Tour did not occur. In retrospect there were two locations listed on Viator on where to meet the tour operator. We went back and forth between both for 35 minutes, and found nobody. The tour operator insists they were present. They said they would be wearing a blue shirt. I DID NOT SEE ANYONE WEARING A BLUE SHIRT in the entire market complex THAT I DID NOT CONFRONT, AND ASK ABOUT THE TOUR. The tour operator kindly refunded our money.

Robert, taking the time to write this review, and leaving us a 1 star after being fully refunded says more about you than it says about me. I’ve never had this happen with any other booking. You were simply not at the right location. As you saw for yourself, we called 12 times, left messages and sent numerous text messages, desperately trying to locate you. Your response was “I don’t carry my phone in foreign countries” - which is very contradictory, considering you don’t know the surroundings very well and might need to contact someone since you’ve booked a tour with a specific meeting point. Our guide waited 1.5 hours, and when you and I finally spoke - I apologized profusely that we did not get to take you out to experience Saint Lucia’s amazing cuisine. I sent a full refund immediately. Yet still, you feel it necessary in your heart to condemn my small business on this platform.
