We can pickup from ALL Siem Reap city hotels. PLEASE ENSURE you provide us with your ACCOMMODATION (HOTEL) DETAILS. Otherwise we cannot pick you up. We need your hotel details at least 24 hours before pickup time. The tour leaves our office or waiting lounge at 8:30am. Pickup is from 7:40am to 8:10am. Since a more exact time cannot be given, we suggest our customers to be ready at the hotel lobby by 7:40am.

We had a great day out, our tour guide Nara gave us a good overview of Cambodian history & the swim under the waterfall topped off the day.

Siem Reap Shuttle Tours provided our Group of 11 with an absolutely wonderful experience and adventure to Kulen Mountain and Waterfall. From being picked up on time and as promised to an excellent lunch to being returned to our hotel comfortably and on time the entire experience was a wonderful day long adventure. The logistics of the day were flawless, but what truly made the day was our Tour Guide Chendra. Intelligent, friendly, courteous, helpful, professional, all those words describe him to a tee, but what really makes him stand out is his dedication and passion to his profession and his culture. Chendra was an absolute joy to spend the day with, and no task was too small or went unnoticed by him. From helping serve lunch to helping individuals at the Waterfall to being an absolutely amazing Photographer, there was nothing Chendra couldn't or wouldn't do for our Group. His detailed and insightful descriptions of what we were doing and where we were, and how they wove into Cambodian culture and history, were beyond amazing. Chendra exemplifies the best of his profession and is at the top of his profession and is a Tour Guide who simply brings Cambodia to life.

This is a worthwhile trip to add to any itinerary to Siem Reap. A bit off the beaten path as you'll learn along an admittedly bumpy ride (which the driver Veng navigated as well as he could given the condition of the roads), Kulen stands out as a special landmark that benefits from a more relaxed vibe on account of the fewer number of tourists that make the trek there compared to other sites in the area. Tola was a friendly and knowledgeable guide, and the photos he took at the overlook are some of my favorite from my visit to Cambodia.
Do yourself a favor and book this one next time you're in Siem Reap. I promise you won't regret it.

The tour is exactly like the description. The provider, Siem Reap Shuttle, contacted us the day before to offer the lunch options, and to let us know when the driver would come to the hotel. Our guide, Nara, was really informative about the history of the country and the places visited, and also a very good and helpful photographer. We just thought that the waterfall was a bit too crowded to enjoy.

The places we went to were lovely. Howeve, getting there and back was awful! The van we went is was very worn out inside and the seats were uncomfortable. The road to Kulen was so bumpy you have to hold onto something all the time! The facilities at the restaurant we ate at were primitive at best. I wouldn’t advise on going on this tour unless you’re super adventurous and don’t mind feeling nauseous from t he trip!

The road leading up Kulen Mountain is a rural, winding mountain path that can indeed be quite bumpy and challenging, especially compared to the paved roads in the city. We are sorry that this caused you to feel unwell. Regarding the van, we take your comments seriously and will have our maintenance team inspect the vehicle immediately to ensure it meets our standards for guest comfort.
Additionally, as the mountain is a protected national park and a remote area, the local facilities and restaurants are quite traditional and 'rustic' compared to those in Siem Reap town. We appreciate your honest perspective, as it helps us manage expectations for future travelers who may prefer a more modern setting.
We are glad you found the locations themselves lovely, and we hope you were still able to enjoy the beauty of the waterfall and the thousand lingas.

This is a fun trip for discovering some of Cambodia’s rugged natural beauty. Our tour guide was deeply knowledgeable and very friendly, if extremely and frustratingly verbose with a tendency for over explanation. The meal was delicious and the locals in the areas visited were characteristically friendly.

A fantastic highlight of our month long trip to Cambodia and Vietnam. The landscapes and local knowledge was outstanding. John, our tour guide was perfect, a very friendly, super knowledgeable and tentative guide. The lunch and waterfall to the end of the trip was especially superferb (the vegetarian food was also good).
