seats, so you did not have to sit on the tarp getting drenched by the waves if you didn’t want to. The hostess couple were very prompt, friendly and attentive. If you’re looking for a party cruise with loud music and dancing, this is not your trip.

Beautiful night and dynamite experience. Miriam and her husband do a great job of hosting with tasty appetizers and lots of cold libations. They work crazy hard with the wind, all we had to do was eat, drink and take pictures.

We always take this tour on our last night on the island. It's a perfect way to end our trip. It's a beautiful sail, not too crowded, and a perfect pre dinner happy hour. I hope to do it many more times!

Such a nice well run experience! A small crowd divided into 8 on each side of the mast leaving fewer people to fight for the sunset pictures. The owner/operators are just pure joy and professional. The offerings of lite bites and nibbles were tasty. They kept your drinks full and made sure the views were seen by everyone. Will do this trip again next time!

This was not a large noisy party boat. It was a small peaceful sunset cruise with drinks and appetizers! We had a perfect time.
Only issue for some people might be that to get to the boat and back to land, the captain takes you in a small dingy that fits 6 along its outer edge. For those with mobility issues it might not be a good fit.

If you are looking for a relaxing, comfortable sunset sail while in Sint Maarten, this is the tour for you. Mirian and Pieter are outstanding hosts. Besides providing great service, they were extremely kind and helpful with assisting my dad with his accessibility issues getting on and off the dinghy for pickup/dropoff and the trimaran. Cat is older and visually ok. Advertised snacks were meager and unimpressive at best. Drink options were ok. Seating was a bit odd and a little uncomfortable. Captain and partner were nice and sunset cruise was good. Prolly would not go on this particular sunset cruise adain.

Dear Jeff, Thank you for your review. Our trimaran was built in 1996 and is a one-off design—custom-built for racing. While it’s not brand new, it has been well maintained and is inspected annually by Maritime Affairs to ensure it meets all safety standards.
When we purchased the boat in 2017, we made several adjustments to make it suitable for hosting guests and offering an authentic sailing experience. We added seating in the trampolines, some bean bags, and last year we introduced cushioned seating for extra comfort.
We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the snacks. Unlike a catamaran with a full galley, our trimaran has limited space and facilities, which restricts what we can offer in terms of food and drinks (for example, we’re unable to make blender drinks). Weather and wind conditions can also play a role in what’s feasible onboard.
What makes our experience unique is that we truly sail—no engine, just the wind and the sea. It’s an authentic experience, close to nature, and we understand that it may not be for everyone.

Your owner operators will blow you away….. Pietar & Miriam, from P’s inflatable pick and taxi to the Cat to Miriam’s cheerful welcome and offer almost anything to drink, followed by plated appetizers of Brie, sausages & pizza bites all specially prepared for us! Capacity limited to 16 guests, 8 on one side and 8 on the other of the mast and boom. Perfect picturesque cruise with much of the island coast in view, sunset to enjoy and expertly sailed vessel in a very leisurely 1.5+ hour cruise. We definitely recommend this specific cruise, our 2nd time enjoying it, Gwen & Gerry
