I can not begin to describe the excellent experience that I had with Kalvin. The tour was officially a "skyscraper tour" and we started out over in Pudong with all the skyscrapers, but then he asked about where else I had been and the rest of the tour (with personal driver) consisted of almost all of the highlights of Shanghai: People's Square, People's Park, British Concession area, French concession area and then a DELICIOUS dumpling/noodle/wonton soup stop. It was a wonderful, personal, thoughtful, experience that will stay in my memories for a long time. Thank you!

I can not begin to describe the excellent experience that I had with Kalvin. The tour was officially a "skyscraper tour" and we started out over in Pudong with all the skyscrapers, but then he asked about where else I had been and the rest of the tour (with personal driver) consisted of almost all of the highlights of Shanghai: People's Square, People's Park, British Concession area, French concession area and then a DELICIOUS dumpling/noodle/wonton soup stop. It was a wonderful, personal, thoughtful, experience that will stay in my memories for a long time. Thank you!
The tour is well organized. As soon as I booked it, Alana reached out to verify hotel location for pick up and provided information of the tour guide.
I’m traveling with my dad, who is 81 years old. Tour guide Ms. Mary and the driver Mr. Jin were both kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. We really enjoyed the stroll on the Bund, the cruise, and the tour of French Quarter. My dad especially appreciated visiting the historical site and museum of Chinese revolution. Mary is fluent in both Chinese and English, it’s really fun to hear some of the insights and tidbits of Shanghai history with her personal experiences grew up locally.
Highly recommend and would love to tour with Mary again when I’m back to Shanghai with friends.
Cruise was spectacular. One of the best light shows in the world. You see buildings up close. Go with VIP section which is in the front. Our guide Berlin was very knowledgeable and fun to talk to.
My experience has been AMAZING, Berlin has always been attentive and very knowledgeable. Worth every penny! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
An amazing night came to the end under the almost full moon.
We have an amazing cruise and tour on French concession with our guide Mrs. Queena.
We really enjoy the lights, the skywalkers, the gentle and enjoyable personality of Queena. She is very interesting and full of knowledge person, with a smile.

We had an amazing time exploring Shanghai, all thanks to Queena. She was friendly and increasingly knowledge about the area. The tour was well-organised and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great experience! She answered all our questions with enthusiasm and provided insightful stories that made the tour come alive! Even if the booked tour is only 3-hours, she remain with us more than that and made the visit unforgettable… We couldn’t asked for better tour guide than her. If you are planning a visit to Shanghai, I highly recommend booking this tour.

We had a relaxing tour night with our guide Xin who was really nice and took us to buy some food from the french concession in order to have a beautiful diner with a view on the cruise tour.

We enjoyed the city lights cruise very much. Our guide was very knowledgeable and attentive. The view from the water was breathtaking!
We booked both the river cruise and Shanghai Tower at night. Shanghai was gorgeous and could not compare with any cities with all lighted skyscrapers, towers and hotels surrounding the Huangpo river. Thanks to Mary who was so helpful and extended her knowledge to us about Old and New Shanghai.
Jane was a fantastic and knowledgeable tourguide w very good English. I only had a short 6 hr layover and this tour was a perfect way to see the city!
I had an amazing experience. You absolutely cannot experience the view at night of Shanghai as well as if you take a ferry ride. Doing it through the tour company versus on your own is the best way so there is no stress and you get to learn about what all is the buildings are and about their history. My guide Snow was amazing. She spoke English perfectly and knew so much. She was very accommodating and asked what I wanted to see after the ferry since there was still one hour left in tour. I have used Viator numerous times as I’ve traveled to other countries. They are always reliable; the guide shows up on time and is very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

What a memorable happy "Swift Tour" with Alana. She arrived on the dot at 10:30AM and was well organized and got us to the Shanghai Tower early to avoid the crowds. Having a guide that took pictures of us was unique. We were all having fun. The offered add-on to visit a park was discussed by Alana and the driver. They decided on Lu Xun Park, it was an excellent choice; the trees were lovely in full bloom. As octogenarians the tour pacing was good for us. We could not have asked for more. Alana was an excellent guide.
