Your morning starts at a central meeting point in Sorrento, right next to Port Marina Piccola. Board a comfortable, restroom-equipped boat with room for a maximum of 12 travelers—guaranteeing an intimate excursion.
Spend time relaxing on the padded sundeck as you cruise along Sorrento’s scenic coastline toward Capri. Your first stop is the fishing village of Marina Grande.
Then, head to the famed Blue Grotto and beat the crowds with a morning visit to the famed sea cave (own expense). From there, you’ll continue cruising around Capri as you enjoy complimentary refreshments, alcoholic beverages, and fresh seasonal fruit.
Admire landmarks like the White Grotto, Green Grotto, and Punta Carena Lighthouse as you sail toward the island’s port. After disembarking, you’ll have three hours of free time to shop or grab a meal in Capri on your own.

This Capri Boat tour was one of the best decisions we made to explore Capri and it’s grottos. We were glad to have this more personalized experience as opposed to dealing with the chaos of the ferry lines.
We met our tour group down at Marina Piccola (there were 12 people total in our group, including us). The first place we went to was the blue grotto, which was the right move considering it had been closed down later in the day due to rough sea waters. We were so fortunate to be able to go inside the blue grotto, which was such a surreal experience! Because we went first thing in the morning, we only had to wait in line for no more than 20 minutes (by in-line I mean waiting on the boat until a smaller row boat comes by to pick you up and bring you into the grotto).
After the blue grotto, we saw a few more stops, including the Lover’s Grotto and the lighthouse. Riding around Capri in a boat is an absolute dream, the cliffsides are so beautiful that you feel like you’re in Jurassic Park or Avatar. Our tour guide, Elena was so incredible as well! She was super knowledgeable about Capri, and gave us plenty of history on what we were seeing as we rode around the island. She also just gave a very positive and relaxed vibe while on board, making sure we were all taken care of and having a great time. At one point, we docked in Capri and Elena escorted us up to the buses, where she recommended things to do in our 3 hours of free time in Capri. We did her recommendations, taking a bus to Anacapri, getting lunch, and then doing the chair lift. The chair lift was a surreal experience, it’s surprisingly peaceful and the views are out of this world! Because my husband and I had done a longer lunch (at Ristorante Christopher right next to the chair lift, highly recommend!), we didn’t have time to go into the town center of Capri which we were fine with. Afterwards, we rode to the Faraglioni rocks. We weren’t able to ride under them because the waters were too rough by then, but we were fine with that since we still got pictures of it and had gotten into the blue grotto earlier.
They finally showed us Marina Grande and dropped us off at Marina Piccola. Overall, it was an incredible tour that we were very glad we booked!

Giuseppe was an amazing tour guide! The captain was also amazing, they kept it fun, always made sure we were taken care of with drinks and really wanted us to enjoy! A true Sorrento local that knew so much about the history and mythology of the islands! And gave us amazing recommendations for our stay in sorrento as well! Our favourite tour this trip filled with great views, laughs and beautiful places to swim!
It was a great experience. The boat was very nice and comfortable, and the crew were on point! Highly recommend.
Ok but we did not go into any grottos, green, white or blue despite the name of the tour. The captain drove us around Capri and pointed out landmarks from the exterior. I expected to see the grottos up close.
Wonderful day with Luigi and Davide! They made traveling around Capri fun! They made sure we got to see the Blue Grotto, and we had a great time swimming, and seeing the island. Great team!
This was an amazing way to experience Capri. Unfortunately, the blue grotto was closed but apparently that is very common. Vicky was an excellent host and our driver was super. Highly recommend!!
Wonderful way to see Capri. Ferdinando and Pepe took excellent care of our group. The blue grotto was closed, but we were able to visit Anacapri and ride the chair lift. Prepare for potential long taxi lines in the harbor.
The trip was an excellent experience. The boat was clean and in great shape. The crew was amazing. And the 3 1/2 hours on Capri was awesome. I would highly recommend this.
Although we enjoyed the boat ride, the tour expressed water, beer, soft drinks, prosecco and seasonal fruit. We never saw prosecco or fruit for our ride. Our boat also had a broken toilet that they knew about before we left and they took it out anyway. Also, we were never given any type of snorkel gear to use on our swim.
Luigi and Luigi were an excellent team of guides for the day. The experience was comfortable, fun and small enough (12 people) that you really enjoyed the experience. Luigi and Luigi were experienced and made everyone feel welcome. Boat was well maintained and clean. Beverages were made available and fruit was offered. We got to see the blue grotto! It was not open in the morning due to the tide, but they made sure to allow time for us to circle back and get in to the grotto in the afternoon. Captain Luigi was very experienced and professional. Luigi the master of ceremonies for the bait was friendly, entertaining and well informed. They provided good information for navigating Capri. Highly recommend this team for an amazing and fun experience.
We had a very nice day, however, we were unable to go into the blue grotto due to sea levels being high, which was a shame. David our host made sure we all had a good day. On our tour round the island of Capri in the boat. Three hours was spent on the island of Capri which was just about the right amount of time. The fruit and Prosecco on the way back to Sorrento was a very nice touch.
This experience was probably wonderful for those that want to jump off the boat & swim. Unfortunately, we ended up on the wrong tour and it was not as expected. On the other hand, the boat crew was wonderful and we had beautiful weather.
The most amazing boat day wth the most amazing guide & captain. Pasquale was nothing short of amazing & welcoming. The water & view was incredibly beautiful. Would absolutely 100000% do it again.
Great crew and boat. Would recommend. Although the blue grotto was closed on our tour (very unpredictable) the hosts really made the best of it allowing more time for swimming and shopping.

Wonderful day and the best part of our Italy trip so far! The captain and guide (Bruno) were so much fun, knowledgeable, and had an amazing playlist that matched up with every sight they showed us. We made it to the grotto first, in front of about 20 other boats, so we avoided a very long wait there. There was a good amount of time to get on land and explore Capri as well. Five stars and we will remember the day forever. Grazie!
The boat trip was fun, and they timed it so that participants could do the Blue Grotto excursion, if they wanted to. They showed us many hidden treasures.
We throughly enjoyed this boat tour. Our hosts were friendly and pleasant. The commentary was interesting and entertaining. We we offered water/ drinks several times. The fruit we had after the Capri stop was refreshing. I definitely recommend this tour.

Luigi was a very fun host. The scenery around Capri was great, and you got some time to swim with a beautiful backdrop. Did this experience for our honeymoon, and would highly recommend!
Stunning views! I didn’t catch the name of the guide person. It was hard to listen to his information about the Capri island. For a small group was not very organized! It could have been better . Overpriced. These small group of 9 people should have been provided transportation to the top of Capri for free time / and pick up time transportation down to the Marina . Meeting point. Unnecessary time to wait for Taxi’s, took away from our free time to explore Capri and we had to rushed to make it back to the marina for our way back to Sorrento. For a small group of 9 people. Transportation, extra expense, should have been part of our total excursion fee. The Blue Grotto was closed and understandable. This excursion is not prepared to provide anything additional.

A really excellent tour. The crew were fun and helpful, with a good knowledge of Capri. Unfortunately the blue grotto was closed but they took us to many other caves and Capri itself is stunning. We really enjoyed this tour.
Loved this experience! My husband and I booked this tour and were so excited to visit the blue grotto. Unfortunately it was closed that day due to the choppy water but we still had an amazing time. Our capitan was very knowledgable and gave us fun facts here and there since we were sitting towards the back of the boat it was easier for him to communicate with us. Our capitan even let my husband drive the boat ( I can't promise that he will give the opportunity to everyone since my husband grew up driving boats, fishing, worked on a boat, and now owns his own boat) it was definitely a highlight from our trip! We enjoyed swimming in the water, visiting different sights, and socializing with our group! We had such an amazing time with our group all thanks to our capitan of course! Although small pool noodles are given I would recommend that you know how to swim or at least tread water to be able to enjoy and relax. Please keep in mind when booking this tour or a similar tour that it is much more enjoyable when you are respectful to our capitan! Simply ask and be kind, this should go without saying!!!
We had a really fun day out in Capri with our guide, Lucio! He was very entertaining and provided clear instructions. Really wish we go to go into the blue grotto, however, the swimming stops around the island definitely made up for it. Very organized and provided us with everything we needed and great recommendations. Definitely recommend!
It was absolutely amazing! Mario and Vittorio took awesome care of us and made sure we had the best time on our honey moon! They are amazing and this was a great tour even though the grottos were closed due to the tides and weather!
I think smaller boats can actually drive closer to the caves/grotto. Also as our boat was for 12 people it was easy enough to talk to the other passengers. Also our tour guide Vicky was fabulous may have had a different experience it we didn’t have her.
If you get sea sick beware. You must endure the entire experience.. It was a great boat ride with staff that were funny and kind. We were not able to go into the blue grotto as the tide remained too high.

We had Lucio and Andrea as our boat captains. The started on time and was very relaxing! Great hosts, great boat, small group! They made our tour amazing and Lucio helped direct us to the most efficient way to visit Capri! Honestly, this tour is a must if you visit Capri. Swimming, great sights and a day well worth spending with these two gentlemen and the others who were on our tour. We were only 8 people and it was perfect in every way!
