Robert, our guide was very knowledgeable, friendly and very prepared for our day trip to Shanghai.
He managed to organize the day perfectly considering it was a bit rainy in the morning.
The lunch place he recommended was 10/10.
The driver had a clean car and was prepared with water. Was wonderful to have trust in him as well, as our carryon suitcases were left in the car with him as we got out of car multiple times. We weren’t sure if we should have paid for locker hire. But we had been reassured that was not necessary. We were very happy with this as well. I wished the driver had known a bit of English, so we could communicate a bit more with him. But not an issue as we knew we were going to pick our tour guide up, at our first stop. Communication with the company was also easy and responsive.
Thanks again for organizing a very memorable day in Shanghai. 100% recommend and if you are able, request Robert as your tour guide. You won’t be disappointed.👏😊

Troy our tour guide was very knowledgeable, he was able to answer any questions and tell us alot of detail about everything. The transport from pick up to touring the city was very luxurious and we were well looked after. It was all round an enjoyable and well spent day, would definitely recommend this!

I booked this tour on a 15-hour layover. Due to my flight time I choose the option with 2 way driver to and from the airport. The instructions for pick up were clear and everything ran on time.
The tour guide Lea was fantastic, really knowledgeable and she knew how to adjust the energy and pace of the tour to suit my capacity (after having come straight off a 14 hour flight). Got to visit the main tourist stops of the city which were amazing and the coordination between Lea and and driver ran smoothly all day.
Also Sunny managing the back end was great with communications and check ins.
Overall a great way to explore the city if you have limited time and preparations.

Unfortunately the driver was 30 min late for the pickup. I had to ask the guide to take me to the famous Nanjing Road shopping street which was part of the tour. I think it was quite expensive for what it was but it was convenient given I was flying Chengdu later in the afternoon.

We arrived to Shanghai at 6:30am and were flying out at 8:30pm. This tour was a perfect way for us to discover Shanghai. The tour was informative, fun, flexible and customisable. Michael, the tour guide was outstanding! The itinerary that he planned was great, but he was also very responsive to what we were interested in and showed us a lot of hidden Shanghai gems. We loved it!

It was a wonderful tour thanks to the guide, Tianshu, who we discovered, studied Italian directly in Italy, so it was easier for us to understand the explanations. Having a driver at our disposal was a convenience because we could leave our backpacks and tour around at our leisure. If you have a few hours to spare, we recommend this tour because you don't have to worry about anything; they'll take care of everything and show you both the oldest and most modern parts.

I had a fantastic tour of Shanghai with Annie who expertly crammed the whole experience into 3 hours as my layover was quick. She had lots of facts and took me round some beautiful spots and took some fantastic photos for me! The highlight was the Bund View. Highly recommend to anyone looking to escape the airport for a few hours.

Our Shanghai tour today was absolutely wonderful. Our guide, Robert, was amazing – friendly, knowledgeable, and full of interesting insights about the city. The driver was excellent too, very safe and attentive, especially caring toward my daughter who was feeling unwell from jet lag. Everything ran smoothly thanks to Sunny, the tour operator, who was incredibly informative and supportive from the very beginning. I received all the information I needed and felt well taken care of throughout. Highly recommended!

Wonderful time with Kevin! We took advantage of our long layover in Shanghai and booked this private tour, and it was the best decision ever! Communication beforehand with the tour operator was very clear and easy and they even offered to organise a German speaking tour guide. At the airport we were picked up by a driver who brought us to the city center where we met our fabulous tour guide Sarah! She did a great tour with us during late afternoon/evening though Shanghai. She explained a lot and gave very useful information. She also had the best photo stops for us. 10/10 would recommend this tour!

Sunny collected us from the cruise terminal,wisked us away in a good quality mpv. Our driver was top quality from start to finish , sunny passed us on to Claire (Chi-Chi) , who was the guide for the day. Both ladies were so efficient, and friendly , making sure they understood exactly what we wanted and modified the day to suit us, and of course the tight schedule we had. Informative throughout , Chi-Chi (quig-quing) filled our needs and more, with her knowledge and exceptional grasp of the English language. If you want to go to Shanghai, see it in all it's beauty and wonderment , then please see it with sunny private tours !

My teenage son and I had an excellent time all around with this experience! Sunny was a great communicator from start to finish, the driver was patient and helpful, and Annie was an excellent guide who shared so much information and her perspectives with us! We had limited time, but filled it well! Also, the team went above and beyond, helping us to find a personal item left behind on the plane, making multiple calls in Chinese to help us sort it out! I recommend this tour very highly!

Sammi was excellent. She explained the history of Shanghai very well and had a delightful sense of humour. She also showed great knowledge and her English was perfect.

As soon as you arrive they pick you up without wasting any time so you can see as much as possible. In the car the boy even gave us a massage. The guide was attentive to everything at all times, explaining everything non-stop. very nice. totally recommended tour. the driver sunny and the guide shirley, the best of our short trip to shanghai
