One of the best walking tours we’ve ever been on. Mario is so knowledgeable about Split history. And he’s just a delight to be with. He made the tour very informative and fun. He also gave us great recommendations afterwards about places to eat and museums to see.

We had an amazing walking tour with “super” Mario in Split. Mario is an engaging, easy going, enthusiastic historian and guide. The tour of the palace was SO much more than we expected. He showed us many hidden gems and told us so many interesting stories. It was clear Mario loves his job and sharing his city. We are in our mid 70s, and he also considerately found us shade from the heat wherever he could during the tour. If you want a great, informative, interactive and immersive tour, you should definitely book a tour with Mario.
