Canceled less than 24 hours before our experience we think due to winds and high waved?? Were given no explanation, however. Not sure why we were canceled.

Boat does not dock at main marina so cuts short the time you have in Capri. Guide for the boat talked way too fast and could not understand him most of the time. Took afternoon trip and was not able to swim at points described. Extremely choppy crossing on return, everything felt rushed and in personal. Not a great experience.

Great day out albeit sea was a bit rough and too rough to see the Blue Grotto. Swimming was great fun and some lovely caves to view. Nice to have a look at Capri but insanely busy. Nice chilling on the beach just at the port.

It was a fun and informative day. Our guide was outgoing and personable, a pleasure to be with. She went out of her way to ensure our comfort. She offered suggestions which were very helpful as we navigated our way through the day. We invited her to visit us in New York!!

Pick up and drop off at our hotel and on time. Very organised at the marina for making sure you are on the right boat. Plenty of time in Capri. Swimming on the way back. A lovely trip out. Miguel and Salvatore looked sfter us well on the boat.

It is written on the announcement, pick up, snacks, and proseco included, but unfortunately, the pick up was charged as a separate fee that you pay once u arrive to the marina.We had to ask for proseco and water since it was not offered by the boat crew. We were allowed to swim for about 20 mins in one spot and that was it! the blue grotto was never visited.
In summary, you dont get what they offer on the announcement

This is a group experience. Boat was clean and safe. Diverse experience with people from Germany, Saudi Arabia, USA, and others. Friendly captain and tour guide. We swam 2x. Our tour guide gave us a map and gave us details to travel around the island from the taxi to buses. He also explained different places, like the best place to watch the sunset, grotto, and the Virgin Mary in white cave. I went solo and the captain gladly snapped videos and pics of me. I really appreciated that. We finished the tour with a toast of homemade limoncello with everyone on the boat!

They did not communicate about bad weather. Only when we reached out regarding pick up time, then they told us our tour would be cancelled and offered early morning, but it was still bad weather. Really wish they would have offered the next day. It was fine, but also they gave us warm beer haha so they did not seem very prepared. It was an ok experience, but not the sunny day at the island we could have had on the next day if only we would have asked or if they would have offered.

I spent a lot of time comparing different options across platforms and chose this one because it seemed to offer the best experience. Unfortunately, it turned out to be just another overhyped boat tour. The boat was supposed to be for relaxing and enjoying the views, but it sped across the water like a ferry — too fast to hear music, talk, or simply take in the scenery.
Drinks were supposedly included, but we had to keep asking for them, and even then, we were only given two beers, half a glass of prosecco, and a shot of limoncello — all warm. Extremely disappointing and uncomfortable. The captain had a terrible attitude, while Anthony, our guide, did his best but was clearly limited by company policies.
We weren’t allowed to adjust our time in Capri or enjoy a proper swim, and the Blue Grotto wasn’t even an option. For €200, this was absolutely not worth it. I hope this helps others avoid the same disappointment.

Trip was cancelled on the day due to weather conditions. Its funny because other bpats were operating which made us believe that it was due other reasons. Very disappointing but they did make a full refund immediately..so I'll give them one star for that

Hello we thank you for the feedback but we don't think it is correct to dedicate one star to us not having done the tour. as specified well in the tour description, the 'experience can be cancelled if there are no safe conditions for rough sea, consider that other companies have done the tours on the same day is not a valid reasoning! what tours? what kind of boats were they? . We thank you pointed out that we immediately made full refund, which we do when tours are cancelled due to bad weather. We are sorry you did not appreciate that we put safety first.

Our captain (Mike) and mate (Sharon) were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly… boat was a nice size even for their full capacity we had of 12 people. Got to see all the major attractions of Capri with also time to spend on the island to explore the city.

One of the first boats to arrive in Capri (6-22-24) only to find out the entire island was shut don due to a water main break in Naples and no running water on the island. Our guide took it in stride and arranged for us to see a few more sights from the water and then a quick unscheduled trip to Positano. No fault of the company, but no one on our trip was prepared for 6 hours on the boat when we were supposed to spend most of the time on Capri.

Our on board boat guide was excellent. He spoke English & Spanish in addition to his native language! The group was 10 (we were only 2) and everyone fit on the front sun deck. We had a mixture of ages and families. Before stopping in Capri, we saw a few grottos and had a lovely swim. They provided beer, Pepsi, water and potato chips for snacks. We had 4-hours in Capri on our own. It was a full day and we would do it again!

Absolutely amazing and memorable day! The boat tour is exactly as mentioned. Capri and all the short stops around the grottos, arch, jump in the ocean with a limoncello shot to end it was beyond great. its a very relaxed and chill trip. Totally recommended.

Outstanding day on the boat. The captain was clearly a skilled operator and our guide, Italo was exceptional. Made the experience extremely enjoyable and accommodated all our requests. Provided great restaurant recommendations on the island. Gave us a first class tour of the perimeter of the island. Made it fun for all ages!!!!

We loved this tour! Our guide and boat captain were so kind and accommodating! We had a great group of people on our tour! The small group made all the difference! Capri was absolutely beautiful and we got to cruise around the entire island and spend a good amount of time on the island exploring. Capri island is pretty crowded but the ~3 hours we had on the island was perfect for grabbing lunch, doing the Monte Solaro chair lift and exploring Anacapri. We got 2 swimming opportunities and while the blue grotto wasn’t open, our captain allowed us to swim in the green grotto, which is an experience we’ll never forget! Can’t recommend enough!!

Great way to see Capri, brilliant to see the white and green grottos. Boys enjoyed the water stops. It was lovely to go through the centre of the iconic rock.

What an amazing experience,
Highly recommended! Our tour guide and captain were outstanding!! Gave loads of history information on the island, showing us all the great places along the coast. We stopped twice to swim in the water, refreshments were provided.

This trip was one of the best things I planned during my stay in Italy! Fabrizio and the boat captain, Jean Carlo, were fantastic! We had a lot of fun with our small group on the boat swimming and learning all about the many different sites around Capri. We did not stop at the blue grotto because the line was too long (which we didn’t mind) but just an fyi if you don’t want to miss out on it. 4 hours on the island of Capri was more than we needed but it was clear in the description that we would need to make ourselves busy with that time. Would definitely recommend!!

We had a lovely time. Me, my wife, and my in-laws joined this tour and all of us enjoyed greatly. The length of time was perfect and my favorite part was when we stopped to jump in the water and swim. I would highly recommend this tour. Frederico was a great guide and did a wonderful job! (it is as described)
