Not the best one to pick for Hanbok experience. Not satisfied with the choices and you have to pay more if you wanted special attire.

The hairstyle should be free and petticoat as well for they part of the costumes and also mentioned in the website and voucher. They charged extra for things that are paid already.

The workers were not exceptionally helpful or friendly. The experience didn’t feel very “authentic”. The shop is a short walk to the palace and is located on the 3rd floor. There are several other hanbok stores in the area, and I feel one of them may have been a better choice.

Easy to book and also use our Viator credit. Excellent directions to the place from the subway and greeted and helped promptly. Once we’d chosen we were helped to dress and given a locker to put all our things in. An underskirt to hold the dress out was an extra 2000 won but worth it. Basic hair and handbag is free but I chose to have the clips and adornments and my husband the funny hat- less than £5 in total and we felt every special. Try also helped me change to a better fitting top. It’s just a few minutes walk to the palace. Entry is free for anyone wearing Hanbok. We had 1 1/2 hours from when we were dressed- linty of time for dozens of photos in the beautiful grounds. A fun experience and highly recommended.

She was amazing! It ended up raining and she was so nice to help us book a photo shoot at a nice place out of the rain so we didnt have to get muddy trying to take nice pictures.
