The tour itself was run professionally, on time, going to all destinations with a fantastic sunset night cruise being the highlight. The food was average with not enough space to eat properly and the dinner location was next to piles of rubbish.
The Viator description was misleading:
1. Information provided didnt describe the option to swim in multiple locations.so consequently we didnt take bathers or towels - poor description and lack of clarity.
2. There should be an option to stay on the boat and cruise around the island being visited if you dont want to do the volcanic walk
3 full boat fo sails image is very misleading as it was only 10mins of sails up with no sailing
4. French guiide had difficult english to understand.

This activity includes a description that drinks are included in the price of your ticket. This is FALSE. The crew provides wine and water during dinner ONLY. If you want something to drink at any other time during the trip, including water, there is an additional charge. If you plan to hike up the volcano, the crew instructs that a bottle of water is NECESSARY - for which there is an additional charge.
The attractions, swimming, and sunset are of course amazing. However they are equally amazing from other comparably-priced tours that accurately describe what is included.

The tour crew were awesome. I wish the tour description explained that the volcano was 1.5 hrs and you need some endurance to get up there. Also, that for the hot springs the boat docks about 50 meters out and you have to be a strong swimmer to swim to hot springs. No lifejackets are offered to get off the boat only pool noodles. Food was ok. Sunset was stunning.

The guide Ulysses was excellent, also the times for all the activities proposed. Very complete and a must in Santorini.
Unfortunately I think I got gastroenteritis with the food, but I’m not sure if it was from somewhere else (just coincidence?)
Otherwise everything was perfect!

Definitely a memory of a lifetime!!! There was a miscommunication with our meeting point. Just when I thought all else was gone they contacted us, found out location and transferred us from one boat to our boat at the next stop. I was seriously impressed at their determination to get us on our right ship so we could enjoy our excursion. The sunset was breathtaking

The crew was amazing. The itinerary had something for everyone...the volcano hike was a challenge but the view was well worth it. The hot springs was very relazing and the dinner was over the top......The view at sunset was worth the price of admission within itself.

Pick up ..driver did not have us on list, didn't tell us what was going on. let us on eventually but still no communication.
Trip.....lovely boat, perfect communication and hard work from crew...could not fault them. Food delicious! And lots of it.
Volcano.....only part is safely paved and we could only make it to first point but had lovely views. No good if have physical difficulties.
Sulphur pools.... disappointing, and didn't bother going in. Boat can't get close due to depth....just a brown section of water.
Sunset....amazing and beautiful!
Pick up.... disorganised.... couldn't find out driver or mini bus, very grumpy and rude drive, no communication as to when it was our drop off...just stopped bus and waited... erratic driving, swerving into middle of road .

The whole trip was lovely, the food was good (especially the interesting dessert which I hadn’t seen before) and the views were amazing. My favourite part was probably the mud in the hot springs. It will definitely ruin your swimsuit, so follow their advice and wear an old one, but my skin was so soft after! It was like a mini free spa trip. Volcano tour was also very informative and engaging.

Tour reserved on Viator, for 2 adults and a total of 198€. At the old port, the indication sent by Viator was to go the Santo Star shop to obtain the tickets. There, reservation was not the Same as the one booked, it started one hour later, was called « Aphrodite » tour and costs 150€. So I feel that I overpaid the tour by 30%, which is a lot.
Second point, the boat was crowded and it was not possible to get a table to eat (we did it with a plate on our knees). Note that when you get onboard at the old harbour, all tables are taken by rhe people who boarded at the previous stop.
Finally, the excursion in itself is good, the staff onboard was great, but the price asked by Viator is too high.

Volcano tour made this worth the trip. Food was good but nickeled and dimed on the boat. Even water cost extra. There were no refreshments provided prior to dinner time which was 6 hours after we had been picked up for the tour. So, if you go on this excursion, be sure to pack water and some snacks.

What an amazing day! So well organised from picking up to dropping off. I must say the crew on board were fantastic and everything went like clockwork. The ‘after party’ was also a special surprise! Thoroughly enjoyed everything and would highly recommend.

Don't let the chaos of the port deter you from taking this tour.
When we booked this tour we didn't realize how close our hotel would be to the old port - so we arranged for hotel pick up and ended up in an unnecessary trip to the new port. Operations at the new port on Santorini are clumsy but we got settled on the boat with little issue.
The tour guide was terrific and I really hate that I do not know his name. He was able to educate us in many languages and did a good job keeping track of us. The hike up the volcano was worth the trip.
The "hot" springs are not exactly hot but are also an interesting natural phenomena - be ready to swim a bit to get to them. On the return trip the current made the swim a little tough and again the tour guide was amazing. He had to rescue a couple of people and he did so with ease.
The trip ended with a beautiful sunset and snacks with wine. They were generous with the wine albeit in plastic cups - I would have had more but I prefer white wine chilled. We had a great time talking with the other participants -it was a true melting pot.
The crew did everything to keep us safe both on the water and regarding COVID. We chose to disembark at the old port and had an easy walk back to our hotel.

The guide was excellent and very pleasant. The whole trip was too long. We decided not to venture off for the 1 1/2 hour walk to the volcano and we're obviously very bored. The "hot springs" weren't even warm. Unless they get much hotter in August, then it's pretty much a bluff. Sunset was beautiful.

Sin duda el guía Constantino ha sido lo mejor de toda la excursión. Habla a la perfección varios idiomas, por lo cual hace entenderlo todo, y acompaña hasta en el baño jeje. Sin duda él ha hecho que la excursión sea top. El treking a los cráteres es un poco costoso al sol, pero merece la pena conocerlo por cómo lo describe en todo momento el guía, y ver la relativa actividad que aún hay en ellos.
Las aguas termales no son gran cosa pero también merece la pena verlas porque se nota la diferencia de temperatura.
El segundo baño es espectacular, por el azul intenso del agua junto a Thirasia.
Y aunque el snack es un aperitivo, se agradece viendo el precioso atardecer.
Muy recomendable por lo que cuesta. Gracias!!!
