Admission to the Rail bike place is outside of Nami Island, not inside of Nami Island.
If Eobi Ice Valley is not frozen enough, this destination can be replaced with Hongjecheon Waterfall.
Please arrive at your meeting point at least 5-10 minutes before departure. No refund for latecomers or no-shows.
An infant cannot pick strawberries by themselves. They must be accompanied by at least an adult while doing so.
The tour may end at a different time, depending on the situation(e.g. traffic jams, a bottleneck phenomenon caused by the number of tourists etc.).
In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather conditions, the tour operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. But this does not include participant's sudden sickness or rainy or snowy days.
Eobi Iced Valley can be very slippery. Please wear comfortable shoes that are not slippery.
The tour is operated in rainy or snowy or windy weather.
Cancellation and refunds are not available within 24 hours of departure time for the following reasons: sudden illness, flight delay, weather changes such as rain, snow, or wind, personal reasons, incorrect booking, or other cases where there are no issues with the tour operation.

Burning hot summer

SB is very pleasant and nice. If you are a nature lover you will fall in love with this tour. The views are breath taking. I suggest you go either spring or fall. Summer is burning hot- very hot really to the extent that you will not appreciate the views coz you are literally wet with your sweat!

Great Nature Tour & Tour Guide

The tour guide Kangwon Seo was amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure each of us had the best time. He also offered to take photos, which was really nice for a solo traveler. The whole day was absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend for anybody wanting to enjoy the beautiful nature of Korea & get some incredible photos!
