Fantastic service . Definitely worth paying for as 2 planes landed at the same time. We walked straight through passport control with our representative and once we had our bags we were escorted to the Sandals lounge where our driver from Hilary Tours and transfers met us. Had a really good trip with Jewelda to the hotel. Very comfortable car and first class driver. We would highly recommend booking this service.

Everything went smoothly…from landing to departing. Fast track was a smooth speedy process, my driver was there waiting to take us to our resort. Two days before departure we received a confirmation email regarding pick up. The driver was on time for pick up as well. Also it felt like a little excursion during pick up…the driver was very informative during the drive and telling us the history of St. Lucia. Will definitely recommend this company.

We were greeted with a sign with our names clearly displayed as soon as we stepped off the plane. Our guide was very informative and provided a seamless, VIP-style arrival and departure (round-trip) process that included the following: ✅️A private, air-conditioned transfer. ✅️We bypassed the crowd,the massive line and the long wait at Hewanorra Airport (UVF) for security check. ✅️We bypassed the crowds and cleared immigration and customs in less than 10 minutes. ✅️We experienced a Seamless Luggage Handling Process. ✅️Our agent assisted us with priority baggage retrieval. We skipped the stress of waiting and got right to our vacation! On our way to our resort our driver pulled over and allowed us to do some sightseeing. The total trip time for us was about an hour and fifteen minutes. While many complain about the winding roads in St Luica, we experienced a relaxing, air-conditioned ride to and from our resort. My daughter and I did the fast track and round trip to our resort. Hilary was on time for all services. In addition, on the way to our resort, Hilary provided a tour of the island that was really informative. A very reliable service. Please note, the fast track is for arrival only, not for your departure.

Getting fast track saved us at least 45min to 1 hour. Someone met us as soon as we walked into the airport and aided in the process up to the point of meeting our driver. The only issue is that our driver took “backroads” which were extremely windy and if you are with anyone who has motion sickness, this will undoubtedly cause some nausea (especially if the driver is using a manual vehicle vs. automatic). Take Dramamine when you get tot he airport!

Exactly as described. Very prompt service upon our arrival despite an hour flight delay. Got through customs quickly and on the way to our hotel in no time. I use this service anytime I come to St Lucia. Very satisfied and the driver was professional and the drinks and snack on board were a plus.

Worth every penny. This was a seamless trip through customs. They walked us through every step of arriving in St. Lucia. We were in the airport less than 10 minutes. The ride to Sugar Beach was very gentle on a curvy ride. Our driver took the time to stop and point out things to us. He took us to a store to buy snacks. The car was clean and in great shape. Great service by Viator!

Expedited customs and being immediately whisked away from the airport, rather than waiting for a packed shuttle, saved me from motion sickness and got us to Sandals at least one hour earlier than everyone else on our plane. Hillary was great! Told us all about the island.

We came in when multiple planes landed, so for us, it was worth it so that we could zoom past the lines to start our journey across the island. Our representative met us in the terminal as we de-planed and we were out the door in minutes.

Speeding through customs and immigration was a definite highlight. While others waited in the immigration line for an hour, we were through immigration in five minutes and customs in one minute. Driver was excellent and we felt very safe. Our ambassador in the airport was friendly and very helpful. She definitely knew her stuff. One of the important keys is to complete the online immigration form three days before departure.

Upon arrival to the airport, the ladies (I can only remember Anna’s name) were both so very nice and welcoming. They immediately got me thru customs and escorted me to secure my bags. I was then met by my driver Neptune. He shared so many fascinating details about St. Lucia. Great service!

Just inside the door of the airport, we were greeted with a sign with our names on them. We were then escorted straight up to the counter for our passports, and then approximately two minutes later, we were picking up our luggage and being escorted to where our driver was waiting for us. Hillary, transportation had supplied some water, a couple sodas, a couple local beers and are very professional and we would definitely use them again. When it was time to leave the , they were right on time and once again, it was a great ride back to the airport.
