Great experience with our guide Lux. His English was great and his knowledge of Siem Reap and Cambodia was even better! We had a group of 8 and he was organized and flexible for us even pausing the tour to let us feed our hungry kids. Would recommend it to anyone!

This "Hidden Gems" tour offered a decent way to get oriented to Siem Reap, particularly for first-time visitors. Our favorite stop was the Cambodian Handicraft Center, where we truly enjoyed witnessing local craftsmanship and supporting the community's aspiring entrepreneurs. However, a visit to a fancy shop felt quite out of place, as it lacked local presence and authenticity. We hope purchases made there genuinely benefit the Cambodian community. Overall, it provided a basic introduction to the city.

Nak was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He speaks very good English and it’s easy to talk with. We even went off the beaten path a little bit when I wanted to ask him a bunch of questions about other things in Cambodia. He was always upfront and honest. we really enjoyed our tour with him.

On our pre cruise extension in Siem Reap, I booked this private tour to see as much of the city as we could and we were not disappointed! Lux made sure we go the most out of our time. We were scoped away in a Tuktuk for a great adventure. He took us to the local market to witness every day life of a Cambodian. Then to check out some Temples and the life of the Buddhist Monks. Followed by A stop at a local artesian shop. Then we got to visit the APOPO center to learn about the Herorats at their contribution to ridding land mines in Cambodia (this was my favorite). And finally a stop at a local grocery store to pick up some essentials. Lux was fabulous, fun and very accommodating. I highly recommend him for your tour of Siem Reap!

Had a nice day out seeing the sights of Siem Reap. It was a great tour and we wouldn’t have gone to any of these places as we didn’t know about them. I would highly recommend this trip to see the local area.

For me the tour was bit flat with little to see about Seim Reap. The driver and guide were good but I would have liked to seen more of the town. The Hero Rats part of the tour was excellent and would recommend it.

We arrived the city late in the afternoon, so missed out a few temples experience. We visited a couple of temples, one of them was worth seeing. Rest of the tour was very ordinary with a local market, silk shop, and Pub street. All finished in a couple hours. Overall, it was a good intro to the city, but we could have just as easily hire a tuk tuk and go to the same places ourselves with a fraction of the price.

We learned the stages of becoming Buddha from our guide, Ran, as he explained temples art. Ran also took us into a local supermarket at our request to orient us to all the tropical fruits & veggies of Khmer cooking.

The guide was in time and so polite. We went to a two temples and the palace as well as the park. He showed me the river and had so much information to share. We drove through the center of the city and he even waited while I ate. His recommendation for the restaurant was perfect. Such a great introduction to the city which, I might add, I absolutely fell in love with!

I booked this tour last minute (1am on the same day) and ended up being the only one on the tour - lucky me, a truly private guided tour! This meant the tour was paced and really focused to my requirements which was great. The guide was very friendly and knowledgeable and spoke perfect English, the places we went to were certainly things I would have otherwise missed, I picked up some nice souvenirs and would recommend adding the APOPO centre to the itinerary. If you are considering the tour, don't hesitate.
