Fast track was definitely the way to go… everything was taken care of for you and the whole process took no longer than 10 minutes… I would definitely recommend it. Transfer from the airport to the hotel was great… especially after a long flight!

Safe and on time service

Express Pass- worth it. Alma met us as soon as we walked into the arrival hall with a huge smile. She took great care to move us quickly through passport control and we were one of the first at the luggage belt. Our bags for very slow coming off the plane, so we waited quite a bit in the arrival hall and the customs line started to get long. By the time our bags finally arrived, the customs line was to the wall, but Alma was able to escort us to the front of the line and out quickly. Easily saved us an additional 30 mins. Round-trip transfer- fantastic. Kevin is the man! You can really tell that he loves his job and isn't just a driver driving. He was knowledgeable and gave us great tips. He made the hour drive fly by. We even requested him for the return.

No one showed upp for the fast track part of it. We had to find the stand outside and thankfully they had our name for the ride. The drive was wonderful. Our driver Shane was the best. I would give him alone 5 stars. He is an asset to the company

Recommended if it’s your first time visiting the island. It makes it stress free and easy process. Friendly team. The ride from the airport to the hotel was an experience itself with the ride. Our driver, Jason was great. Stopped to take pictures, had a beer and explained some information about the island.

Great experience. From the moment we stepped of the plane the staff were waiting for us to arrive. They were friendly and courteous. They made the experience through the lines easy and quick. The ride to the resort our drive was awesome. Even though there are a lot of twists and turns up the main highway, our driver was very safe and professional. Overall great experience

Best Money Spent to Get to Vacation Quickly

Fast Track is worth every penny. It only took 15 minutes to get through customs and to our ride. Our driver Raffael was the best part of the package. He did an excellent job getting us to our hotel safely. I accidentally left my phone in the car. I was completely panicked. We called it hoping he would hear it. He did and came right back. He was honest and I really appreciated the extra effort. You won’t be sad you used this service.

We were met once inside for our Fast Track expedited arrival & free taxi to hotel, by a representative holding a sign with our name, and taken to the front of the line, and threw immigration, and straight out to our taxi. The entire process took maybe 20 min. Our taxi driver was excellent ! He pointed out places of importance, answered our questions, was polite, etc. The road yes, is curvy to the resort, and took about an hour and half. But the road is not as bad as people say. All around great experience with Viator. They kept in touch with us the entire time, while back home in the US, with constant updates to assure a smooth process.

This is such a great thing! We landed, got off the plane, walked into the airport (St. Lucia) and was greeted by someone holding a sign with our name on it. We breezed through customs. If I had to estimate it was 3-5 minutes. She then handed us off to the taxi person. We waited 5-10 minutes for our taxi and was on our way. We rode in an air conditioned van, very nice, and our taxi driver was fantastic! Ravi asked questions and was sure to make the drive to our hotel pleasant and what we preferred. We even stopped off to get some pictures. This is well worth the money and I highly recommend it!!!!

This is definitely a must to get when visiting Saint Lucia. The passport control line was extremely long, but because of this service, my passport control experience was a breeze and fast. My driver was very professional, nice, and had some cold beverages in the car for me. This was the best experience ever.

Worth your time and value

Smooth operation and as promised. We were met at the arrival entrance and within minutes (literally) cleared immigrations via a dedicated check point. We we did not have a checked bag, we would have been out in 10 mins max. Staff at airport was courteous and pleasant and our drive to hotel in Gros islet was wonderful with a great driver. We were in our hotel in about 2 hours after landing. Drive to hotel was 1.5 hours.

Skip the line like a Diplomat

Five jets arrived in a span of about 20 minutes and hundreds of people descended upon Customs and Immigration at the same time. Our flight was early, 3 had been delayed and the other was on time. We were greeted by the rep who took us and bypassed the line to the Customs agent in the time it took to walk to the Customs agent. We cleared and waited about 15 minutes for our checked luggage. Our rep then took us through the immigration line reserved for diplomats and airline personnel. She then handed us off to another rep who escorted us to our car. Unless you enjoy waiting in a non air-conditioned “warehouse “ for a few hours, you should probably use this service.

The people were very friendly and nice but we waited a very long time standing by the curb for our ride. We never saw a VIP lounge and that would have been the most appropriate place to have us wait. The driver eventually showed and he was very good! A good driver, friendly courteous. Not sure this was worth the money.

Don't book return fast track

Arrival at UVF and transit through the airport, car journey were excellent. Unfortunately, the return journey not good at all. The car arrived at the hotel and the driver was excellent, he contacted the airport people to let them know we were due to arrive but they had all gone home so no one was available even though we had paid for fast track back through the airport. Really disappointed with this, it is the first time we booked the return journey but won't be doing it again. Can't find contact email to complain.

From getting off the plane to getting in the car to take us to our resort, it all took around 12-15 minutes. The longest wait we had was for my checked bag. I would do this for every vacation I take.
