This tour is operated for both Japanese and foreign customers. A Japanese tour conductor will accompany the group and provide key information using a translation app. Please note that the tour conductor is not a tour guide and will focus on sharing essential information during the tour.
Lunch on Day 1 is not included: Please have lunch on the bus, as there will be no stops for purchasing food along the way. Kindly prepare your meal before gathering at the departure point.
Delays due to transportation issues or non-participation will be subject to cancellation fees. The tour will depart at the time indicated.
The peak bloom period for flowers may vary depending on weather conditions. The departure date is set based on typical bloom times, but please be aware that the flowers may not be at their peak on the day of your tour. If you cancel your reservation due to blooming status, the regular cancellation fee will apply.
Please note that the tour will proceed as scheduled regardless of the blooming status, once the tour departure has been confirmed.
Infant (0-2 years old) are free of charge with no arrangement. Child (3-5 years old) rates apply, only bus seat is included

Due to unexpected road congestion or crowding at sightseeing spots, there may be unavoidable changes such as skipping certain stops, shortening sightseeing time, switching buses, or delays in returning.
This tour includes walking during sightseeing. Please wear rubber-soled or sneakers and comfortable clothing suitable for walking.
The lift at Hokuseiyama Lavender Fields is for single riders only, meaning each person must ride alone and be able to sit stably by themselves. (For safety reasons, riding with a child on your lap is not allowed.) If a guest cannot sit stably alone, they will not be permitted to use the lift. In such cases, a companion must accompany them on foot. No refunds will be provided as this will be considered a voluntary withdrawal from the activity.
Please note that we are unable to accommodate special dietary requests, including food allergies. If you have specific dietary needs, we recommend making your own meal arrangements. No refunds will be provided for meals.
Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be contacted and offered an alternative or full refund
