Frederica and Antonio we’re amazing! Sooo accommodating throughout the whole tour. Frederica gave us so many great recommendations for the Capri drop off once we got there. Instructions were so clear and the experience was amazing! I would definitely recommend it!

The trip is definitely an absolute highlight. A very skillful Skipper Vincenco, and very friendly supportive Crew (Agata) providing all the necessary Information for you to plan your island tour, especially with Seniors in the group. The provisioning was excellent, Prosecco, freshly made fruitsalad, water, etc.

Itinerary

Your morning starts at a central meeting point in Sorrento, right next to Port Marina Piccola. Board a comfortable, restroom-equipped boat with room for a maximum of 12 travelers—guaranteeing an intimate excursion.

Spend time relaxing on the padded sundeck as you cruise along Sorrento’s scenic coastline toward Capri. Your first stop is the fishing village of Marina Grande.

Then, head to the famed Blue Grotto and beat the crowds with a morning visit to the famed sea cave (own expense). From there, you’ll continue cruising around Capri as you enjoy complimentary refreshments, alcoholic beverages, and fresh seasonal fruit.

Admire landmarks like the White Grotto, Green Grotto, and Punta Carena Lighthouse as you sail toward the island’s port. After disembarking, you’ll have three hours of free time to shop or grab a meal in Capri on your own.

Pass by the Natural Arch and Faraglioni rocks as you make your way back to Sorrento, stopping to swim and snorkel (snorkeling equipment included).

Great day on the water with Lucio and Sylvester! Both our guide and captain went out of their way to make our day extra special. Amazing experience in the Blue Grotto and seeing the sites and caves in the area. Capri was excellent as well, Lucio gave us helpful information on where to go and the best way to get around the island. 10/10 experience and would definitely recommend to others!

It was a fun day especially with Flavio guiding us on the boat and sharing his tips on what to look for along the route and where to go and eat when we get off at Capri Island. The Blue Grotto was a highlight and Flavio made sure our boat was the first to wait in line to go in!!! Thanks for a memorable day, Flavio!

The experience was amazing. Be prepared, though. The boat goes fast. If you are sea sickness prone, you will want to prepare for that. Also, if you want to actually go into the blue gotta, it is an extra fee. Make sure to have euros for tips.

A ton of fun! Crew is exceptional! Highly recommend. Remember cash for tips not only at the end but to the operator of the small boat that takes you into the grotto - unfortunately ours didn’t warn us with enough notice to lay down as you enter (so a man literally flattened my daughter - we did note others properly instructing their passengers) and reminded us three times to tip him which we did reluctantly. Otherwise a really nice day with lots of time in Capri!

It was a beautiful day trip to Capri and the Blue Grotto. Francisco was excellent and made the trip very enjoyable. You pay a 15 euro payment per person upon checking in for a local tax and credit card is accepted. The fee to enter the blue grotto is 18 euros per person paid directly to the small boat company at the site of the blue grotto and credit card is accepted. Plan on some euros for tip. We had 3 hours on the island to eat and shop. After there was time to swim for a few brave enough to go in the cold water. Alll and all it was a beautiful experience and a 5 stars day.

Our boat host Lucio was a live wire that made the day very fun. Altogether a great day on the water and island. Top pluses- great fun host, small group boat tour that was not crowded, opportunity for a swim in the beautiful water (still cold in April!), the chairlift up to Montesolaro, getting close to Faraglioni for photos. Missing 5th star due to a few minor downsides which may not be in the control of the tour - due to rough waters, the Blue Grotto tour was not operating, very likited time in Anacapri and Capri - only had 10-15 minutes on top of Montesalaro, and a rather rushed walk through Capri town with no time to chill or visit the Gardens of Augustus. But still a very memorable boat tour!!

What a magical day. The tour guide is fun. The blue grotto is the highlight. It is great having 3 hours on Capri walking around. In April the water was too cold to swim. The day is fabulous.

Very disappointed! We booked a hotel and a rental car specifically so we could do this half day blue grotto tour, and it was cancelled the day before due to "technical issues" which probably means no one else booked the half day tour. They offered us an upgrade to the full day tour, but we had to be back in Naples to catch the train to Florence, and could not do that. What a wasted side trip!

Such a beautiful way to see the coast, and visit main spots. We were lucky and go to the blue grotto, we were among first in line which was a big plus. Though it’s a quick in and out of the grotto, transferring to little raw goats that only fit 4 — you can see how the line can get long very quickly. We did the chair lift in Capri, but probably would have skipped it to enjoy more time wandering around. The boat was fantastic, it was just a perfect experience of a day.

My cousin and I went on a boat tour while in Sorrento last week. Agatha was our guide and was extremely friendly and well educated on different landmarks along the way. She took multiple photos for us during the boat ride and gave multiple suggestions for restaurants and activities during our 4-hour break in Capri. She also had fresh fruit and drinks ready for us when we got back on the boat after our time in Capri. We paid an extra fee to see the blue grotto cave during our boat tour, but didn’t necessarily think it was worth the cost. This charge is separate from the tour and you can opt out of the cave experience if you aren’t interested in it. Overall we had a great time and would definitely recommend to anyone interested in seeing more of the Amalfi Coast by boat! Agatha was absolutely wonderful :)

Francisco was the best boat host. He surprised my friend with a birthday treat. Very engaging and knowledgeable. The captain Raffaele got us close to the caves and made it a smooth ride. The only thing worth mentioning is that once you get to the port on Capri, you either have to take a taxi, city bus, or the shuttle bus to get to the shopping areas of both Anacapri and Capri. Due to time constraints, we chose the shuttle which was 25 Euro!!!! The added fee for transportation should be mentioned in the description. The Blue Grotto is not worth 18 Euro to see, it's just blue water, watch a YouTube video for free. Capri, while beautiful, is over priced. Awesome views though.

Lucio was a wonderful tour guide with the perfect balance of humour, history and guidance to make our day in Capri unforgettable! Sylvester was also an expert captain of our boat. I highly recommend this tour and Lucio for a fun and memorable boat trip to Capri. The highlight was jumping in for a swim towards the end of the day.

Capri is overrated. The boat ride was sheer hell. Several people sea sick. Boats are way too small for such choppy waters. Waiting for others to swim after a long day was unfair. The staff tried hard but I couldn't wait for the day to end. Viator runs a nebulous website that's all ads and no customer service. No way to reach anyone by phone.

The island of Capri is gorgeous but the best part of this tour was the boat ride out to the island, cruising around the island looking at caves and the incredible rock formations, the stop for swimming off the boat and the small group singing through the sudden rain storm on the way back to sorrento. Rafaela and her co-captain (he was awesome but I didn’t catch his name) were the best guides- helpful, fun and always making sure our group was having fun. Highly recommend!!

Enjoyable day out with plenty of time on Capri. Choppy waters meant no Blue Grotto visit but crew still ensured we had a full day. Swimming was also a highlight. This trip gave us a full circuit of the island.

A beautiful, interesting and informative cruise to and around Capri. Our on board guide, Agatha, was a ball of energy and very informative about the area, the Sorrento coast, and Capri. We did not go in the blue grotto since my wife is claustrophobic, but the ones who did said it was beautiful. Even without the grotto the trip around Capri was well worth the time. We had 4 hours on the island, which was too long since it is similar to other Amalfi coast towns, but more congested and expensive.

Agata and Vincenco were amazing. We all absolutely loved our trip. The crew worked so hard showing us various sights, grottos, caves, pointing out different rocks and historic sights. They also read the group very well, stopping when needed, looking after everyone on the boat, serving snacks and drinks, checking we were all ok, laughing at us swimming in the sea in April when it is too cold for locals! Great suggestions for our time on the island including how to get around, cafes, restaurants, gardens and gelato recommendations. Very very well run by the crew so thank you

Highly recommend this tour! Our guide, Rafaella, was amazing and very knowledgeable. You will still have to pay for the blue grotto entrance ticket and then pay for transportation on the island. We thought it was absolutely worth it and created so many memories on this trip!

A magical day on the water around Capri, time to fully enjoy Anacapri and Capri town, serenade in the Blue Grotto, and an April swim in the turquoise waters offshore. Rafaela was our lovely captain who went out of her way to make sure we all enjoyed our time. The boat is beautiful, and the small group size was perfect. There is a toilet on board, and delicious snacks and drinks were offered. Grazie!!

If the forecast is for bad weather, you won't be going. They let us know two days ahead of time, which I appreciated. And they offered us another day, but alas, we were already scheduled to go home. We also got a prompt refund. Advice: plan this for early in your stay.

A wonderful small boat tour of beautiful water & sights of Capri. Agatha provided excellent information on both history & today’s island. Blue Grotto was closed due to high tide. Saw other grottos while staying in charter boat instead. Spent more time in Anacapri than Capri due to some people in our group’s interest in having lunch vs sightseeing vs shopping - there was not enough time for everything. It was challenging to get a cab from Capri to Marina Piccola to meet the boat (probably due to driver not being able to readily get a customer/fare from drop off point.) Blue bus to Marina Piccola did not regularly return to bus station. Enjoyable boat ride from Sorrento to Capri. Water was choppy with windy conditions & sea spray on trip back.
