The tour was nice and our driver and...

The tour was nice and our driver and his vehicle were very good. However, as someone coming on to the island by way of a cruise ship, I cannot over state my disappointment, frustration and out right anger in the process of taking the cable car up to Fira to meet the driver. The return process back down the cable car to return to the ships tenders, was even worse. The process took just shy of 90 minutes. Clearly, the cruise ship organizers and the Santorini officials do not care or they would review the situation and implement changes. If you are considering a trip to this island via a cruise ship, think twice!
