It was a wonderful experience! The shipper was really nice. The food and wine we received on the boat was great and also the lunch at the recommended restaurant was amazing and well taken care of. Would definitely recommend this trip to everyone!

A very enjoyable day out, Brac island for the swimming is nice and quiet waters and the lunch on Solta island is excellent quality food. The sailing back to split was super fun and the skipper was experienced and made the day out just great. An excellent experience that anyone can enjoy.

This tour is one of the best that I have ever experienced with Viator. The captain of the boat was a real local with a wealth of knowledge regarding the Split area and was very willing to share his knowledge. Unlike other tours, he did not take us to tourist traps, but rather places off the beaten path which were beautiful and frequented primarily by locals. The captain was very knowledgeable about Croatia, its people, customs, and local places to visit. Although we used the engine on the way to these spots, we used sail power on the way back to Split, a wonderful and relaxing treat. During the tour, the captain was very hospitable and welcoming with a nice break for wine, cheese, bread, and prosciutto. I will definitely recommend this trip to my many friends and relatives who will be coming to Croatia and hope to be able to take another tour on this boat myself.

The island of solte was beautiful.
Meeting other people was great too.
Feel there could have been a little more snacks, more effort made on this front. We were offered wine and water throughout the trip so was great. I think we could have more engagement, maybe get us involved with sailing part, offer to play some music, offer to take some photos, share information on the islands. Overall the crew were absolutely fine.
On way back no where to lay down and sunbathe. Little cosy with 6 people and 2 crew, vessel is not very big so lacked space for more than one person to lay down.

Thank you for taking the the time to write about our trip, and we are glad you liked Šolta and overall enjoyed the trip.
Snacks are served on the boat to have a taste of local customs and to better enjoy a glass of cold wine after the swim stop. We did not mean to present it as a full meal. I am not sure about the critique regarding the engagement, there were 3 groups of 2 on the boat and we felt like we were engaged all the time -not only with the conversation but with serving wine, water, sailing, coffee and so on. We talked a lot exactly about the things you mentioned, I am sorry if there was any lack of attention - but with different people, and all other things we need to do maybe we didn't notice. We try to be open and welcoming, we would have gladly taken photos, just ask. We try to avoid music on shared trips as different people have different tastes, and some just like the sound of being on a sailboat. The boat is a 33ft sailboat, and 6 people can comfortably sit in the cockpit as can be seen on a lot of photos. Also our guests very often move to other parts of the boat, on the side or the front. We feel like the boat is comfortable enough for a day trip, especially with amenities like toilet and kitchen, which allows us to serve snacks and/or make you fresh coffee.

Our sailing tour was peaceful and relaxing and a great way to get away from the crowds in Split. Our tour visited the island Brac and Solta where we were able to swim and have lunch. Our hosts were knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this tour!

Very enjoyable day! The boat carries a max of six people, stops at two islands (one to swim and have a snack, one to walk around a town and eat lunch), and then sails back. It was fun and relaxing.

What a great way to see the islands off of Split! We felt like we got a unique taste of the Solta, a small island off Split where we got to go to quiet local beaches and have lunch at a local seafood restaurant along the pier. Swimming in a cove off of Brac was amazing, the water was so beautiful and refreshing and we had the cove to ourselves!

We had an amazing day at sea. There is the option of half or full day trip, 110% recommend the full day. It was so relaxing and enjoyable the time flew, and we were lucky enough to have some dolphins swim along with us for a short bit.

Damjan and Marin were great tour guides and incredibly knowledgeable about the sea, Croatian culture, and provided the ideal experience for experiencing a day trip to the islands. There was nothing quite like seeing the coast from their boat and experiencing the waters in a more authentic tour than a booze cruise. I felt much more connected to the culture, the elements (the sea and the terrain) and the people. Tthe schedule was perfect. We didn't feel rushed or have to start at the crack of dawn. We weren't worn out by the end of the day. We are very grateful and would recommend it to everyone visiting Split.

Beautiful day on the water! The island where we stopped for lunch was lovely with spectacular scenery.
We also had a nice picnic with white wine onboard and even saw dolphins. We loved our day sailing!

We had an awesome day sailing on the Adriatic. We were looking for a small group experience and this was perfect. We sailed to Brac for a swim and snorkel, then on to Solta with a fabulous lunch at one of the island's restaurants. We enjoyed watching the skillful captain moving about the boat hoisting the sails. After swimming, we enjoyed a delicious snack of fresh bread, cheese and proscuitto, along with unlimited wine throughout the day. It was a relaxing and unforgettable adventure that I can highly recommend.

Amazing experience, very good communication from the beginning and the guys were so helpful and accommodating! Definitely recommend if you want a more personalized, small business approach (as opposed to the “party boats” we saw while out.)

The skipper and our wide ranging conversations, ameliorated with good local food and wine, and a great mix of fellow passengers. Not to mention drinking in the gorgeous Adriatic scenery and culture. You cannot do better than taking this day trip.

This has been our best trip/excursion in Croatia. Marin was our captain for the day and he was terrific! It was a very smooth and relaxing sailing trip to two islands where we were able to swim and relax. We did not feel rushed and just enjoyed the beautiful weather and scenery. We couldn't have asked for a better way to remember how beautiful Croatia is.

One of our most (if not most) memorable experience while in Split if not Croatia thus far. The small group makes for a really intimate experience and after the crowds of Split, you'll love the tranquil peace of being on their sail boat. Damjan & Marin are pros, very experienced but more so great guys that really make the trip worthwhile. When the beautiful wine, cheese and prosciutto came out it felt as if we were among close friends and with the backdrop being the beautiful Adriatic Sea you'll be hooked. If you are thinking about doing something a bit different trust us you'll leave with some lifelong memories.

It was a relaxing and great trip. I wasn't sure at first what to do during the 1h stop at the small village, but the water was calling everywhere to jump in, it was one of the best spots. Sailing with sail in the afternoon was the best thing ever.

Damjan and Marin were great hosts for a beautiful day on the water.
Please contact them the day before to get their departure location. It is not easy to find without specific direction. But they do sail from the Split harbor. It’s a small group tour - 6 customers. There was no wind and the sea was glassy so we motored to the Island of Brac for a nice swim, then had a snack on board the boat. We then motored to the island of Solta, where we walked around a small town and went to the beach for an hour. We had lunch on the island of Solta and then headed home. We got a little wind and sailed back to Split. It was a beautiful day for a boat ride and the staff took good care of us.

What a wonderful day! We were a group of 6 people + our 2 great skippers Marin and Damjan. They chose 2 beautiful in places which have been quiet and not crowded with people. We got very good cheese, ham, water and wine on the boat. Later on we got a great lunch in a cute restaurant. The time went so fast that we pretty much couldn't believe. On the way back to split we had great wind and we could sail the whole way back. We loved the whole trip! We will book this trip 100% again, when we're back in Croatia next year. We have only one really small recommendation, after the island Stormorska ( were we had lunch) we went to Split directly. Would have been so nice to jump into the sea one more time, only for 5 minutes to cool down after the lunch. I know that there is a schedule and we have to follow the timeplan but maybe it's possible to book the lunch a bit earlier and then leaving Stormorska some minutes earlier to get some time for a little extra swim ;-). It was the best trip that I have done the last 8 years in this area. We'll come back! See you next year!

We had a fabulous day out with Damian & Marin. The day was well organised… we felt very welcome onboard… great hospitality, conversation and an excellent lunch. Lots of opportunity for swimming. Highly recommend this tour. Damjan and Marin are really accommodating and make sure that you have a great experience. We went to spots which aren't been too touristy, had a great lunch and interesting chats. As only a maximum of 6 people can attend this tour, it's a really relaxed atmosphere.
