Was cancelled but I didn’t find out till got there by taxi. Tbh they did try calling but didn’t leave message. Didn’t reply to my email till after event. Didn’t pick up phone night before

Good morning, we do apologize that we did not meet your expectations, please note that for this tour there is a minimum quantity of 4 persons and was booked less than 24 hours before the event. We tried reaching out but we were unable to reach you as you booked less than 24 hours before the event and did not meet the minimum requirement. Upon noticing that we were unable to fulfill the event a full refund was given.

Excursion canceled by tour guide but still waiting for refund

We were met at the port but told our excursion was cancelled because the tour guide was sick. We were disappointed but understand things happen. We have contacted Viator twice for a refund only to be told they have to talk to the tour operator. It has been over a week and we still have not received our money back or any communication. We have used viator several times in the past because I have felt it was a safe and secure way to get excursions in another country, I’m beginning to question that opinion. I didn’t want to leave a negative review, all I want is my money back. Maybe this will get someone’s attention and provide results.

Our volcano hike on St. Kitts was an absolute adventure and one of the highlights of our vacation! From start to finish, our guide went above and beyond to make the tour not only informative but also incredibly fun. The view from the crater rim was simply breathtaking – with surrounding islands and lush tropical landscapes stretching out below us. It was a sight we’ll never forget. The hike was well-organized, with plenty of breaks and opportunities to soak in the scenery and take amazing photos. I wholeheartedly recommend this volcano hike to anyone visiting St. Kitts. It wasn’t just a physical challenge but also an unforgettable way to connect with the island’s natural beauty. Huge thanks to our fantastic guide for making this such a unique and memorable experience!

Booked tour for 2 people (2 person minimum ) paid for 2 people (2 weeks in advance) and showed up with 2 people. I emailed them to ask where the meet up point was, but received no reply. We showed up and started asking around for the operator, once we found him he said the tour was cancelled because we didnt have the minimum amount of people. Luckily we were able to get in on another tour. Too bad i cant write a review for that provider. Take your chances but have a backup just in case
