It will exhaust you! I mean, you really need to be in good to great shape to make it to the top. You should be able to pull up your own body weight. Extremely muddy and slippery. I fell 3x on the way down. Wear shoes with some kind of tread. It was great, our guide was great, but I will never do it again.
