This was a very complete tour. Leo was a very able guide. We toured from one end of the island to the other. Leo was very knowlegable and informative. We had agreat time. Would highly recommend this tour.

Got to see the beauty of Santorini.
However, the experience was spoilt by the fact that my backpack which was left in the vehicle, when we went out for lunch was missing when we returned. The driver didn’t take any responsibility whatsoever and asked if it was worth $5? The loss was in the neighborhood of $150. The owner who came on the phone through the guide maintained that the driver had long service and trustworthy. He implied that I had left it at some place and offered only to take us to the police where we could make a complaint. Not at all apologetic for the loss which happened while in the care of the driver. Very disappointed.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and allowing us to clarify the situation. First and foremost, we deeply regret that your experience in Santorini was overshadowed by the unfortunate incident with your backpack. We understand how frustrating it can be to lose personal belongings while traveling.
We would like to assure you that the safety and comfort of our clients are always our top priorities. However, it is important to note that personal items are the responsibility of each guest. Our guide regularly checks with clients to ensure that all belongings are accounted for before moving on. The driver, who has been with us for many years and is known for his trustworthiness, is responsible for safely transporting guests from one point to another. If the backpack had been left in the vehicle, it would have been found there.
Given the circumstances, we genuinely believed the best course of action was to offer assistance by taking you to the police to file a report, but it seems that was declined at the time. We maintain that we have no involvement or responsibility for the loss, and we stand by the integrity of both our driver and guide.
We respectfully request that you reconsider your statement, as we believe it to be unfair and potentially damaging to our company and staff. We value your understanding and are here to assist further if needed.

Marilyn was such a wonderful guide. She was so knowledgeable and friendly, the most adorable young lady with a ton of personality. We fell in love with all of the delicious Greek wines brought to.lice by our wine expert Marilyn. I highly reckoned this tour.

Our family was extremely disappointed with our experience! We DID NOT get a comprehensive review of Santorini’s sights. We asked some questions about the area but our driver/guide was unenthusiastic and did not seem interested in providing us with information. We booked a 3 hour tour and he asked us which areas we wanted to see. I mentioned Oia and he said that was a very busy place and was too far. I also asked to go check out the beach area since my kids love the water. He brought us to a resort where we took photos and a short stroll. We asked if he could assist us with setting up an itinerary but he wasn’t able to. He left it up to us considering we were tourists and had no idea about the area. We ended up going to Oia then back to Fira and ended the tour after 2.5 hrs only. We felt lost and so frustrated! We thought from the excellent reviews we would at least have someone guide us through the area and be able to enjoy and appreciate the sights. But this was the worst experience we have had. We also were not offered any water which was included in the package. I would not consider Spyros a guide but just a driver. We could have rented a car and paid way less. My family deserved better than this! We hope Viator will review this employee from Piaga tours. Thank you.

Evan was amazing and so flexible taking us to all the hot spots we wanted to see! He was so accommodating with my older teens who wanted to stop and do a photo shoot everywhere and even helped take pics! Excellent tour!!!

George was an excellent tour guide! He knew how to dodge the crowds, took fantastic photos and showed us the best spots on the island. The information he shared was helpful! My kids loved the tour! We ended the day swimming at the black beach.

Our driver, Vasilis, was amazing! Great communication when we were meeting up with him. He weren't sure what we wanted to do so as asked him to show us the highlights and add in a winery. He made our day an easy going day, showing us places that our cruise ship would not have made stops at!

Our family had a great time on this private tour. We were able to see the south part of Santorini with ease. Bill was flexible and gave us several options for our 3 hour tour.

Booked in June 2024 for a family of 8 people. We used this service to make some reservations I had already made - Ancient Akrotiri and a couple wine tastings. Sikas, our driver, was very helpful and fun to spend time with. I wish I hadn't booked as many things in advance, because Sikas had so many great recommendations for views, food, etc. that I would have loved to participate in. Great service and would absolutely recommend.

We were 3.5 hours late meeting up with our driver Theodoros due to slow tendering and walking up the hill because the cable car line was very long. He waited for us and gave our group of 7 a fantastic abbreviated tour of Santorini and made sure we were back in time to make the trek back down and be back on the ship before it left. He gave us a lot of interesting information about the island and was very knowledgeable when answering our questions. We would definitely book this tour again.

It was nice that we could tailor our trip to our needs. We asked to be picked up and dropped off in a different location and that was no problem for them. We had a good time and our driver was kind and knowledgeable.

Our driver was excellent.. very professional, friendly and accommodating - even met us at Oia per our request. He drove us to Red Sand Beach then to Santos for the most awesome view and wine recommended by our driver and finally to Black Sand Beach. Highly Recommended! A++

Leonidas was a very calm and confident guide in a chaotic environment. He was able to accommodate returning to the cable car to get the rest of our guests at a later time but still get us to other requested sites while they were waiting. We were able to see everything we requested in a condensed amount of time. He would wait and check to make sure our whole group was together and offered walking breaks for the older people in our group. I’m sure he felt like he was rushing the tour, but he had to due to time constraints and we were happy with what we were able to see/learn. Would recommend him to friends who were going to Santorini.

Our tour guide & driver Chris was wonderful & very considerate of our physical limits (my husband walks with a cane. We rode in a comfortable limo van & were supplied with water. We liked the fact that at a couple of places Chris would drop us off, we walked at leisure to where he would meet us.

We went on a four hour tour from 10:00-2:00. Our guides Cristo and Brisiilda were very informative about the island. We learned much about the local culture. They also knew exactly how to navigate our tour to miss the crowds in the beautiful places we wanted to see. I would definitely recommend their services.

Our tour with Leonidas was so enjoyable! He was a great guide to show us around the islands and since this was a customizable itinerary, we told him places we wanted to see to add on to his normal route. Leonidas was knowledgeable and so so personable and was someone we could actually be friends with if we lived in the same town. The tour was so great! My husband and I will be keeping this company’s information if we ever have the opportunity to come back to Santorini.

The best part of the trip was our Driver Leonidas. He really showed us around the island and gave us a lot of information and history about our tour of Santorini

Our trip started out rocky as the pick up/ meeting place on the app took us on a 15 minute walk to a travel agency that we never could find. After using the chat to talk to an operator, he connected us with our driver about 45 minutes late. After that, the tour and driver were AMAZING! We had a wonderful time.

Leo was so nice! He pick it ID at Amaury Bay We have a nice time but be prepared to wait for the cable car long lines or stair for returning to the cruise! And please DONT use Dunkins is dangerous
