We had the best experience with Zidan! I’m pregnant and the hike was very doable. He was incredibly knowledgeable and funny. We saw monkeys and fried almonds straight from the shell. The homemade banana bread and passion fruit juice at the end was delicious. Would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone who wants a break from hanging by the pool.

Our rainforest hike was such a great experience! Our guide was knowledgeable and personable (he said he grew up playing in the rainforest and his love for it really showed). He was great with both of our kids. We were able to hike a bit more of a challenging route because of our small group, and it really made it the highlight of our trip. I can’t recommend this tour enough. We were able to arrange pickup from and drop off to the Park Hyatt for a really reasonable price!

We had an absolutely incredible experience on this tour, with our guide Adrian. My sisters and I went on a cruise and were in St. Kitts for the day and did this excursion. We are mid 40s-mid 50s. It ended up being fully private as we were the only ones there. It had poured that morning so we started completely drenched and it just added to the adventure. Adrian was an absolute gem. He was a wonderful human being, passionate about his country, his lifestyle, his family. He was truly incredible. The hike was moderate the entire time - parts that were more difficult having to use ropes to climb up/down but overall not too bad at all. Worst part was that the rain causes everything to be wet so things were slippery at times even with appropriate shoes. Would highly recommend and ask for Adrian!!! You’ll have an amazing experience. Dress appropriately for the day!

VIATOR Does Not Stand Behind its Bookings.

We had booked a rain forest hiking tour, but the local tour operator mistakenly put us in the group taking the Highlights tour. This became evident half way into the tour, and it was too late to be transferred to the correct tour bus. We requested a refund from Viator but Viator refused to stand behind the booking we made with them. They said we need to request a refund from the local tour operator. Viator is the company we booked with and the company we paid, i.e., the contract party. Viator should stand behind its bookings.

Blessings, unfortunately! When you arrive, the guy for the Rainforest was there waiting on you. I also arrive and ask if anyone is here for the Rainforest no one answered, I then went and told the Rainforest guide you did not show up, we had a few persons, who witnessed me asking if anyone is here for the Rainforest, you didn't acknowledge this. We continue to dispatch the tour,please at that time ,you could have said something, no you did not, you continue the tour, if you did said something, we stop at the Ruinings, old Rum and sugar plantation, where the guide for the Rainforest was right there,you could have join him. You said nothing, we then went to the Botanical Garden and Romney Manor and Caribelle Batik,, then the South East Peninsular where the Atlantic Ocean and Caribbean Ocean Meets, Awesome Views, you said nothing, when the guests for tour and a lunch ,stop to go have there lunch, you said ,you are supposed to have lunch, which you did not pay for. This is very disturbing. We are not perfect, but will continue to try our best.

Rainforest Tour

The rainforest tour was incredible! Tour guide lived at the location his entire life (was his 50th b-day the day of our tour). He had a vast knowledge and took the extra time to explain types of plants and trees and their medicinal purpose on the island. The botanical gardens were breathtaking.

Our tour guide was knowledgeable and funny. We enjoyed the hike through the forest and he had all kinds of interesting facts about the plant life, etc. We ended with a quick trip to the beach and they came back for us to take us back to the ship. Very enjoyable.

This is more of a group stroll through a small well-traveled section of the mountainside than an isolated long-distance hike through a rain forest. Lots of other groups in sight. Still, we enjoyed the experience. Knowledgeable and friendly guide, stopped to show us various trees, nuts, and fruits along the way. Not a strenuous walk at all. Really enjoyed the ride in the open sided truck to/from the tour location. First 30 min are at a demonstration/craft shop/small garden.

We arrived for our rainforest tour with Annie's Tour Company. Unfortunately, they had no idea we'd signed up for the tour via Viator (another company Adonis Tours used Annies for the tour). Rather than just tell us no, Annie offered us another excursion that was equivalent in price. We had done the tour before but it is an exceptional tour, so we were pleased.
