This is a SCAM!! DO NOT BOOK THIS!!! They charge your credit card and do not pick you up as they state and you never experience the farm or the pizza making. No refund either!!!!

Dear Guest, we are sorry to read that you were not able to take part in the experience. At the same time, we are quite surprised to read your statements, as they do not reflect what actually happened. Your booking was made through the Viator platform. From the very beginning, we informed Viator customer service that: a personalized pick-up was not available for this experience, as clearly stated in the activity description, which specifies one single meeting point; for operational reasons, during this period the experience runs only in the morning, and not at 3:00 PM, as shown in your reservation. If this information was not correctly passed on to you by the platform, unfortunately this was beyond our control. In addition, we do not understand why, despite our emergency contact numbers being provided, you did not contact us directly. As clearly specified on the voucher, in case of need or difficulty, guests are required to get in touch with us. Had you called us, we could have immediately clarified the situation. On the day of the experience, our driver was regularly at the meeting point from 9:00 AM to 9:20 AM, but no participants arrived. We were only contacted later in the afternoon by Viator customer service and informed of the issue. Although the booking was marked as a no-show, and despite not having been contacted directly by you, we still made an exceptional gesture of goodwill by authorizing a full refund with no penalty. For this reason, we must firmly state that your claim that this was a “scam” and that there was “no refund” is simply not true. We remain sorry that you missed the experience, but this situation was not caused by our organization. Best regards,
