An escape from hustle and bustle of Seoul

Escape the hustle and bustle of Seoul and enjoy other scenes Korea has to offer. We were fortunate enough to be hosted Mr. Chance Kim who created the perfect experience for us. He guided us at each location and then allowed us time to self explore. Each destination was timed really well and whilst lunch was not included, he took us to a restaurant where the food was delicious and inexpensive. It is very clear, Mr Kim is an experienced tour guide who is personable and passionate about sharing Korea with his guests. We would definitely recommend this private tour.

Rail bike was the one we enjoyed so much. Garden of the Morning Calm is better visited in springtime when flowers are in full bloom. Nami Island, I believe, will be better appreciated by those familiar with the K-drama associated with this place. No complaints about our tour guide/driver, Kim, friendly and professional.

Worth the money for the private tour!!

This tour is well worth the money to pay. My daughter and I wanted to go to Nami and do the rail bikes but I didn't want to go with a large group and be dependent on them and their choices or time. So I paid to do the private tour and it was great! We got to Nami early so we could take pictures without a crowd. Then lunch was recommended by our guide and was a great experience. The rail bike was also pre-booked so we didn't have to worry about communicating with staff. Our guide Benny was amazing!! He listened to the instructions of the rail bike staff and told us in English. Then he took us to Garden of Morning Calm and toured us through the gardens. He was also accommodating when it came to the path so we didn't go up steep inclines, i.e. we took the easy route after walking through Nami and pedaling the rail bike. Benny also gave us other recommendations for our stay in Seoul as well as the top 3 fried chicken brands. Overall I would highly recommend if you're like me and do not like big tour groups.

Our tour guide, Benny was amazing! He was a wealth of information. He also showed us pictures that helped in deciding whether Petite France or Garden of Morning Calm given the time/season. He told stories that were relatable. He was genuinely interested in ensuring we get the best abd the most of our day.

Would never book from this tour company again

Driver/Guide had a terrible attitude from start to finish. Would not recommend this tour to anyone. He told us to google everything we didn’t know when we asked him about the places of interest. We decided to abandon the last part of the tour (rail ride) and go back to Seoul early because of the awful tour guide.

I know why you say so.. hahaha You asked the 'CANCEL' and 'REFUND' this tour just before the tour day at evening due to the rain but policy is not possible in 24 hours of the tour stating time. So we refused your asking. Right? This Tour started Oct 3rd but you sent us message Oct 2nd 6:27pm Do you think we need to accept it? Here is your request from this site. "Hello! It’s going to be raining tomorrow. Can we cancel the tour and get a full refund? ‍♀️‍♀️‍♀️ Or change the date?" Everleigh Engels Oct 2, 2022, 06:27 PM. Our guide Chance(He is the best guide of our company and customer can read about his reputation and so many good reviews about his tour) said that you were late 30 minute at a meeting point. What a good behavior huh..!! Guide said most of your problem was fighting with your Mom all day long during the tour..!! What should we do?? You just had a bad mood and bad attitude..!! And he never seen tourist who has bad attitude like you for example smoking every where in a public area. And also you told him that you want to skip the rail bike due to the rain. Why you never mention about rain. Isn't it a main reason to try canceling and refund this tour. Right? Then why you complain? How can we control the weather..!! How do we make good relationship between you and your mother? The guide said he's never met awful tourist like you Ms. Everleigh..!! Be a nice person. Please.
