Palms Court Garden pool was great. The lunch was great and we saw monkeys while we were there. The grounds were beautiful as well.

The photos are real . It’s a nice relaxing vibe. Staff (Angel) my personal wait staff was very accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable. I really enjoyed my time by the pool with a view of the ship. Only downer was Hot tub (jacuzzi) was broken 😢😢😢

Once inside the gates, all is very beautiful and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and food was delicious. We enjoyed our stay.
It was definitely more than a 15 minute walk. Took us 35+ minutes and I’m a fast walker. Thought about taking a taxi back but when we walked past taxi station, all drivers were smoking weed.

Serenity found! An easy walk from cruise port, spectacular view of harbor. Colorful flowers and just a relaxing spot to spend a few hours in or out of the infinity pool. Restaurant on site and simply lovely staff.

Easy ride from the port. The gardens are quaint and tropical. The pool is relaxing and the restaurant had delicious food. Loved this quiet spot overlooking the port.

Exceptional staff.
Drinks made with real fruit & not out of a syrupy box mix.
We showed up just after 11am & thought we'd have enough time. It was SO relaxing, we wish we would have come earlier!
Great views, quaint little garden. We'll be booking this next time we're back!

This was a beautiful oasis, in a port city with not much to see off port. I'm glad we booked this spot it truly felt like tropical resort. Staff was very friendly and attentive, the facilities were well kept. The booking was smooth with no problems at all.

It's a 10 minute taxi ride from the dock with beautiful views of the bay. The staff is super friendly and accommodating.

Short walk buy the beach to the left out of the cruise port, then up the hill to the left. Pool was beautiful, the gardens were nice, and the drinks were plentiful.

Not all it’s made out to be!
Beautiful little place however very pretentious only pay a fuss to those that have booked cabanas and VIP Experiences.
Umbrellas not always available which is not good for those needed to shield vulnerable or children.

Our goal is to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for all guests, not exclusively those with VIP bookings. We recognize the importance of providing access to shaded areas, particularly for families and vulnerable individuals, and we apologize that umbrellas were not consistently available. Although umbrellas are provided, there are times when, due to windy conditions, we are unable to use them for safety reasons. The WiFi did not work. Our first visit a few years ago was nice. The place is beautiful. Was expected a day to check in with family and relax for the day. Spent a lot of time trying to get WiFi to work to call home but never was able to reach home because the WiFi was patchy and nobody could explain why it wasn’t working. I would recommend for the view but the price was for WiFi and there was 9 of us expecting to take care of things . $180 buck for just the pool is a bit high.

We had a short day in port on cruise and this was the perfect way to spend several hours on our last cruise day. The pool area, gardens, and amenities are perfect. Spectacular view of the port too. Food and drinks were yummy. Prices are appropriate. Easy breezy!
