Tickets purchased for immediate use can be used to enter the park immediately after a successful booking. The latest time to purchase a ticket on the same day is 2.5 hours before closing, and the latest time to enter the park on the same day is 2 hours before closing. The operating hours of Snow World are subject to the Snow World announcement.

Tickets are valid for single entry only. Multiple entries are not allowed. You will need to purchase a new ticket to re-enter Snow World after exiting.
Yao Xue Snow World is divided into skiing and snow play areas. You cannot visit both areas with the same ticket. Please purchase your ticket according to your needs.
Snow Fun Area: Monday to Friday: 10:00-18:00, entry stops at 16:00. Saturday to Sunday, New Year's Day (1.1-1.3): 10:00-21:00, entry stops at 19:00.

No Show policy: Failure to report on time will result in a No Show, and no rescheduling or refund will be provided.
