This tour was an absolute dream. We did a private boat tour of Capri for the final day of our honeymoon and it ended up being the most memorable part of our entire trip.
Our captain, Salvatore, was an excellent, personable guide who took us to several incredible places along the coast (such as the Green Grotto) and allowed us to actually swim in the water there!
During the trip we were served prosecco, olives, tomatoes, meats and cheeses and truly lived in luxury as we lay on the bow and took in the sights. On the island itself, our captain made us a reservation at a delicious restaurant on Capri and gave us a few hours to explore before our return journey, which included more swimming and more prosecco.
What was also lovely is that our captain was kind enough to pick us up from our hotel's private dock, which made our day that much easier and hassle-free. All we had to do was pay the additional fuel cost for the pickup.
I could not have imagined a better trip. It was worth every single penny.

A truly spectacular experience! From the moment we booked, to the communication from the tour organizer, and also to the actual day of the our itself with our captain Roberto, we had a wonderful experience. Day of - Roberto communicated with me early, and had was even flexible about start time for the trip. We began with a coastal tour with multiple grotto explorations. Followed by a short swim, then the trip over to Capri. The organizers had asked us ahead of time as well about our food preferences and had set up a lovely restaurant for us too. We had 3 hours on Capri including lunch, and then had a nice afternoon swim again by private islands closer back to Positano. Drinks were served nicely along with light snacks - Roberto had Prosecco and beers, and was extremely informative about the coastline, history, small town stories, and much more. We only have the highest reviews for this trip. 10/10 will definitely come back!

Getting on the boat was chaotic. We were told we would board at 930am. We waited outside in the hot harbor for 50 minutes until our boat showed up. It wasn't our captain's fault, Marco was great and the actual boat experience was wonderful. It was just the chaos at the beginning that took two stars off of my review.

We’re truly sorry for the confusion and delay during boarding. On that specific morning, there was an unexpected issue at the port which caused delays for several boats, and unfortunately it was out of our control. That said, we understand how frustrating it can be to wait in the heat, and we’ll keep working to improve the organization during busy times.
All in all, we are sorry for the delay at boarding, but we do feel it’s a bit excessive to leave a 3 stars review considering that the only one problem was the boarding time

It was a beautiful day traveling to the Isle of Capri. Captain Simone was knowledgeable and provided great suggestions to ensure we had the best experience possible. In fact, we were the last group to see the Blue Grotto because of his advice.

This private boat tour of Capri was the highlight of our trip! Our boat operator, Giovanni was a pro boatsman. He did not rush, told us so much about local culture of and gave us plenty of time to just relax and take in the sites, enjoy cocktails on the deck and soak in the sun. A storm did roll in the latter part and he was adamant that we depart Capri back to Sorrento a bit early and we trusted his judgement entirely. This allowed us to anchor closet back to Sorrento for the last 90 minutes and soak up the sun. Right after docking, the storm rolled ok and the bay was rough. Grateful for his care but it changed nothing about this being one of the best days ever!

Beautiful day on the water. Captain was very nice and helpful. I had asked them to make lunch reservation so we had lunch near boat tender location. If I redo this again, I would skip that lunch reservation and just have lunch/spend more time in Capri town.
Finding boat at Positano ferry pier was very chaotic. I would suggest that boat captain has sign with passengers name to avoid language and crowd chaos. Overall a lovely ( and EXPENSIVE) day on the water

What an amazing day we had on the water and in Capri today. Our captain Damiano and was wonderful and planned our day perfectly. The tour operating company was responsive and extremely helpful when I had questions. They company even made reservations for us for lunch at a beautiful restaurant. We would recommend this tour to everyone and can’t wait to book with them the next time we are here. Thank you!!

Excellent day! Was a little rough in the afternoon but the sun came out and it was between 85-90 degrees F. Francesco was our English speaking guide and he was phenomenal. Our Captain was Antonio and he took great care in ensuring it was as calm as possible. Capri is gorgeous and I couldn’t think of a better way to see the island. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Two week trip to Italy and this WAS the highlight of our trip. Took our family of five to beautiful Capri from Sorrento on this chartered boat. Private, customizable trip with time to swim, visit the island, gorgeous lunch spot overlooking the ocean and boats. Responsible captain who provided champagne and made sure our trip was special. I would have done it twice if I knew how great it would be:)

Every interaction I had with them was rude and unprofessional. Would loved to have gone on the boat ride me and my brother payed for but we just didn’t want to deal with how rude they were being to us.

That said, we were quite surprised by your message, as we always strive to assist all our guests with patience and clarity, even in moments of confusion or stress. In this case, we would also like to point out that it was you who did not show up for the tour in Positano.
The boat was there as scheduled, at the agreed meeting time of 9:30 AM. However, you repeatedly requested to postpone the departure until noon. This would have required our crew to extend their service by nearly 4 extra hours, which simply wasn't possible due to operational limits.
Please also note that the booking was made at 3:00 AM for a 9:00 AM departure the same day, very last-minute. Despite this, we still offered a shortened Amalfi Coast tour as an alternative to Capri, which unfortunately was declined.
Had there been a misunderstanding, we truly wish we had been given the opportunity to clarify or resolve it at the time. We hope you might reconsider and give us another chance in the future to show you the welcoming service we are genuinely known for.

I would not recommend this company to anyone, the boat was nothing compared to what was advertised. They don’t have any regard for weather conditions and they will take your family out with no care for safety. Service at the front desk was rude and didn’t really care we were even there.

We would like to clarify that the boat used for your tour is exactly the one advertised and part of our regular fleet. If there was any misunderstanding, we would have appreciated the opportunity to clarify or resolve it directly at the time.
As for the weather, cancellations due to sea conditions are solely at the discretion of the company, although we usually consult with guests before making the final decision, based on assessments made by the Port Authorities and our experienced captains On the day of your tour, conditions were considered safe. In fact, the day before departure, you were asked if you wanted to change the date, but you chose to proceed. Once the tour begins, our team always does its best to ensure that you enjoy the experience fully, but beyond that, there are limits to what can be done.
We understand that sensitivity to sea conditions can vary from person to person, and we’re sorry if that affected your comfort. Our office staff also strive to treat every guest with care and professionalism, but we will still review your comments carefully to improve where needed.

Our guide was very friendly and easy going. He had a planned route around the island and dropped us off for a lunch reservation they made on our behalf prior. If you want to see a certain thing or stop the boat to jump in at any time to cool off they will accommodate and provide snorkeling gear and noodles

Incredible! From start to finish this was a great excursion. Communicated clearly pick up and itinerary and we were able to swim in a variety of places. We chose not to do the Blue Grotto because we had seen it before and the line was long but they would have accommodated that. Capri was gorgeous and enjoyed the privacy of the boat. Simone our skipper was also very knowledgeable about the areas and the service was excellent. 10/10 would recommend.

I did this boat tour with my boyfriend and sister and we had the absolute best time. The whole day was amazing and unforgettable!! Great service, beautiful boat, and such an awesome captain who was super fun, told us all about the area and played great music !! would definitely recommend if you’re traveling this summer! Not what we expected. When we arrived for our 9 am pick up there was a line for 45 min. Seemed like the tour company could not find us a skipper and I had to walk up and ask a few times to remind them that we were waiting.
No snacks or snorkeling gear were provided (much to the kid’s disappointment- once in a lifetime trip)
The trip itself was amazing but it was what we made of it - not what was ‘sold’ to us that made it that way.

That morning was particularly challenging due to port congestion from weather-related cancellations the previous day. We did our best to assist all guests promptly, and our team was present throughout the process to help with boarding.
Regarding the snorkeling gear and snacks, we’re sorry to hear they weren’t offered as expected. These are usually included, and we’ll follow up internally to ensure it doesn’t happen again. If we had been informed during or immediately after the tour, we would have done our best to resolve the issue or offer compensation.

This event could have easily have been a 5 if we had better communication with our captain. It was supposed to include the Blue Grotto, which he acted surprised about. After driving around a bit, he brought us to the waiting area of the blue grotto where there were about 20-30 boats waiting. To get on line, you have to get out of the boat and wait on the stairs that go up a few stories. He said it would take about 2 hours.
He took us over to port piccolo in Capri to his friend’s restaurant. The meal and the view were amazing. He told us he would meet us at the restaurant at 4pm when we’re done shopping in town.
We took the taxi up to town, which was crowded like time square in NYC. It was uncomfortably crowded & hot. We walked around a bit abs took a taxi back down to the restaurant. We wanted to cool off and it was only before 3pm, so we ordered drinks at the restaurant to wait for Roberto. He don’t show up at 4, or 4:15.
We had already paid our check & waiting at the entrance, where he said he would be.
After me asking all the workers, another captain said we had to take the taxi boat to meet him back on our boat. So wasted over an hour and a half and $80e on a round of drinks waiting when we could have been swimming & sunbathing.
The tour was great besides that.
If I were to do it again, I would skip going into the city of Capri and would have used the time to see the blue grotto. And…ask the captain if we can meet him on the boat when we’re ready.
