Driver was early for pick up, and was very helpful with our bags. Communication from the company about drop off location was great. Van was in good condition, and air conditioned. The driver didn’t speak much English, but we managed to communicate essential information well enough.

We didn’t end up using this service as our cruise ship with Norwegian Cruise Line - shortened our time on shore. The provider tried very hard to help us work around the change in schedule but just dosing work out. Great service and communication - thank you

-Transfer company communicated and driver was waiting with name on sign. -The van was nice but it was full of another family’s backpacks, purses and junk all over the seats. It was weird having to move someone else’s personal items so we could sit down. I don’t think the other family was aware that their van was going to be used to transport us while they were on a excursion.

The driver was an absolute jerk. He tried to pick up other dates for our private transfer them acted like I needed to call to have a porter come meet us for the bags. I asked him if we could call the hotel for us and he acted very put out by my request. Friend of ours had told us their driver took their bags down the same hotel. In the end he took the bags but only after being very rude about the whole situation. He even questioned me about how I paid and what I paid, I would have thought he would have known that info. Started our trip off on a very sour note! Terrible service! Don’t recommend this particular driver at all!

Our flight was delayed 2 hours but we provided our flight info ahead of time and were told they would track arrival times. However, we still had to wait over 30 minutes for them to pick us up. After a long 24 hours of traveling I wish I had paid a little more for better service elsewhere, it would have definitely been worth it. Driver was very friendly and professional though. Overall not terrible but I would look into other options that may be more reliable and have better communication.

Safe ride from hotel to ferry port!

There were 8 of us traveling together and needed a transfer from our hotel to the ferry port in Santorini. We all had luggage(at least 2 bags per person). I had notified the company about the possibility of needing something large enough…and they delivered in style! Not only was our driver on time, but was so very helpful in loading the van, seating is comfortably before embarking on a very treacherous road from the top of the cliff, maneuvering the oncoming traffic on the hairpin turns. We all felt safe and secure and arrived at the port directly and on time! Our driver was friendly and courteous to us all!

Dishonest about private transport

I was scheduled for a PRIVATE pick up, my ferry was delayed and I had let them know in advance. After they picked us up, the driver proceeded to find other people for the ride without bookings and dropped them to their hotel first. I was upset and asked why this was not private and he said for him this is not private for him. I requested a refund and got $10 back saying they did not have other driver due to ferry delay which is dumb since I let them know in advance and they picked up 2 random people for extra side money. Don’t trust them when they say private transport. Poor service

dear sir, unfortunately there was delay in your ferry and we needed to find an other company to help us and do the transfer. we told him that your transfer was private and he said us that he had one more reservation for the same area but you will go first. i am really sorry about it but we did not understand what happend and of course we will not cooperate again with this company that we asked their help .

Markos did an excellent job taking us from the Santorini airport to Oia. He was on-time and professional. Also, the vehicle was very clean. Markos took the initiative to contact our Airbnb host to confirm the most convenient drop-off point. Along the way, he also provided some great recommendations of things to do in Santorini and gave us his contact information in case we had any questions or needed additional help during our stay.
