Dissapointing

Not as described both activities far shorter than advertised only 2 hours rafting and 1 hour ATV ride. We spent longer in a car travelling to and from Ubud! (5 hours) Rafting was stop start and can only be described as floating in an slightly disgruntled lazy river, avg speed 4mph! ATV tour was slow and at no point did we race anywhere avg speed 6mph (would have been quicker on a mountain bike) When raised with the operator we were told it was short because we were going quicker than others, 4mph and 6mph it's laughable Save your money its not worth the £344 spent as a family 4 with teenagers.

Dear Michell, Thank you for your time to post a comment on Viator, regarding your dissapointing we mention the rafting on our product is 3 hours with two stop point in the waterfall and dam to have a break but you made a quick stop and continue the rafting and that made the rafting less than 3 hours. And for the atv ride this activity is only for fun and not for high speed, you do also less than 2 hour because you do with high speed on our trek. We hope the above explanation is clear.

The Company turned up earlier than expected for pick up and was great ! The water rafting was fun, however note that there is about 300 large steps down to the river and 150 on the way back up. Good leg work out ! The meal supplied was great. Next onto the ATV tour, this was awesome fun, don't forget to bring a spare change of clothes expect to get very muddy. There are showers and towels at the end. I would recommend this tour and company. Thanks for a great day !
