I am robbed by viator & agency.. don’t book this!!!

Be so carefull when booking through viator!!! We paid 170,- euro’s for rafting and ATV. At first I was really sus about the price because these aren’t normal prices for in bali. But after another agency tried to scam me with 360,- euro’s for each person for this attraction 😂 and due to lack of time I just booked this. Thought that maybe its reasonable for the experience we’ll get for this price? And also I don’t mind paying more if someone works hard. So when we arrived there.. we were like the 20th people there arriving😂 we asked another couple in our group what they have paid for this? And they showed me that they just paid 50,- dollars per person while me and my husband paid 85,- euro’s for the exact same thing?? So we then knew we got scammed by viator!! Or this agency 😂 with the price we paid extra they still wanted us to give tips and pay extra for the pics that were taken. Like we did get nothing extra for the extra money we paid. And about the experience..went rafting with a enormous group, that was fine. When doing ATV we were mostly waiting for the group to stay together rather than doing actually ATV bevause the group was so big?? I have done alot of activities with smaller groups and more quality which also includes pics alot of other extra stuff for wayyy less than this.. overal.. I felt bad and robbed

Thank you for your time to post a comment on Trip Advisor and regarding your disappointing we would like to inform you if we provide private car for pick up and drop off service from your hotel and we also have a group price such as the group that you asking during the rafting. We never robbed our guest with the price that we sell on Viator and you may check our price again for Rafting and ATV Ride Packages if the guest more tan 10 people the price will be more cheaper as we mention on Viator Price.
