Mr Kim was a very knowledgeable and entertaining tour guide with excellent English, who was happy to provide insights into Korean culture as well as the places we visited, which we found to be very interesting. While being great company he also had many details to offer on the itinerary, especially the Garden of Morning Calm. We totally say Five Stars!

Nami island & Petite France are wonderful places , but our tour operator was one of the worst tour guides I have ever met. He wasn't ready to show or guide us in any matter. He argued with us during lunch time and after my strict action he took us to a good place for lunch. A completely lazy person with a bad attitude..

We kindly ask that guests who believe they may be difficult to satisfy or someone with very particular dietary requirements or have very demanding expectations, refrain from booking our tour, as we always strive to create a positive and enjoyable experience for both our guests and our team.
This is Andy, the guide from your tour. During the trip, I repeatedly offered opportunities for lunch and did my best to accommodate your requests, including giving extra time without any additional charge. However, despite my efforts, you treated me disrespectfully and later posted a misleading review that does not reflect what actually happened.
We kindly ask all travelers to treat guides and local staff with mutual respect and understanding while traveling abroad.

You choose where to go. Nami island, petite france and/or garden of morning calm. We didn't want to go to petite france, since we're here for the asian experience . Andy was the perfect guide: intrligrnt, knowledable, caring and attentive to your needs, stayed away when we needed to be on our own, be present when needed. Locations are beatifull for nature contact! We keave our hearts in South Korea!

We had a great time with Benny our tour guide. We like its itinerary. It does not require leave too early nor would come back too late. Benny also share the same sentiment of avoiding traffic by all means. He is well educated and professional, and always willing to help.
The island is small but so well crafted. Being an Asian-American also helps to further enjoy the place since we know some of its history.
End of March may not be the best season to visit a garden. But we appreciate the “Morning Calm”.
Overall, we had a great time.

Mr Kwon was very knowledgeable and courteous. He was very helpful and speaks good english. The lunch restaurant we stopped at had good food too. Tour guide also took great photos of us; overall good experience.

We are very lucky as a family that we got Mr Andy as our guide! Very knowledgeable, attentive and honest person . First time meeting him as if we've know him like a family member . Did all the tours timely with a very comfortable car and he assisted us in all requests that we have . Thank you Jimmy for being a wonderful tour guide. We had the best time. Jimmy was so thoughtful he brought heat packs because we were going to be outdoors all day. It came in so handy when the wind picked up. Nami Island was beautiful. We loved it. Petit France was nice. Morning calm was stunning.

Chance Kim was an excellent guide with amazing general knowledge. He shared with us a great deal about Korean culture. An incredible experience with Chansoo Kim! He was really smart and knew so much history about every place. Every question we asked him, he knew the answer. All the places were absolutely beautiful, ESPECIALLY the morning calm garden. The garden was truly a once in a lifetime experience, I highly recommend. Our guide was great and made the tour a lot more interesting. And the local food for lunch, great flavors. I truly recommend this whole tour.

The tour involves alot of walking with several spots for picture taking. Mr. Kim is very knowledgeable about the tourist spots.

Excellent tour! Kim, our guide, is absolutely knowledgeable and very considerate. We are a party of 6, with 2 elderly and 2 young children, and Kim was very deliberate in ensuring that we got to experience and see the necessary without comprising on our comfort! Highly recommended!!!

We went to the Garden of Morning Calm early, beating the crowds. The flora and fauna were excellent and our fantastic guide David took the nicest photos. Nami Island was equally fascinating and lovely. The lunch spot that David brought us to served delicious food, and a large portion as well! The Petite France was a little lacklustre though. David then dropped us off at a mall near our hotel at our request. He was very patient and kind, and had a lot of knowledge about Korean matters. Highly recommend this tour!

Andy was a great guide. He knew a lot about the places we visited and was very solicitous of my older mom. He also took great pictures!

My mom and I really enjoyed this tour! Benny was our tour guide. He was prompt picking us up in the morning. He kept us on a schedule and structured our tour very well! We ended up missing a lot of the crowds, especially at Nami Island, which added to the experience and made for a calming vibe. In addition to all of the information/knowledge about the stops on the tour, we had great conversations with him about a variety of different topics throughout the day! He also took us to a restaurant for a delicious lunch. This day was one of my favorites on this trip so far. Thank you, Benny!

Our day began by meeting our tour guide, Mr. Chance Kim. He was prompt, pleasant and very good looking. We enjoyed his comedic style in talking about current events in Korea and also history as well. He gave us plenty of free time and also took us to the best Korean barbecue we've had so far. Both Nami Island and the Calm Garden were a spectacular visit. He showed us all the highlights in both places and even spoke about the trees and plants. Both of these place would be a place where I would come back again and again. What we liked about the tour beside the locations we visited was the fact that we could understand His English and his humor. We have never laughed so hard with the tour guide on a tour.
