Skip the crowd and get this transfer! We were out of the airport before most folks made it through customs. Our driver was fantastic and told us all about the area as we were driving. He had cold beverages and snacks waiting which was a huge plus!

One of the best experiences, Rafael was pleasant and provided us with the best guided 1.5 hour drive. He pulled over at one of the views of the fishing village over looking the bay and took pictures of us. I can’t recommend him enough!

Getting through customs was quick and easy! Our driver from the airport kept talking on his phone and texting. Im already a nervous backseat rider and adding that to all the ups and downs of the roads is why I gave a 4 vs a 5, this is something extra we paid for the driver shouldn't be answering phone or texting. Our driver from the hotel to the airport was AMAZING!!! I would book again. (Not sure why its posting as anonymously)

Driver did good job going to resort but was 20-30 minutes late picking us up. Also had no drinks or snacks that were advertised as part of the trip. Disappointing experience.

Kevin our driver is outstanding. His knowledge of the local history and culture is beyond excellent. The roads in Saint Lucia are narrow, winding, and crowded but he made our transfer painless and fun.

From the moment we entered the airport we were greeted with a warm smile and taken to the customs agent . I think we were in the airport for less than 5 minutes. Then the car was waiting and the driver was excellent!

Great experience getting through customs quickly and the transfer. I gave it 4 stars because the driver was fine but the roads are windy so you may get a little car sick. The driver let us know this at the beginning.

VIP Luxury person that was supposed to greet us when we deplaned was not there. We had to complete the Customs entry process ourselves. Kevin the driver was there waiting to greet waiting once we completed entry. Two stars are due to the great job Kevin performed otherwise 0 stars. I would like to give Kevin 5 stars.

Great way to start our vacation. We were met when we got off the plane. Went thru customs and baggage check quickly then taken to lounge. Caleb was there waiting for us. He was wonderful! He gave us a tour of the island and told us about local customs and history of St Lucia on our way to hotel.

It’s better than riding in the Sandals bus, but not luxury

Pretty disappointing. The best part of this service was skipping the long line at customs. That probably saved us 45 mins of waiting. But then they rush you into the Sandals waiting room where the staff doesn’t really give you instructions. They simply tell you to leave your bags and wait for them to call your name. 20 mins later…we were finally introduced to our driver. Caleb. My challenge with this service was communication. IF you are staying at the La Toc, just know they cannot pick you up from the hotel. You have to shuttle out to the guard gate and wait for the driver there. Based on the photos and other reviews, we were also expecting nicer vehicles. We had a 20 year old Lexus with 300k miles and a 25 year old Toyota Avalon with 350k miles. Both drivers were pleasant, but not overly pleasant. Just not what I expected for $330 plus $60 in tips. I will make note that all the taxi drivers on the island are expensive. We took a 10 min ride from Castries to LaToc and it was $30.
