We arrived at the meeting point and were told our trip was cancelled and we would be refunded our money. We were then sold another trip for the day, which we paid for on the spot. Our money for the first trip (the one I am now reviewing) has still not been refunded.

Overbooked the tour and gave wrong meeting details so when we waited for an hour on the dockside for the rep we were told there were no more places and there was nothing they could do.

Abbiamo trascorso una piacevole giornata. Il personale molto gentile e cordiale, non ci ha fatto mancare nulla tra colazione (cornetto e caffè) pranzo e merenda (cocomero e liquore) La cucina è quella che ci si aspetta da un’occasione del genere, nulla di eccezionale ma comunque buona, con bevande incluse! Siamo dunque rimasi più colpiti dalla disponibilità e dai servizi offerti dall’equipaggio che dai luoghi in se. Per esempio prima di arrivare ci hanno consigliato dove parcheggiare la macchina per non pagare troppo. Ah e avevamo a disposizione anche uno scivolo per fare i tuffi dalla barca durante la sosta! Consigliamo? Assolutamente si. Non potreste trovare compagnia migliore per fare questo tour, giusto i luoghi, sappiatelo, non sono un granché, ma non conta solo quello!

Dopo aver guardato x un mese x un tour con guida in italiano nessuno parlava in italiano, dopo aver scritto su WhatsApp mi è stato detto che Tony dell'equipaggio parlava italiano e di parlare con lui, peccato che Tony non lo parlavo è l'ho visto anche in imbarazzo e poi era anche il tuttofare della barca, bel rispetto che hanno x i dipendenti, in più sulla barca c'erano davvero tante persone, il cibo era immangiabile, se non era l'inconveniente della lingua in cui mi sono sentita presa davvero molto in giro, x la troppa gente e x il cibo il resto del tour non era male

Die Besichtigung von Trogir war schön, hätte aber mehr Zeit dort sein können. Die blaue Lagune war zwar nicht so spektakulär wie gedacht aber trotzdem toll zum Schwimmen. Sie hätten aber definitiv darauf hin weisen sollen, dass man Badeschuhe für das Betreten des Ufers in der Lagune benötigt - dort sind unglaublich viele Seeigel. Das Schiffswrack zu sehen war sehr cool. Toll war v.a. Die Verpflegung an Board. Morgens gab es noch frische, warme Schokocroissants und einen kleinen Kaffee. Das Mittagessen (wir hatten Fisch) war lecker und nachmittags gab es noch Wassermelone. Die Getränke Wasser und Eistee waren in Ordnung. Nur der Weißwein (aus einem Kanister) war ungenießbar. Ich finde die Kombination von (viel) Alkohol und anschließend Schwimmen auch schwierig aber ok.
