We enjoyed the day with our guide, Nello. He was very informative about the island and obviously caring that tourists have a good experience. He was also very clear when explaining the activities for the day and when and where to meet back when members of our group had options for different pursuits during the tour.
We lucked out and got a chance to experience the Blue Grotto which is not always open for tours due to weather or water conditions. We took the lift to the top of Mount Salerno and saw beautiful views of the sights below! Well worth it. We also participated in a boat ride around the island which offered a perspective all its own which was also beautiful and a great opportunity for lovely photos. We highly recommend this excursion if you don't mind being with a fairly large group of people. Be aware that this is not a small group tour. One of the benefits to me was that the ride over was on a large and fast ferry not a small boat.

The Blur Grotto was closed because of the seas. I understand that happens quite frequently. We had an alternate excursion which was a boat ride around the island. The scenery was beautiful but we could not understand a word of the narration. Others on the boat had the same complaint.

We had a wonderful day. Maria our guide made sure our entire family was having a great time. Unfortunately the blue grotto was closed, due to a hide tide but we were able to do a tour by boat around the island.
She provided enough free time to walk around, to go the beach, etc. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately the blue lagoon was closed, but we were not advised about this until we reached Capri. They provided a boat tour as an alternative.
At Anacapri I would recommend taking the chair lift, this is not included in the tour.
There is a lot of wandering time in this trip, shopping if you want to

A great way to experience how gorgeous Capri is.
Firstly we were sceptical about using a tour guide but from start to finish Francesca kept it all on track.
Francesca was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable, on hand at all times.

What a great day in Capri! We got to see the Blue Grotto and visit Anacapri. From there we took the chair life to the top (not included, but round trip was $14 euro). Then we had free time in the town of Capri. What a great day!

Very well organized. Transportation on the island from Capri to Ana Capri was a real plus. Transportation to the Blue Grotto also added greatly to our experience. That was one less thing to book and we got into the grotto before the travel crush of other tourists. The ski lift ride and funicular back to the port of Capri also made for wonderful memories.

Alessandro was a great guide. He spent so much time explaining things to us and helping us find different ways to explore Capri that might satisfy every need. He kept calling us "his family" and as many hours as he spent with us, we felt like it. He new the right time to go to the blue grotto and the chair lift in Anicapri when there were fewer crowds. It was well worth the price for the experience we had.

One of the most memorable trips of our Italian vacation! The trip was very well organized and Luigi, our guide, was fantastic! His English was excellent, which was only outdone by his in-depth knowledge of Capri/Annacapris history! The boat rides were fun and interesting despite the BlueGrotto being closed due to rough conditions. Instead, our Captain toured us around the entire island, viewing all the Grottos up close while Luigi gave us a history of the island and which famous people lived where! Equal amounts of planned and unplanned time. Loved going up the chairlift and having a cappuccino on top! Funicolare down to Capris beach… such a fun day. Worth the cost!

This review is for someone like me who has never been to Capri and didn’t know what to expect. The ferry picked us up at the port of Sorrento and took us to Capri. Right away we headed to the Blue Grotto in a small bus. I was very excited, only to learn that the Blue Grotto was closed. It is decided upon whether or not it will be open for the day, every morning. It is not always opened every day. This was unfortunate because this tour implied we would be able to go. In fact, admission was included in the tour price. So, we paid to enter the Blue Grotto, but were unable to enter. Because we couldn’t enter the grotto, we were offered to go to Monte Solaro Chair Lift. This was not included and we had to pay extra for this admission. It was a beautiful view. After we were driven back down and left to wander around by ourselves for 2 hours until we got back into a boat for a tour around the island. I didn’t get to see a lot of the things on the island I wish I would have and the restaurants I wanted to try were opposite end of where we were dropped off at to wander. I would rather have taken a ferry and explored the island at my own timeline.

My Sister-in-Law and I booked this tour with Mario as our tour guide. 77 degrees and sunny. It was a beautiful day. The Blue Grotto in Anacapri was fantastic to see at least once! We also took the chair lift to the top of the mountain to see the city below in 360 degrees. We chose to go to the beach instead of shop, but the public beach is very rocky and not desirable to swim. Instead, we enjoyed Lemon Spritz and Granita. Definitely recommend the Granita. Mario was an excellent tour guide with great recommendations. We would definitely recommend this tour!! Unfortunately this was a glorified boat ride to Capri. Was expecting to learn more about Capri and do more. We took a 30 minute boat ride around the island and saw the views. After we were essentially dropped off on the island for 6 hours and then given a ride back. We could have done this on our own for much cheaper.

I should have trusted the reviews I seen, basically the tour give you a ferry ticket to Carpi, transfer to a bus to Anacapri, besides paying 12 euro to take the cable car, you have nothing else to do except take a coffee. When time up, we got transferred to another bus back to Carpi, the agent selling us to pay 18 euro for a boat trip, or else we will have to hang around at Capi, without any interesting point, but restaurants. Our initial intention is to visit Blue Grotto, but was told it’s close. It is disappointing, right away it defeated the purpose of joining this tour. What a waste money and time 😡😡😡

I wouldn't change anything about this excursion! Teodoro, our captain, did a phenomenal job taking us around Ischia and Procida! He is extremely nice and easy going and was very knowledgeable about both island's histories. What he didn't know, he didn't try to fudge.
Pros:
Procida is a charming and colorful island with a predominantly working class demographic. There's no pretense, but a rather realness. The restaurants and cafes were simple in décor, but what they lack in presentation, they more than make up for in hospitality and fantastic cuisine!
There are many inclines, so be prepared for a strenuous walk and a great workout!
Ischia is where I want to have my next holiday! It's a massive volcanic island that hosts 6 towns, Aragonese Castle, the beautiful Maronti beach, and the thermal baths! Sadly, I didn't get to try the thermal baths, but on the upside, I did get to view the castle. And it is marvelous! Ischia resembles a Greek island, but has it's unique charm and much Italian flair! If Teodoro is your captain, then rest assured that you are in the best of hands!
P.S. Make certain to swim around each time he stops for some snorkel time. You won't see many fish, but you will enjoy the water temperature and balanced sea salt content. Your eyes won't burn when you submerge yourself in the sea.

The boats that arrive at the Blue Grotto have preference over this group. We waited 2 hours in line and 10 minutes by sea.
I found it very poorly organized.
The guide Mario was correct, nothing more.
I do not recommend it nor would I repeat it.

Lamentablemente en la fecha asignada no nos recogieron en el lugar indicado, tuvimos que reclamar y afortunadamente como nos quedabamos un día más en Sorrento pudimos hacer la excursión que luego fue muy buena pero lamentable el olvido del día anterior fue muy desagradable.
