The staff was great! They made sure we navigated quickly through the entry process! Also, our driver (Ravi) was a blast. We were hungry, so he stopped at a fantastic local spot for us to grab something. He also stopped at some very beautiful picture spots along the way. He was great! We highly recommend this to anyone coming to St. Lucia!!!

We were told we would have an executive car meeting us with drinks included in the price, and paid £410.00 for this VIP service, what we got was a very old van that had not enough room for 4 passengers as advertised, there were no drinks as advertised, only 15 minutes in to the journey the van decided to have a puncher on the way to the resort and had to divert to a run down garage, we were then told we had to wait for another driver to arrive to pick us up, after an hour of waiting in the afternoon heat with no drinks available another driver arrived in a small car that we were very cramped in again and again no drinks, we were absolutely exhausted from our 9 hour flight from the UK, we weren’t offered any compensation and no apology from the driver or company, when you pay for VIP service and spend £410 for the privilege you expect what you book. This was the same sort of treatment on the return journey to the airport. We had a disgusting experience and would never use this service again, please AVOID

This was an all around terrible experience. After confirming with the group multiple times that they would provide car seats for my two kids they showed up with no car seats. They put us in a janky vehicle with benches bolted to the floor and non-working seat belts, speaker wires strewn about, a cooler sliding around at every turn, and a vehicle that was just generally more fit for moving cattle than a family of four. The fast track service folks were friendly but we still waited in line at customs for a long while. The people apologized for the wait and shared they were short staffed which led to not having someone holding our place in line. We cancelled our return trip with them - that’s how bad it was. I tried to message the tour company multiple times over multiple days and they ghosted me until I messaged Viator. Then the messaged me back and offered $40 back for the experience. After spending $500+ for a “VIP experience” and being made to endure a 2 hour ride with no safety restraints for me 1 and 7 year old kids and pregnant wife.

We accepted full responsibility for the absence of car seats during your transfer and the inconvenience this would have caused you and your family. To make amends, we refunded one third of the total cost of your arrival transfer, which is $40. Additionally, we fully refunded you for the departure transfer that you cancelled. Regarding the vehicle involved, we would like to emphasize that it is a reliable and regularly utilized part of our fleet, with no history of complaints about its condition. The concerns you raised about the vehicle’s state are therefore unexpected and new to us. We also wish to clarify that any waiting times experienced within customs fall under the jurisdiction of airport operations, beyond our direct control. The Fast Track service you and your family received was provided by airport personnel as part of their official duties. Despite these services being rendered on your arrival, you have requested a full refund, which we find difficult to justify given the circumstances. Our goal is to provide a seamless and comfortable experience for all our clients, as we strive for continuous improvement.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Kevin was absolutely amazing! I booked a VIP round-trip transfer in St. Lucia, and the experience couldn’t have been better. From start to finish, Kevin made sure I was comfortable—constantly checking in because of the winding roads and making sure I wasn’t feeling carsick. He pointed out beautiful St. Lucia landmarks along the way, which made the ride even more enjoyable. He also made sure I was well taken care of with cold water and even local beer. Professional, thoughtful, and truly hospitable. I highly recommend Kevin if you want a safe, comfortable, and memorable transfer experience in St. Lucia!

This service was truly EXCEPTIONAL! I purposely waited until the roundtrip transfer was complete before I wrote my review. Prior to the arrival at the airport, I received several messages with info on the process, where to meet, and to let me know they were monitoring my flight. I sent an email detailing the amount of luggage we had to make sure the vehicle could accommodate. They replied in minutes. They were waiting upon our arrival and provided a smooth transition through customs and to our driver. Our driver from Island Taxi and Tour was personable and considerate. Two days before our departure, I received confirmation of the time they would be at the resort to take us to the airport. I also was sent a reminder text. Our driver, Kevin, was on time and quite pleasant. He was so familiar with the back roads that he was able to bypass dead stopped traffic on the main highway to ensure our scheduled arrival at UVF. He went above and beyond expectations. This has been the best experience with arriving, Fast Tracking & departing an airport. It was well worth the price which was far less than what I would've paid at the resort!!!

Better off using hotel transportation. We paid for private transportation to and from our resort to the airport, we were told we would receive beverages (alcoholic and non) as well as bottled water. Both trips did not give us beverages and on our trip from our resort to the airport the car we were picked up in had no working A/C

Airport service and customs can be very slow depending on arrival time, we landed at 2pm and it was packed. Fast track probably saved us 45 min. The ride and driver, Vincent, was excellent. Stopped to grab some things on the way as well as take a few pictures. Ride to Soufrière wasn't bad at all like some other island roads, especially with a skilled driver who was easy on the gas, brakes, and turns. Would highly recommend this service if you value a stress free arrival

Our concierge through the customs line was very kind and greeted us with a generous smile. She breezed us through the process. Our private transfer driver, Shane was amazing! His car was clean, comfortable and his driving was great. We had great conversation with him. He shared his knowledge of the island with us as well as some of his life story. There were cold Piton’s waiting for us and we enjoyed many laughs and stories on our 1.5 hour drive. Just a great experience all around.

There were no drinks in the car as advertised. No water, no beer, no mixed drinks, no champagne. The driver stopped at one location for pictures, where we had to buy our beverages. Driver was horrible, with numerous people in our party getting motion sick. The bags were not secured, and one fell on a member of our party. No recommended !!!

I have travelled to St Lucia many times but this was my first experience using the VIP service, absolutely fantastic service and I will be using it again on my next trip to the island. The service was very efficient, no queuing at passport control and the taxi was called straight away once outside the terminal. Absolutely fantastic.

Great driver - false marketing & service

Driver Sean was very pleasant and all, but because of the long trip from our home West & East Coast US. We were looking forward to receiving the "light snacks, water and Piton beers" for our 1.5 hour additional commute into the Gros Islet area. We got nothing on the ride, after I asked several times. he stated it's in the trunk. There were 3 of us on the journey. We got to the Airbnb and I then asked for a beverage again; to our disappointment, he was only able to produce 1 water, 2 sodas and two empty Piton Beer bottles, which someone had already consumed. Very disappointing
