The cruise is around the harbour, so do expect an epic voyage. Great views of the sunset, a lovely buffet style meal and very entertaining show employing many different styles.
The crew were fantastic and every request was accommodated - would recommend!

Great evening. Picked up from hotel on time - courteous driver. Staff, food & entertainment were excellent. Staff provided us with raincoats & umbrellas as there was a deluge of rain at the end of the cruise.

This was a fantastic way to conclude our trip to Bali. Depending on your pickup location, the ride can be long due to heavy traffic around 4 PM. However, once we arrived, boarding the ship was a breeze, and the staff welcomed us warmly. Overall there were about 25 guests in the ship. Just the right amount of people to not feel overcrowded.
Once the boat set sail, we were free to explore. Dinner was served promptly at 6:30 PM, accompanied by a live band that played cover songs and accepted requests.
The buffet offered a wide variety of options suitable for even the pickiest eaters. While drinks had to be purchased, there was no pressure, and complimentary water was provided.
After dinner, we enjoyed a variety show featuring traditional dances and a drag performance, which was highly entertaining. Contrary to some reviews, it was family-friendly, with kids having a great time dancing along. If the show wasn't to your liking, there were areas on the boat where you could relax.
Unfortunately, we missed the sunset due to lingering rain clouds. I almost canceled because of the weather, but I'm so glad I didn’t!

Music was very loud and some subject matter I would not consider family friendly with respect to lyrics of chosen songs. The word cock does not need to be repeated suggestively over 40 times in a single song when there are children under 12 in the audience, for example.

From the moment we boarded the beautiful yacht, we were warmly greeted by the ships captain and his crew. The food was extremely delicious and plentiful. The entertainment ranged from a well prepared soft rock band to a delightful local Bali dance company. The dancers got everyone dancing on stage. Highly recommend this wonderful family friendly event.

Boring as f^c&!
Boarded the ship, DJ played for 15 minutes on the top deck. It was nice (but crowded) every Instagram model takes their picture perfect next Tinder profile. Then music stops, it’s quiet for 20 mins before dinner. Dinner was surprisingly decent. Music was for old people - live band weren’t terrible. Just played crap songs.
Finished with a cabaret show. Need I say more?
There was no “DJ for 2 hours” as mentioned. Then the music, if you decided to listen was trash. If you chose to not listen, we could faintly hear music from far better cruise ships passing by. No party lights on our boat. But every other boat lights up the night sky.
P.S we floated 1km up stream, reversed, and floated another 1km up stream. Totalled a huge 2km in about 3 hours of my life I’ll never get back

We had a lovely evening on the Sunset dinner cruise with Bali Hai cruise.
There was a garland of orchids to greet us, a welcome drink and canapés which were delicious. They took into account that neither my husband or myself liked fish and gave us wristbands do the staff could see at a glance.
We ordered cocktails which were very strong but fabulous and started the party off to a great start.
The buffet was really lovely, salads, pasta, fish and meat all fresh.
It was my husbands birthday so the live band sang happy birthday and he had a cake with a candle to blow out.
The staff were all lovely, respectful and always smiling,

Viator information said that this tour I booked has a maximum capacity of 8 people, which was perfect since we were a family of 8. This apparently was a mistake on viator’s part because we when got to the cruise the operator informed me that it was in fact a big ship and we were joined by many other people. Such a big let down. Moreover, the entertainment was really bad — a singer who was constantly out of tune, as well as a lady boy performing sleezy acts. The food was also below average. I do not recommend this.

We had a fun celebrating our 37 wedding anniversary on the sunset cruise.
The food, music, and entertainment was good. We got more than we expected from the excursion. The staff was excellent.

Overall Dinner cruise experience was good. The entertainment and the food/drinks were good.
However, the pickup service from the hotel was not good. The communication was not up to the mark. We reached the port just on time to get on to the cruise. The driver kept blaming that the delay was due to us. But however we were down at hotel lobby within 10mins from the call from him.

We had the best time. Food was delicious staff were lovely the show was sort of ok but that was probably only me. The other guests looked like they enjoyed it. My driver to and from was great. It was cloudy so sunset wasn't good but that was the weather's fault. I think it was value for money. I'd recommend.

WORST CRUISE EVER! Valentines Day 2024!
Got onboard, all guests told to go to top deck, DJs music so loud couldn’t talk to each other! Little welcome drink offered to guests, canapés offered to some guests, 2 rows of guests left out? Had to get up and help themselves!
10 minutes after leaving the port, we ordered 2 x Irish Cream Martini’s, waited 15 minutes for drinks to arrive, waitress instead walks over to us and says “sorry we have run out of vodka)?? 10 minutes into the cruise when 90% of their cocktail list was vodka based???
Everyone was called for Valentine’s Dinner- the most flavourless, cheaply put together food this company could get away with!
It was a disgrace - sushi looked like salmon & avocado (was cucumber & capsicum), bread slices (no butter), salads, beans, a prawn in a shot glass with salsa, then Bain Marie’s with boiled rice, potato gratin, vegetables saturated in garlic butter, honey chicken, chewy pepper beef, and lentils… boring, cheap & nasty!
The desserts were no better and the selection was once again poor & cheap!
Whilst sitting having dinner, we had the total misfortune of listening to 2 singer guitarists who had no singing ability, sounded like castrated cats, had no mic control, screaming and screeching their way through a variety of songs… omg should have taken a handful of Advil & some earplugs, it was painful!
Then traditional Balinese dancers who were good, then outcame a drag queen who only sounded good because she lip synced!
Then came the overly loud disco!
This was NOT WORTH the MONEY by any stretch, in fact it was INSULTING & a clear indication of a captured group of guests who received inadequate quality food, drinks, desserts & couldn’t order cocktails unless they substituted vodka for rum???
So be so excited to surprise my partner with this Dinner Cruise and walk away SO DISGUSTED & destroy our Valentines Day is unacceptable!
Need some headache medication, my ears still ringing & head is aching!
DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS AT ALL SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Had a good time but not a great time, could have easily had a better evening finding a restaurant with a live singer and booking a cabaret show for a shorter price. Staff were great but overall not a romantic setting and definitely not worth the price

The crew did a great job making sure we had a good time. They came around getting drink orders and offering to take photos with my camera. The buffet dinner was nice with lots of options. During dinner a small band played popular music. Afterwards they had Balinese dancers, a body builder, a female singer and dancers to modern music. My only disappointment is they took us out on a smaller catamaran instead of the big boat.

What a fantastic dinner cruise. Great food, drink, crew, music and entertainment throughout the evening. Length of night was perfect, cruising around the harbour was relaxing and size of the group was spot on. Thank you. Would highly recommended as a great night out.

When we embarked, we thought the sunset and buffet would be the highlights. However the performers who entertained us for the last hour had all the passengers dancing, singing along and having a great time.
