Wonderful tour exploring beautiful Bali. We were well looked after by Dee and Sandy and especially enjoyed all the local information and history that Dee shared with us throughout the day. The activities were all enjoyed by grandparents, parents and kids alike and we were able to modify the tour to suit our needs. Dee even helped grandma to source her favourite mangosteens! Highly recommend a daytrip with Dee and Sandy.

Our driver Komang was on time, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He explained the itinerary for the day and the entrance fees for each. At every stop he explained what to expect and walked us in to buy tickets, gave us an intro and told us what time to meet him back. He was able to answer all of our questions and had plenty of interesting facts.
The tour itself is busy but not overwhelming, there is a good pace to the day. The lunch spot Komang recommended in Mt Batur was excellent and he gave us the option to eat before or after the hot springs.
The car was clean, great AC and a smooth ride.
Overall the best day trip I've had in Bali, definitely recommend this company!

Nous avons passé la journée avec Gusti (le guide) et son fils qui l’assiste.
Points positifs :
- Gusti est un guide sympathique qui prend plaisir à partager ses nombreuses connaissances et anecdotes sur Bali. Il est assez bavard mais pour dire des choses très intéressantes ce qui rend cette visite touristique culturellement enrichissante.
- Gusti nous a recommandé un restaurant dans un cadre somptueux et servant de la nourriture goûteuse (et à des prix raisonnables).
- À plusieurs reprises, Gusti nous a proposé de faire des arrêts dans d’autres lieux (non prévus par la visite réservée sur Viator) tels qu’une galerie de peintures et une galerie de sculptures de bois. Il a vraiment cherché à nous contenter en complétant au maximum cette journée.
Points négatifs :
- Mauvaise odeur dans la voiture.
- Gusti était pressé durant l’après-midi, les visites se sont effectuées rapidement laissant peu de place au répit. Il souhaitait finir la journée touristique assez tôt pour éviter les embouteillages du soir.
- Sur le chemin du retour, le fils de Gusti qui conduisait s’est trompé deux fois de route (car il discutait avec son père plutôt que de suivre le GPS) ce qui a presque doublé notre temps de trajet retour vers l’hôtel.
Point de vigilance (sans rapport avec l’accompagnement) :
Attention aux nombreuses marches à la cascade ! Si vous n’êtes pas sportif, cela sera difficile pour vous de remonter si vous choisissez de descendre tout en bas pour admirer cette merveille de près.
Mot de la fin :
Une visite touristique complète faisant le tour des lieux incontournables d’Ubud et ses environs, accompagnée d’un guide qui s’y connaît vraiment bien et qui prend plaisir à partager la culture et l’histoire de son île.
N’hésitez pas à lui demander de se rendre à certains lieux qui ne sont pas prévus par l’itinéraire de base. Si la distance et le timing le permettent, Gusti vous y conduira avec plaisir. Par exemple, nous avons pu visiter Elephant Cave (un lieu facultatif de la visite).

Esperienza brutta, un autista che non fa da guida, non abbiamo avuto ne acqua ne snack, abbiamo pagato tanto per poco, non voleva fare tutto il programma. Esperienza pessima.

forse è vero quello che dicono i genitori, non è scritto sul calendario quando abbiamo una brutta giornata, lo è anche quando leggiamo il tuo commento attuale.
prima di tutto, siamo la direzione che ci scusiamo se l'acqua è mancata poiché è disponibile sulla scatola più fresca nella parte posteriore. ti sei offerto ma hai detto di no, allora anche il nostro autista si è confuso, tu non parlavi inglese e il nostro autista non parlava Italia. è completamente scritto sul voucher che il tour è presente su English Guide. capiamo quanto sia difficile comunicare se si viaggia con poco inglese.
fortunatamente il nostro autista ha scattato la foto ovunque tu abbia scattato e abbiamo dimostrato che sei stato guidato a tutte le attrazioni elencate nell'itinerario ma hai detto che ami andare alla suite lahangan che è fuori dall'itinerario.
Questo tour ha già un itinerario da visitare e hai prenotato i biglietti in anticipo, non possiamo cambiare tutto scambiando i biglietti il giorno della partenza.
rivedremo tutto di oggi e faremo del nostro meglio alla prossima partenza del tour
