It was a wonderful tour thanks to the guide, Tianshu, who we discovered, studied Italian directly in Italy, so it was easier for us to understand the explanations. Having a driver at our disposal was a convenience because we could leave our backpacks and tour around at our leisure. If you have a few hours to spare, we recommend this tour because you don't have to worry about anything; they'll take care of everything and show you both the oldest and most modern parts.

I had a fantastic tour of Shanghai with Annie who expertly crammed the whole experience into 3 hours as my layover was quick. She had lots of facts and took me round some beautiful spots and took some fantastic photos for me! The highlight was the Bund View. Highly recommend to anyone looking to escape the airport for a few hours.

Fei Fei was an excellent tour guide! Not only she was incredibly nice but also knew the bes spots for food and pics! Definitely recommend this tour. You get to know the main of Shanghai in a few hours.

Our Shanghai tour today was absolutely wonderful. Our guide, Robert, was amazing – friendly, knowledgeable, and full of interesting insights about the city. The driver was excellent too, very safe and attentive, especially caring toward my daughter who was feeling unwell from jet lag. Everything ran smoothly thanks to Sunny, the tour operator, who was incredibly informative and supportive from the very beginning. I received all the information I needed and felt well taken care of throughout. Highly recommended!

Wonderful time with Kevin! We took advantage of our long layover in Shanghai and booked this private tour, and it was the best decision ever! Communication beforehand with the tour operator was very clear and easy and they even offered to organise a German speaking tour guide. At the airport we were picked up by a driver who brought us to the city center where we met our fabulous tour guide Sarah! She did a great tour with us during late afternoon/evening though Shanghai. She explained a lot and gave very useful information. She also had the best photo stops for us. 10/10 would recommend this tour!

Sunny collected us from the cruise terminal,wisked us away in a good quality mpv. Our driver was top quality from start to finish , sunny passed us on to Claire (Chi-Chi) , who was the guide for the day. Both ladies were so efficient, and friendly , making sure they understood exactly what we wanted and modified the day to suit us, and of course the tight schedule we had. Informative throughout , Chi-Chi (quig-quing) filled our needs and more, with her knowledge and exceptional grasp of the English language. My teenage son and I had an excellent time all around with this experience! Sunny was a great communicator from start to finish, the driver was patient and helpful, and Annie was an excellent guide who shared so much information and her perspectives with us! We had limited time, but filled it well! Also, the team went above and beyond, helping us to find a personal item left behind on the plane, making multiple calls in Chinese to help us sort it out! I recommend this tour very highly!

As soon as you arrive they pick you up without wasting any time so you can see as much as possible. In the car the boy even gave us a massage. The guide was attentive to everything at all times, explaining everything non-stop. very nice. totally recommended tour. the driver sunny and the guide shirley, the best of our short trip to shanghai

This was an excellent way to spend a day long layover in Shanghai. Great communication from Sunny who made sure we knew how to find our driver and even checked we’d made it back to the airport and through customs at the end of the day. The car we were driven in was extremely comfortable and Shirley was an excellent guide. We visited a number of key attractions and Shirley brought them to life by telling us about the history and local customs. Sunny and Shirley made it easy and enjoyable for us to spend our layover in Shanghai rather than at the airport. I’d highly recommend this private tour.

I had the most amazing experience! Prior to the trip Sunny was very communicative and helpful so it was very clear where I would be picked up at the airport.
On the tour my guide Kalvin was very friendly, accomodating and cooperative; he adjusted to my needs and requests. He made sure I left seeing all the highlights of Shanghai and was full of stories and fact about the city and its history: I really got to know Shanghai in one day!
Bonus point: Kalvin knows all the great spots and angles for a good photo ;)

We really enjoyed our tour, Annie our guide was very informative and accommodating. The pick up from the airport was slick and Annie took us to different sights in the car and we got out and she showed us places on foot. This meant we could fit lots of different sites in the day. We would highly recommend the tour to anyone who has a layover in Shanghai.

I had a measly 15hr layover in Shanghai so booked in for a solo tour!

I’m super enthusiastic about this experience. Freya was a very well informed guide which brought my boyfriend and I around the city, exploring the highlights. The driver caught us at the airport and we met the guide in the city centre. The guide suggested us typical dishes, like gyoza and noodles, which were amazing. I suggest everyone to take part at this trip for a short stopover in Shanghai: we spent around 8/9 hours in the city, but you can manage it with the guide.
