Dimitri was a great host and very knowledgeable about the history and current operations of the brewery. Dimitri explained the equipment and process of brewing to all of us. I was part of a small group of 10 in the tasting room and was treated to their 3 core beers (full size pour) that were all very good. For cruisers, this is a short 5 minute walk from the port exit and worth the walk. Highly recommended for a quick easy excursion.

Short walk from Port. We spent a great 1-1/2 hours with Dimitri drinking beer, learning the history of the brewery and discussing life in general. So glad we did this!

The tour operator called me on the morning of the tour to give me the time slot for my tour. Cruise ship passengers got first preference for the early morning tour that day so my time slot was late morning which I didn't mind. I arrived 5 minutes early and nobody was there. (Side note: I would suggest they put up more signage outside the brewery). I called the tour operator and he said someone would be there soon. After about 10 minutes 2 guys came to open up. Some cruise ship passengers arrived soon after and they were taken into the brewery while I waited outside. The 2 tour guides then came outside and told me that that was because sometimes the cruise ship passengers don't like when outsiders join their tour group (I must say, I've been a cruise ship passenger myself multiple times and I've never experienced this). They eventually took me to join the group & they introduced me to the group before the tour started. The tour itself was not bad at all and the unlimited beer was a plus. It would have been nice though, not to be treated as an afterthought as I did pay for the tour like everyone else.

We took a tour of Caribbean brewing company. It was within walking distance from the cruise dock but there were no signs or street names. We found it and even though we were early, she gave us beers while we waited. We loved hearing the story of how the brewery got started, so aptly told by our hostess, Simran. She was also very observant to an empty glass and kept track of which beer should be your next.

Excellent 👍 Thank you Simran so much for the private tour. All the different beers were interesting including the mixed tropical drink. To be able to pour from one of the finished batches was nice. Your storytelling about the history of this brewery was very well done. I would certainly recommend this tour to anyone who enjoys beer.🍺

Had some confusion about the time of our tour. Viator info said between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM. In reality we were supposed to be at the brewery at 10:30. We discovered this after going to the brewery restraunt Dutch Blond beach bar on the front street in St Martin. Spoke to Samil the owner of the restraunt annd brewery after our lunch at the restraunt. Samil gave us a ride over to the brewery in his personal vehicle. He phoned the brewery and arranged to have his sister Simran give us a private tour and beer tasting. This was incredibly generous of him as we felt the time mix up was at least partially our fault. Simran did a great job telling us the story of the brewery and Dutch Blond beach bar. She was a wonderful host and gave us a ride back to our cruise ship afterwards.

Sunils brewery was a lot of fun. Our gal that have the tour was absolutely the sweetest and made sure we drank up and never am empty cup. Lol My favorite beers were the Premium and the Dutch Blonde.

We have been to many brewery tours where they give you one beer and then try to put you in a gift shop. While there you feel like you are with family and can have as many beers as you want.
We tasted 4 beers and loved them all. Sunil the owner and Simran his right hand woman told us about the history and struggles thru Covid.We were there with 6 other people we did not know but everyone interacted with each other.
After the tour Sunil drove us back to the cruise ship as our time was short.
Next time we are in St Maarten we will drop by either at the brewery or the Dutch Blonde Restaurant ( they own this restaurant and is an experience in itself) to say hi.
Sunil I do hope you will be able to acquire that orange yacht and tie it along side my yacht.
I wish you and Simran all the success you deserve and hope you achieve your goals.

Wow! This is a really immersive experience- a st martin must! Everyone is so knowledgeable, and Sunil provides a really intriguing first hand view of this brewery, it's origins, and lots of beer tasting!

What a wonderful story the owner had about how he came into the business. If his story doesnt motivate you to reach for the stars and beyond nothing will! You will definiley have lots of beer to drink! Simran, his assistant was so kind and helpful. Book now!!! You won't regret it!

Our party of 4 had a great time at the Caribbean Brewing Company Tour. We learned a lot about brewing beer and there were plenty of beers and cocktails to try. Most of all the people at the brewery were so friendly and accommodating. It was a wonderful afternoon adventure that everyone should enjoy. I know we will make another visit the next time we are in town. I still need to get over to their Dutch Blonde Beach Bar and try one of their Escape Rooms.

Die Brauereibesichtigung war sehr interessant und beeindruckend.
Die 4 unterschiedlichen Biersorten der Brauerei konnten in unbegrenzter Menge getestet werden.
Der Tour Guide Simraw hat uns mit guten Geschichten über die Historie der Brauerei gut unterhalten und alle unsere Rückfragen gerne und gut beantwortet. Simraw spricht sehr gut und verständliches Englisch.
